vāramvār gnānamān ekāgratāno abhyās karavo

sauthī pahelān ātmāno nirṇay karīne pachhī anubhav karavānun kahyun chhe. pahelāmān pahelān, ‘nishchayagnānasvarūp chhun, bījun kāī rāgādi mārun svarūp nathī’- evo nirṇay jyān sudhī na thāy tyān sudhī sāchā shrutagnānane oḷakhīne teno parichay karavo. satshrutanā parichayathī gnānasvabhāvī ātmāno nirṇay karyā pachhī mati-shrutagnānane te gnānasvabhāv taraph vāḷavāno prayatna karavo, nirvikalpa thavāno puruṣhārtha karavo. ā ja prathamano eṭale ke samyaktvano mārga chhe, āmān to vāramvār gnānamān ekāgratāno abhyās ja karavāno chhe. bahāramān kāī karavānun na āvyun; paṇ gnānamān ja samajaṇ ane ekāgratāno prayās karavānun āvyun. gnānamān abhyās karatān karatān jyān ekāgra thayo tyān te ja vakhate samyagdarshan ane samyaggnānarūpe ā ātmā pragaṭ thāy chhe. ā ja janma-maraṇ ṭāḷavāno upāy chhe. ekalo jāṇakasvabhāv chhe. temān bījun kāī karavāno svabhāv nathī. nirvikalpa anubhav thayā pahelān āvo nishchay karavo joīe. ā sivāy bījun māne tene vyavahāre paṇ ātmāno nishchay nathī. anant upavās kare toy ātmānun gnān na thāy, bahāramān doḍādoḍī kare tenāthī paṇ gnān na thāy, paṇ gnānasvabhāvanī pakkaḍathī ja gnān thāy. ātmā taraph lakṣha ane shraddhā karyā vagar samyagdarshan-samyaggnān thāy kyāthī? pahelān dev-guru-shāstranān nimittothī anek prakāre shrutagnān jāṇe ane te badhāmānthī ek ātmāne tārave, pachhī tenun lakṣha karī pragaṭ anubhav karavā māṭe, mati- shrutagnānanā bahār vaḷatā paryāyone svasanmukh karato tatkāḷ nirvikalpa nijasvabhāvaras ānandano anubhav thāy chhe. paramātmasvarūpanun darshan je vakhate kare chhe te vakhate ātmā pote samyagdarshanarūp pragaṭ thāy chhe. ātmānī pratīt jene thaī gaī chhe tene pāchhaḷathī vikalpa āve tyāre paṇ je ātmadarshan thaī gayun chhe tenun to bhān chhe, eṭale ke ātmānubhav pachhī vikalpa ūṭhe tethī samyagdarshan chālyun jatun nathī. koī veshamān ke vāḍāmān samyagdarshan nathī paṇ svarūp e ja samyagdarshan ane samyaggnān chhe.

samyagdarshanathī gnānasvabhāvī ātmāno nishchay karyā pachhī paṇ shubhabhāv āve kharā, parantu ātmahit to gnānasvabhāvano nishchay karavāthī ja thāy chhe. jem jem gnānasvabhāvanī draḍhatā vadhatī jāy tem tem shubhabhāv paṇ ṭaḷatā jāy chhe. bahāranā

chhellī bhalāmaṇo

ā ātmakalyāṇano nānāmān nāno (badhāthī thaī shake tevo) upāy chhe. bījā badhā upāyo chhoḍīne ā ja karavānun chhe. hitanun sādhan bahāramān leshamātra nathī. satsamāgame ek ātmāno ja nishchay karavo. vāstavik tattvanī shraddhā vagar andaranā vedananī ramajhaṭ nahi jāme. pratham antarathī satno hakār āvyā vagar sat svarūpanun gnān thāy nahi ane sat svarūpanā gnān vagar bhavabandhananī beḍī tūṭe nahi. bhavabandhananā ant vagaranān jīvan shā kāmanān? bhavanā antanī shraddhā vagar kadāch puṇya kare to tenun phaḷ rājapad ke indrapad maḷe parantu temān ātmāne shun? ātmānā bhān vagaranā to e puṇya ane e indrapad badhāy dhūḷadhāṇī ja chhe, temān ātmānī shāntino ansh paṇ nathī. māṭe pahelān shrutagnān vaḍe gnānasvabhāvano draḍh nishchay karatān pratītimān bhavanī shaṅkā ja rahetī nathī, ane jeṭalī gnānanī draḍhatā thāy teṭalī shānti vadhatī jāy chhe.

prabhu! tun kevo chho, tārī prabhutāno mahimā kevo chhe, e ten jāṇyo nathī. tārī prabhutānā bhān vagar tun bahāramān jenān tenān gāṇān gāyā kare to temān kāī tane tārī prabhutāno lābh nathī. paranān gāṇān gāyān paṇ potānā gāṇān gāyān nahi; bhagavānanī pratimā sāme kahe ke’ he nāth, he bhagavān! āp anant gnānanā dhaṇī chho,’ tyān sāmo paṇ evo ja paḍagho paḍe ke’ he nāth, he bhagavān! āp anant gnānanā dhaṇī chho’... antaramān oḷakhāṇ hoy to e samaje ne’ oḷakhāṇ vagar antaramān sācho paḍadho (niḥshaṅkatā) jāge nahi.

shuddhātmasvarūpanun vedan kaho, gnān kaho, shraddhā kaho, chāritra kaho, anubhav kaho ke sākṣhātkār kaho-je kaho te ā ek ātmā ja chhe. vadhāre shun kahevun? je kāī chhe te ā ek ātmā ja chhe, tene ja judā judā nāmathī kahevāy chhe. kevaḷīpad, siddhapad ke sādhupad e badhā ek ātmāmān ja samāy chhe. samādhimaraṇ, ārādhanā e vagere nāmo paṇ svarūpanī sthiratā ja chhe. ā pramāṇe ātmasvarūpanī samajaṇ e ja samyagdarshan chhe ane e samyagdarshan ja sarva dharmanun mūḷ chhe, samyagdarshan ja ātmāno dharma chhe.

ativyāpti–asambhav doṣhano parihār
avyāpti dūṣhaṇano parihār

(1) prashnaḥ– tiryañchādi tuchchha gnānī keṭalāk jīvo sāt tattvonān nām paṇ jāṇī shakatā nathī chhatān temane paṇ samyagdarshananī prāpti shāstramān kahī chhe, māṭe tattvārtha-shraddhānapaṇun samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ tame kahyun temān avyāpti dūṣhaṇ lāge chhe?

uttaraḥ– jīv-ajīvādinān nāmādik jāṇo, na jāṇo vā anyathā jāṇo, parantu tenun svarūp yathārtha oḷakhī shraddhān karatān samyaktva thāy chhe. tyān koī to sāmānyapaṇe svarūp oḷakhī shraddhān kare chhe tathā koī visheṣhapaṇe svarūp oḷakhī shraddhān kare chhe. tiryañchādi tuchchhagnānī samyagdraṣhṭio jīvādikanān nām paṇ jāṇatān nathī topaṇ teo sāmānyapaṇe tenun svarūp oḷakhī shraddhān kare chhe tethī temane samyaktvanī prāpti hoy chhe. jem koī tiryañch potānun vā bījāonun nāmādik to na jāṇe parantu potānāmān ja potāpaṇun tathā anyane par māne chhe, tem tuchchha gnānī jīv-ajīvanān nām na jāṇe to paṇ te gnānādisvarūp ātmā chhe temān svapaṇun māne chhe tathā sharīrādikane par māne chhe, evun shraddhān tene hoy chhe ane e ja jīv- ajīvanun shraddhān chhe. vaḷī jem te ja tiryañch, sukhādinān nāmādi to na jāṇe topaṇ sukhaavasthāne oḷakhī tenā arthe bhāviduḥkhanān kāraṇone pichhāṇī teno tyāg karavā īchchhe chhe tathā vartamānamān je duḥkhanān kāraṇo banī rahyān chhe tenā abhāvano upāy kare chhe; tem tuchchhagnānī, mokṣhādinān nām jāṇato nathī to paṇ sarvathā sukharūp mokṣhaavasthāne shraddhān karī tenā arthe bhāvibandhanā kāraṇarūp rāgādi āsravabhāv chhe tenā tyāgarūp samvarane karavā īchchhe chhe, tathā je sansāraduḥkhanān kāraṇ chhe tenī shuddhabhāv vaḍe nirjarā karavā ichchhe chhe. e rīte āsravādikanun tene shraddhān chhe. e prakāre tene sāt tattvonun shraddhān

jo jīvanī jāti na jāṇe-svaparane na oḷakhe to te paramān rāgādik kem na kare? jo rāgādikane na oḷakhe to teno tyāg dharavo te kem ichchhe? ane rāgādik ja āsrav chhe, vaḷī rāgādikanun phaḷ būrun chhe em na jāṇe to te rāgādik chhoḍavā shā māṭe ichchhe? ane rāgādikanun phaḷ te ja bandh chhe. rāgādirahit pariṇāmone oḷakhe to te rūp thavā ichchhe, ane rāgādirahit pariṇāmanun nām ja samvar chhe, vaḷī pūrvasansār avasthānun je kāraṇ vibhāvabhāv chhe, tenī hānine te oḷakhe chhe tathā tenā arthe shuddhabhāv karavā ichchhe chhe, have pūrva sansār avasthānun kāraṇ vibhāvabhāv chhe, tenī hāni thavī te ja nirjarā chhe, jo sansāraavasthānā abhāvane na oḷakhe to te samvaranirjarārūp shā māṭe pravarte? ane sansār avasthāno abhāv te ja mokṣha chhe. e pramāṇe sāte tattvonun shraddhān thatān ja rāgādik chhoḍī shuddhabhāvarūp thavānī ichchhā ūpaje chhe; jo emānnā ek paṇ tattvonun shraddhān na hoy to evī ichchhā na thāy. evī ichchhā e tuchchhagnānī tiryañchādik samyagdraṣhṭine hoy chhe ja, tethī tene sāt tattvonun shraddhān hoy chhe evo nishchay karavo. gnānāvaraṇano kṣhayopasham (ughāḍ) thoḍo hovāthī tene visheṣhapaṇe tattvonun gnān hotun nathī topaṇ mithyādarshananā upashamādikathī sāmānyapaṇe tattvashraddhānanī shakti pragaṭ hoy chhe. e pramāṇe e lakṣhaṇamān avyāptidūṣhaṇ nathī.

(ra) prashnaḥ– je kāḷamān samyagdraṣhṭi viṣhay-kaṣhāyonān kāryomān pravarte chhe te kāḷamān tene sāt tattvono vichār ja nathī to tyān shraddhān kevī rīte sambhave? ane samyaktva to tene rahe ja chhe, māṭe e lakṣhaṇamān avyāptidūṣhaṇ āve chhe.

uttaraḥ– vichār chhe te to upayogane ādhīn chhe, jyān upayog joḍāy teno ja vichār thāy; paṇ shraddhān chhe te to pratītirūp chhe, māṭe anya gneyano vichār thatān vā shayanādi kriyā thatān tattvono vichār nathī topaṇ tenī pratīti to kāyam ja rahe chhe, naṣhṭa thatī nathī; tethī tene samyaktvano sadbhāv chhe. jem koī rogī puruṣhane evī pratīti to chhe ke-‘hun manuṣhya chhun, tiryañch nathī, mane ā kāraṇathī rog thayo chhe, ane have māre e kāraṇ maṭāḍī rogane ghaṭāḍī nirog thavun joīe’ have te ja manuṣhya jyāre anya vichārādirūp pravarte chhe tyāre tene evo vichār hoto nathī parantu shraddhān to em ja rahyā kare chhe; tem ā ātmāne evī pratīti to chhe ke-‘hun ātmā chhun-pudgalādi nathī, mane āsravathī bandh thayo chhe paṇ have māre samvar

prashnaḥ– jo tene evun shraddhān rahe chhe to te bandh thavānān kāraṇomān kem pravarte chhe? uttaraḥ– jem koī manuṣhya koī kāraṇavashathī rog vadhavānān kāraṇomān paṇ pravarte chhe, vyāpārādi kārya vā krodhādi kārya kare chhe; topaṇ te shraddhānano tene nāsh thato nathī; tem ā ātmā puruṣhārthanī nabaḷāīne vash thavāthī bandh thavānān kāraṇomān paṇ pravarte chhe, viṣhayasevanādi kārya vā krodhādi kārya kare chhe, topaṇ tene e shraddhānano nāsh thato nathī. e pramāṇe sāt tattvono vichār na hovā chhatān paṇ tenāmān shraddhānano sadbhāv chhe tethī tyān avyāptipaṇun nathī.

(3) prashnaḥ– uchchadashāmān jyān nirvikalpa ātmānubhav hoy chhe tyān to sāt tattvādinā vikalpano paṇ niṣhedh karyo chhe, have samyaktvanā lakṣhaṇano niṣhedh karavo kem sambhave ane tyān niṣhedh sambhave chhe to tyān avyāptipaṇun āvyun?

uttaraḥ– nīchenī dashāmān sāt tattvonā vikalpamān upayog lagāvī pratītine draḍh karī tathā viṣhayādithī upayogane chhoḍāvī rāgādik ghaṭāḍayā, have e kārya siddha thatān e ja kāraṇono paṇ niṣhedh karīe chhīe. kāraṇ ke jyān pratīti paṇ draḍh thaī tathā rāgādi paṇ dūr thayā tyān have upayogane bhamāvavāno khed shā māṭe karīe? māṭe tyān e vikalpono niṣhedh karyo chhe. vaḷī samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ to pratīti ja chhe. e pratītino to tyān niṣhedh karyo nathī. jo pratīti chhoḍāvī hoy to e lakṣhaṇano niṣhedh karyo kahevāy paṇ em to nathī. tattvonī pratīti to tyān paṇ kāyam ja rahe chhe māṭe ahīn avyāptipaṇun nathī.

(4) prashnaḥ– chhadmasthane to pratīti-apratīti kahevī sambhave chhe, tethī tyān sāt tattvonī pratītine samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ kahyun te ame mānyun, paṇ kevaḷī ane siddhabhagavānane to sarvanun jāṇapaṇun samānarūp chhe tethī tyān sāt tattvonī pratīti kahevī sambhavatī nathī, ane temane samyaktvaguṇ to hoy chhe ja. māṭe tyān e lakṣhaṇamān avyāptipaṇun āvyun?

uttaraḥ– jem chhadmasthane shrutagnān anusār pratīti hoy chhe tem kevaḷī ane siddhabhagavānane kevaḷagnān anusār ja pratīti hoy chhe. je sāt tattvonun svarūp pahelān nirṇīt karyu hatun te ja have kevaḷagnān vaḍe jāṇyun eṭale tyān pratītimān param avagāḍhapaṇun thayun, tethī ja tyān paramāvagāḍh samyaktva kahyun chhe. paṇ pūrve shraddhān karyu hatun tene jo jūṭh jāṇyun hot to tyān apratīti thāt, parantu jevun sāt tattvonun shraddhān

1pa0 ] [ mokṣhashāstra chhadmasthane thayun hatun tevun ja kevaḷī siddhabhagavānane paṇ hoy chhe, māṭe gnānādikanī hīnatā-adhikatā hovā chhatān paṇ tiryañchādik ane kevaḷī-siddhabhagavānane samyaktvaguṇ to samān ja kahyo. vaḷī pūrva avasthāmān te em mānato hato ke- ‘samvar-nirjarā vaḍe mokṣhano upāy karavo,’ have muktaavasthā thatān em mānavā lāgyo ke-‘samvaranirjarā vaḍe mane muktadashā prāpta thaī.’ pahelān gnānanī hīnatāthī jīvādikanā thoḍā bhedo jāṇato hato ane have kevaḷagnān thatān tenā sarva bhedo jāṇe chhe parantu mūḷabhūt jīvādikanā svarūpanun shraddhān jevun chhadmasthane hoy chhe tevun ja kevaḷīne paṇ hoy chhe. joke kevaḷī-siddhabhagavān anya padārthone paṇ pratīti sahit jāṇe chhe topaṇ te padārtho prayojanabhūt nathī tethī samyaktvaguṇanā sāt tattvonun shraddhān ja grahaṇ karyun chhe. kevaḷī-siddhabhagavān rāgādirūp pariṇamatā nathī ane sansāraavasthāne ichchhatā nathī te ā shraddhānanun ja baḷ jāṇavun.

prashnaḥ– samyagdarshanane to mokṣhamārga kahyo hato, to mokṣhamān teno sadbhāv kevī rīte kaho chho?

uttaraḥ– koī kāraṇo evān paṇ hoy chhe ke-kārya siddha thavā chhatān paṇ naṣhṭa thatān nathī. jemake koī vr̥ukṣhane koī ek shākhā vaḍe anek shākhāyukta avasthā thaī hoy, tenā hovā chhatān paṇ te ek shākhā naṣhṭa thatī nathī; tem koī ātmāne samyaktvaguṇ vaḍe anek guṇayukta mokṣhaavasthā pragaṭ thaī, have te hovā chhatān paṇ samyaktvaguṇ naṣhṭa thato nathī. e pramāṇe kevaḷī-siddhabhagavānane paṇ tattvārthashraddhān lakṣhaṇ hoy chhe ja māṭe tyān avyāptipaṇun nathī.

ativyāpti dūṣhaṇano parihār

prashnaḥ– mithyādraṣhṭine paṇ tattvārthashraddhānalakṣhaṇ hoy chhe em shāstramān nirūpaṇ chhe, ane shrī pravachanasāramān ātmagnānashūnya tattvārthashraddhān akāryakārī kahyun chhe. māṭe samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ tattvārthashraddhān kahyun temān ativyāptidūṣhaṇ lāge chhe?

uttaraḥ– mithyādraṣhṭine je tattvashraddhān kahyun chhe te nāmanikṣhepathī kahyun chhe, jemān tattvashraddhānano guṇ to nathī paṇ vyavahāramān jenun nām tattvashraddhān kahīe chhīe te mithyādraṣhṭine hoy chhe athavā āgamadravyanikṣhepathī hoy chhe, arthāt tattvārthashraddhānanān pratipādak shāstrono abhyās chhe paṇ tenā svarūpano nishchay karavāmān upayog lagāvato nathī, em jāṇavun; ane ahīn je samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ tattvārthashraddhān kahyun, te to bhāvanikṣhepathī kahyun chhe eṭale guṇ sahit sāchun tattvārthashraddhān mithyādraṣhṭine kadī paṇ hotun nathī. vaḷī ātmagnānashūnya tattvārthashraddhān kahyun chhe tyān paṇ e ja artha

asambhav dūṣhaṇano parihār

vaḷī ā tattvārthashraddhān lakṣhaṇ kahyun chhe te asambhavadūṣhaṇayukta paṇ nathī. kāraṇ ke samyaktvanun pratipakṣhī mithyātva ja chhe ane tenun lakṣhaṇ ānāthī viparītatā sahit chhe.

e pramāṇe avyāpti, ativyāpti ane asambhavapaṇāthī rahit tattvārthashraddhān sarva samyagdraṣhṭione to hoy chhe tathā koī paṇ mithyādraṣhṭione hotun nathī tethī samyagdarshananun sāchun lakṣhaṇ tattvārthashraddhān ja chhe.

visheṣh khulāso

(1) prashnaḥ– ahīn sāt tattvonā shraddhānano niyam kahyo paṇ te banato nathī, kāraṇ ke-koī ṭhekāṇe parathī bhinna potānā shraddhānane paṇ samyaktva kahe chhe. shrī samayasāramān ‘एकत्वे नियतस्य’ ityādi kaḷash lakhyā chhe temān em kahyun chhe ke- ‘ātmānun paradravyathī bhinna avalokan te ja niyamathī samyagdarshan chhe, tethī nav tattvanī santatine chhoḍī amāre to ā ek ātmā ja prāpta thāo.’ vaḷī koī ṭhekāṇe ek ātmānā nishchayane ja samyaktva kahe chhe. shrī puruṣhārthasiddhayupāyamān ‘दर्शनमात्मविनिश्चितिः’ evun pad chhe teno paṇ e ja artha chhe, māṭe jīv-ajīvanun ja vā kevaḷ jīvanun ja shraddhān thatān paṇ samyaktva hoy chhe. jo sāt tattvonā shraddhānano niyam hot to ā shā māṭe lakhat?

uttaraḥ– parathī bhinna je potānun shraddhān hoy chhe te āsravādikanā shraddhānathī rahit hoy chhe ke sahit hoy chhe? jo rahit hoy chhe to mokṣhanā shraddhān vinā te kyā prayojan arthe āvo upāy kare chhe? samvar-nirjarānā shraddhān vinā rāgādi rahit thaī potānā svarūpamān upayog lagāvavāno udyam te shā māṭe rākhe chhe? āsravabandhanā shraddhān vinā te pūrva avasthāne shā māṭe chhoḍe chhe? kāraṇ ke-āsravādinā shraddhānarahit sva-paranun shraddhān karavun sambhavatun nathī; ane jo āsravādikanā shraddhānasahit chhe to tyān svayam sāte tattvonā shraddhānano niyam thayo. vaḷī kevaḷ ātmāno nishchay chhe tyān paṇ paranun pararūp shraddhān thayā vinā ātmānun shraddhān thāy nahi māṭe ajīvanun shraddhān thatān ja jīvanun shraddhān thāy chhe, ane pratham kahyā pramāṇe āsravādinun shraddhān paṇ tyān avashya hoy chhe; tethī ahīn paṇ sāte tattvonā ja shraddhānano niyam jāṇavo.

1pa2 ] [ mokṣhashāstra bījun āsravādinā shraddhān vinā sva-paranun shraddhān vā kevaḷ ātmānun shraddhān sāchun hotun nathī kāraṇ ke-ātmadravya chhe te shuddha-ashuddha paryāy sahit chhe tethī jem tantunā avalokan vinā paṭanun avalokan na thāy tem shuddha-ashuddha paryāy pratham oḷakhyā vinā ātmadravyanun shraddhān paṇ na thāy, have shuddha-ashuddha avasthānī oḷakhāṇ āsravādinī oḷakhāṇathī thāy chhe. āsravādinā shraddhān vinā sva-paranun shraddhān vā kevaḷ ātmānun shraddhān kāryakārī paṇ nathī kāraṇ ke-evun shraddhān karo vā na karo ‘pote chhe te pote ja chhe ane par chhe te par ja chhe.’ vaḷī āsravādinun shraddhān hoy to āsrav-bandhano abhāv karī samvar-nirjarārūp upāyathī te mokṣhapadane pāme, sva- paranun shraddhān karāvīe chhīe te paṇ e ja prayojan arthe karāvīe chhīe; māṭe āsravādinā shraddhān sahit sva-paranun jāṇavun vā svanun jāṇavun kāryakārī chhe.

(2) prashnaḥ– jo em chhe to shāstromān sva-paranā shraddhānane vā kevaḷ ātmānā shraddhānane ja samyaktva kahyun vā kāryakārī kahyun tathā navatattvanī santati chhoḍī amāre to ek ātmā ja prāpta thāo em kem kahyun chhe?

(3) prashnaḥ– tyāre koī ṭhekāṇe shāstromān arhantadev, nirgranthaguru ane hinsādi rahit dharmanā shraddhānane samyaktva kahyun chhe te kevī rīte?

uttaraḥ– arhatadevādikanun shraddhān thavāthī vā kudevādikanun shraddhān dūr thavāthī gr̥uhītamithyātvano abhāv thāy chhe. e apekṣhāe tene samyagdraṣhṭi kahyo chhe paṇ samyaktvanun sarvathā lakṣhaṇ e nathī, kāraṇ ke-dravyaliṅgī muni ādi vyavahāradharmanā dhārak mithyādraṣhṭione paṇ evun shraddhān hoy chhe. arahantadevādikanun shraddhān thatān to samyaktva hoy vā na hoy parantu arahantādikanā shraddhān thayā vinā tattvārthashraddhānarūp samyaktva kadī paṇ hoy nahi; māṭe arahantādikanā shraddhānane anvayarūp kāraṇ jāṇī kāraṇamān kāryano upachār karī e shraddhānane samyaktva kahyun chhe, ane eṭalā māṭe ja tenun nām vyavahārasamyaktva chhe. athavā jene tattvārthashraddhān hoy tene sāchā arahantādikanā svarūpanun shraddhān avashya hoy ja. tattvārthashraddhān vinā arahantādikanun shraddhān pakṣhathī kare topaṇ yathāvat svarūpanī oḷakhāṇ sahit shraddhān thāy nahi, tathā jene sāchā arahantādikanā svarūpanun shraddhān hoy tene tattvārthashraddhān avashya hoy ja, kāraṇ ke arahantādinā svarūpane oḷakhatān jīv-ajīv-āsravādinī oḷakhāṇ thāy chhe, e pramāṇe tene paraspar avinābhāvī jāṇī koī ṭhekāṇe arahantādinā shraddhānane samyaktva kahyun chhe.

(4) prashnaḥ– narakādikanā jīvone dev-kudevādino vyavahār nathī chhatān temane samyaktva to hoy chhe, māṭe samyaktva thatān arahantādinun shraddhān hoy ja, evo niyam sambhavato nathī?

uttaraḥ– sāt tattvonā shraddhānamān arahantādinun shraddhān garbhit chhe, kāraṇ ke- tattvashraddhānamān mokṣhatattvane te sarvotkr̥uṣhṭa māne chhe, have mokṣhatattva to arahant-siddhanun ja lakṣhaṇ chhe ane je lakṣhaṇane utkr̥uṣhṭa māṭe chhe te tenā lakṣhyane paṇ utkr̥uṣhṭa avashya māne ja; tethī temane ja sarvotkr̥uṣhṭa-mānyā paṇ anyane na mānyā e ja tene devanun shraddhān thayun. vaḷī mokṣhanun kāraṇ samvar-nirjarā chhe tethī tene paṇ te utkr̥uṣhṭa māne chhe ane samvar-nirjarānā dhārak mukhyapaṇe munirāj chhe tethī te munirājane uttam māne chhe paṇ anyane uttam mānato nathī e ja tene gurunun shraddhān thayun. bījun rāgādirahit bhāvanun nām ahinsā chhe tene te upādray māne chhe paṇ anyane mānato nathī e ja tene dharmanun shraddhān thayun. e pramāṇe tattvārthashraddhānamān arahantadevādikanun shraddhān paṇ garbhit

जो जाणदि अरहत दव्वत्तगुणत्तपज्जयत्तहि।

je jāṇato arhantane guṇ, dravya ne paryayapaṇe,
te jīv jāṇe ātmane tasu moh pāme lay khare. 80.

arthaḥ– je arahantane dravyatva, guṇatva ane paryāyatva vaḍe jāṇe chhe te ātmāne jāṇe chhe ane teno moh nāshane prāpta thāy chhe. māṭe jene jīvādi tattvonun shraddhān nathī tene arahantādikanun paṇ sāchun shraddhān nathī. vaḷī te mokṣhādik tattvonā shraddhān vinā arahantādinun māhātmya paṇ yathārtha jāṇato nathī, mātra laukik atishayādi vaḍe arahantanun, tapashcharaṇādi vaḍe gurunun ane parajīvonī ahinsādi vaḍe dharmanun māhātmya jāṇe chhe. paṇ e to parāshritabhāv chhe ane arahantādikanun svarūp to ātmāshritabhāvo vaḍe tattvashraddhān thatān ja jaṇāy chhe, māṭe jene arahantādikanun sāchun shraddhān hoy tene tattvashraddhān avashya hoy ja, evo niyam jāṇavo. e pramāṇe samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ nirdesh karyun.

(6) prashnaḥ– sāchun tattvārthashraddhān, sva-paranun shraddhān, ātmashraddhān tathā dev- guru-dharmanun shraddhān samyaktvanun lakṣhaṇ kahyun ane e sarva lakṣhaṇonī paraspar ekatā paṇ darshāvī te to jāṇyun, parantu ām anya anya prakārathī lakṣhaṇ karavānun shun prayojan?

uttaraḥ– chār lakṣhaṇo kahyān temān sāchī draṣhṭipūrvak koī ek lakṣhaṇ grahaṇ karatān chāre lakṣhaṇonun grahaṇ thāy chhe topaṇ mukhya prayojan judun judun vichārī anya anya prakārathī e lakṣhaṇo kahyān chhe.

3-jyān ātmashraddhān lakṣhaṇ kahyun chhe tyān sva-paranā bhinna shraddhānanun prayojan to eṭalun ja chhe ke-potāne potārūp jāṇavo. potāne potārūp jāṇatān parano paṇ vikalpa kāryakārī nathī evā mūḷabhūt prayojananī pradhānatā jāṇī ātmashraddhānane mukhya lakṣhaṇ kahyun chhe. tathā

4-jyān dev-guru-dharmanā shraddhānarūp lakṣhaṇ kahyun chhe tyān bāhya sādhananī pradhānatā karī chhe, kāraṇ ke arahantadevādikanun shraddhān sāchā tattvārthashraddhānanun kāraṇ chhe tathā kudevādikanun shraddhān kalpit atattvārthashraddhānanun kāraṇ chhe, e bāhyakāraṇanī pradhānatāthī kudevādikanun shraddhān chhoḍāvī sudevādikanun shraddhān karāvavā arthe dev-guru- dharmanā shraddhānane mukhya lakṣhaṇ kahyun chhe. e pramāṇe judān judān prayojanonī mukhyatāpūrvak judān judān lakṣhaṇ kahyān chhe.

(7) prashnaḥ– e judān judān chār lakṣhaṇo kahyān temān ā jīv kyā lakṣhaṇane aṅgīkār kare?

uttaraḥ– jyān puruṣhārtha vaḍe samyagdarshan pragaṭatān viparītābhiniveshano abhāv thāy chhe tyān to e chāre lakṣhaṇo ekasāthe hoy chhe. tathā vichār apekṣhāe mukhyapaṇe tattvārthone vichāre chhe, kān to sva-paranun bhedavignān kare chhe, kān to ātmasvarūpane ja sambhāḷe chhe agar kān to devādikanā svarūpane vichāre chhe. e pramāṇe gnānamān to nānāprakāranā vichār thāy parantu shraddhānamān sarvatra paraspar sāpekṣhapaṇun hoy chhe. jem tattvavichār kare chhe to bhedavignānādikanā abhiprāy sahit kare chhe, e ja pramāṇe anya ṭhekāṇe paṇ paraspar sāpekṣhapaṇun chhe. māṭe samyagdraṣhṭinā shraddhānamān to chāre lakṣhaṇono aṅgīkār chhe, paṇ jene viparītābhinivesh hoy chhe tene e lakṣhaṇo ābhāsamātra hoy chhe, sāchān hotān nathī. te jinamatanān jīvāditattvone māne chhe, anyanān mānato nathī tathā tenān nām-bhedādine shīkhe chhe, e pramāṇe tene tattvārthashraddhān hoy chhe parantu tenā yathārthabhāvanun shraddhān thatun nathī. vaḷī e sva-paranā bhinnapaṇānī vāto kare chhe tathā vastrādimān parabuddhi chintavan kare chhe, parantu jevī paryāyamān ahambuddhi chhe tathā

pratham to āgnādi vaḍe vā koī parīkṣhā vaḍe kudevādinī mānyatā chhoḍī arahantadevādinun shraddhān karavun, kāraṇ ke-enun shraddhān thatān gr̥uhītamithyātvano to abhāv thāy chhe, kudevādikanun nimitta dūr thāy chhe ane arahantadevādikanun nimitta maḷe chhe māṭe pratham devādikanun shraddhān karavun. pachhī jinamatamān kahelān jīvādi tattvono vichār karavo, tenān nām-lakṣhaṇādi shīkhavān, kāraṇ ke-enā abhyāsathī tattvashraddhānanī prāpti thāy chhe. pachhī sva-paranun bhinnapaṇun jethī bhāse tevā vichāro karyā karavā, kāraṇ ke-e abhyāsathī bhedavignān thāy chhe. tyār pachhī ek svamān svapaṇun mānavā arthe svarūpano vichār karyā karavo. kāraṇ ke-e abhyāsathī ātmānubhavanī prāpti thāy chhe. e pramāṇe anukramathī tene aṅgīkār karī pachhī temānthī ja koī veḷā devādinā vichāramān, koī veḷā tattvavichāramān, koī veḷā sva- paranā vichāramān tathā koī veḷā ātmavichāramān upayogane lagāvavo. e pramāṇe abhyāsathī satyasamyagdarshananī prāpti thāy chhe.

(8) prashnaḥ– samyaktvanān lakṣhaṇ to anek prakāranān kahyān chhe, temān ahīn tattvārthashraddhānalakṣhaṇane ja mukhya kahyun tenun shun kāraṇ?

uttaraḥ– tuchchhabuddhivānane anya lakṣhaṇomān tenun prayojan pragaṭ bhāsatun nathī vā bhram ūpaje chhe tathā ā tattvārthashraddhānalakṣhaṇamān prayojan pragaṭ bhāse chhe tathā kāī paṇ bhram upajato nathī, tethī e lakṣhaṇane mukhya karyu chhe. e ja ahīn darshāvavāmān āve chhe-

(1) ṣhaṭkhaṇḍāgam-dhavalāṭīkā pustak 13 sūtra 81-82 dvārā āchāryadeve kahyun chhe keḥ-

“te kevaḷagnān sakaḷ chhe, sampūrṇa chhe ane asapatna chhe. (81) akhaṇḍ hovāthī te sakaḷ chhe.”

shaṅkāḥ– e akhaṇḍ kevī rīte chhe? samādhānaḥ– samasta bāhya padārthamān pravr̥utti na thavāthī gnānamān khaṇḍapaṇun āve chhe, te ā gnānamān sambhav nathī; kemake ā gnānano viṣhay trikāḷagochar sampūrṇa bāhya padārtho chhe.

gnān dharmanā māhātmyanun nām bhag chhe; te jemane hoy chhe te bhagavān kahevāy chhe. utpanna thayel gnān dvārā dekhavāno jemano svabhāv chhe tene utpannagnānadarshī kahe chhe. svayam utpanna thayel gnān-darshan svabhāvavāḷā bhagavān sarva lokane jāṇe chhe.

shaṅkāḥ– gnānanī utpatti svayam kevī rīte thaī shake chhe? samādhānaḥ– nahi, kāraṇ ke kārya ane kāraṇanun ekādhikaraṇ hovāthī emān koī bhed nathī.

devādi lokamān jīvanī gati, āgati tathā chayan ane
upapādane paṇ sarvagna bhagavān jāṇe chhe

saudharmādik dev, ane bhavanavāsī asur kahevāy chhe. ahīn devāsur vachan deshāmarshak chhe tethī tenāthī jyotiṣhī, vyantar ane tiryañchonun paṇ grahaṇ karavun joīe. devalok ane asuralok sāthe manuṣhyalokanī āgatine jāṇe chhe. anya gatimānthī āvavun te āgati chhe. īchchhit gatimānthī anya gatimān javun te gati chhe. saudharmādik devone potānī sampattino virah thavo te chayan chhe. vivakṣhit gatimānthī anya gatimān utpanna thavun te upapād chhe. jīvonā vigrah sahit ane vigrah vinā āgaman, gaman, chayan ane upapādane jāṇe chhe.

pudgalonā āgaman, gaman, chayan ane upapād sambandhī

tathā pudgalonā āgaman, gaman, chayan ane upapādane jāṇe chhe; pudgalomān vivakṣhit paryāyano nāsh thavo te chayan chhe. anya paryāyarūp pariṇamavun te upapād chhe.

dharma, adharma, kāḷ ane ākāshanā chayan ane upapād

dharma, adharma, kāḷ ane ākāshanā chayan ane upapādane jāṇe chhe, kemake emanun gaman ane āgaman thatun nathī. jemān jīvādi padārtho dekhavāmān āve chhe arthāt upalabdha thāy chhe tenun nām lok chhe. ahīn ‘lok’ shabda vaḍe ākāsh levāmān āvyun chhe. tethī ādheyamān ādhārano upachār karavāthī dharmādik paṇ lok siddha thāy chhe.

bandhane paṇ bhagavān jāṇe chhe

bandhāvānun nām bandh chhe. athavā jenā dvārā ke jemān bandhāy chhe tenun nām bandh chhe. te bandh traṇ prakārano chhe-jīvabandh, pudgalabandh ane jīv-pudgalabandh. ek sharīramān

traṇ vagere pudgalono je samavāy sambandh thāy chhe te pudgalabandh kahevāy chhe. tathā audārik vargaṇāo, vaikriyik vargaṇāo, āhārak vargaṇāo, taijas vargaṇāo ane kārmāṇ vargaṇāo eno ane jīvono je bandh thāy chhe te jīv-pudgal bandh kahevāy chhe. je karmanā kāraṇe anantānant jīv ek sharīramān rahe chhe te karmanun nām jīvabandh chhe. je snigdha ane rūkṣha vagere guṇone līdhe pudgalono bandh thāy chhe tenun nām pudgal bandh chhe. je mithyātva, asanyam, kaṣhāy ane yog ādinā nimitte jīv ane pudgalono bandh thāy chhe te jīv-pudgal bandh kahevāy chhe. ā bandhane paṇ te bhagavān jāṇe chhe.

mokṣhar̥uddhi, sthiti tathā yuti ane temanā kāraṇo paṇ jāṇe chhe

chhūṭavānun nām mokṣha chhe, athavā jenā dvārā ke jemān mukta thāy chhe te mokṣha kahevāy chhe. te mokṣha traṇ prakārano chhe-jīvamokṣha, pudgalamokṣha ane jīv-pudgalamokṣha.

e ja pramāṇe mokṣhanā kāraṇo paṇ traṇ prakāranā kahevā joīe. bandh, bandhanun kāraṇ, bandh pradesh, baddha ane badhyamān jīv ane pudgal; tathā mokṣha, mokṣhanun kāraṇ, mokṣhapradesh, mukta ane muchyamān jīv ane pudgal; ā sarva trikāḷaviṣhayak padārthone jāṇe chhe, e ukta kathananun tātparya chhe.

bhog ane upabhogarūp ghoḍā, hāthī, maṇi ane ratna, rūp, sampadā, tathā te sampadānī prāptinā kāraṇanun nām r̥uddhi chhe. traṇ lokamān rahenārī sarva sampadāo tathā dev, asur ane manuṣhyabhavanī samprāptinā kāraṇone paṇ jāṇe chhe; e ukta kathananun tātparya chhe. chha dravyonun vivakṣhit bhāve avasthān ane avasthānanā kāraṇanun nām sthiti chhe. dravyasthiti, karmasthiti, kāyasthiti bhavasthiti, ane bhāvasthiti ādi sthitine sakāraṇ jāṇe chhe, e ukta kathananun tātparya chhe.

trikāḷaviṣhayak sarva prakāranā sanyog athavā samīpatānā
sarva bhedane jāṇe chhe

dravya, kṣhetra, kāḷ ane bhāvasahit jīvādi dravyonā sammelananun nām yuti chhe. shaṅkāḥ– yuti ane bandhamān shun taphāvat chhe? samādhānaḥ– ekībhāvanun nām bandh chhe ane samīpatā athavā sanyoganun nām yuti chhe.

ahīn dravyayuti traṇ prakāranī chhe-jīvayuti, pudgalayuti ane jīv-pudgalayuti. emānthī ek kuḷ, gām, nagar, bil (-dar), guphā ke jaṅgalamān jīvonun maḷavun te jīvayuti chhe. pavanane līdhe hālatān pāndaḍānonī jem ek sthānamān pudgalonun maḷavun te pudgalayuti chhe. jīv ane pudgalonun maḷavun te jīv-pudgalayuti chhe. athavā jīv, pudgal, dharma, adharma, kāḷ ane ākāsh emanā ek vagerenā sanyog dvārā dravyayuti utpanna karāvavī joīe. jīvādi dravyonun nārakādi kṣhetro sāthe maḷavun te kṣhetrayuti chhe. te ja dravyono divas, mahinā, varṣha ādi kāḷ sātheno je milāp te kāḷayuti chhe. krodh, mān, māyā ane lobhādik sāthe temano milāp thavo te bhāvayuti chhe. trikāḷaviṣhayak ā sarva yutionā bhedone te bhagavān jāṇe chhe.

chha dravyonā anubhāg tathā ghaṭotpādanarūp anubhāgane paṇ jāṇe chhe

chha dravyonī shaktinun nām anubhāg chhe. te anubhāg chha prakārano chhe- jīvānubhāg, pudgalānubhāg, dharmāstikāyānubhāg, adharmāstikāyānubhāg, ākāshāstikāyānubhāg ane kāḷadravyānubhāg. emānthī sarva dravyonun jāṇavun te jīvānubhāg chhe. jvar, kuṣhṭha ane kṣhayādino vināsh karavo ane temane utpanna karavā tenun nām pudgalānubhāg chhe. yoni prābhr̥utamān kahelā mantra-tantrarūp shaktionun nām pudgalānubhāg chhe, em ahīn grahaṇ karavun joīe. jīv ane pudgalonā gaman ane āgamanamān hetu thavun te dharmāstikāyānubhāg chhe. temanā ja avasthānamān hetu thavun te adharmāstikāyānubhāg chhe. jīvādi dravyono ādhār thavun te ākāshāstikāyānubhāg chhe. anya dravyonā kram ane yugapad pariṇāmamān hetu thavun te kāḷadravyānubhāg chhe. e ja rīte dvisanyogādi rūpe anubhāganun kathan karavun joīe. jemake-māṭīno piṇḍ, daṇḍ, chakra, chīvar, jaḷ ane kumbhār ādino ghaṭotpādanarūp anubhāg. e anubhāgane paṇ jāṇe chhe.

padārthone paṇ jāṇe chhe

tarka, hetu ane gnāpak, e ekārthavāchī shabdo chhe. ene paṇ jāṇe chhe. chitrakarma ane patrachhedan ādinun nām kaḷā chhe. kaḷāne paṇ teo jāṇe chhe. manovargaṇāthī banel hr̥uday-kamaḷanun nām man chhe, athavā manathī utpanna thayel gnānane man kahe chhe. man vaḍe chintit padārthonun nām mānasik chhe. temane paṇ jāṇe chhe.

rahas shabdano artha anrta ane arahas shabdano artha anantar chhe. arahas evun je karma te arahaḥkarma kahevāy chhe. temane jāṇe chhe. shuddhadravyārthikanayanā viṣhayarūpe sarva dravyonā anādipaṇāne jāṇe chhe, e ukta kathananun tātparya chhe. ākhāy lokamān sarva jīvo ane sarva bhāvone jāṇe chhe.

shaṅkāḥ– ahīn ‘sarva jīv’ pad grahaṇ na karavun joīe, kemake baddha ane mukta padathī tenā arthanun gnān thaī jāy chhe.

samādhānaḥ– nā, kemake ek saṅkhyā vishiṣhṭa baddha ane muktanun grahaṇ tyān na thāy tethī teno pratiṣhedh karavā māṭe ‘sarva jīv’ padane nirdesh karyo chhe.

jīv be prakāranā chhe–sansārī ane mukta. emān mukta jīv anant prakāranā chhe, kemake siddhalokanā ādi ane ant prāpta thatā nathī.

shaṅkāḥ– siddha lokanā ādi ane antano abhāv kevī rīte chhe? samādhānaḥ– kemake temano pravāh svarūpe dhārāvāhī chhe tathā ‘sarva siddha jīv siddhinī apekṣhāe sādi chhe ane santānanī apekṣhāe anādi chhe’ evun sūtra vachan paṇ chhe.

sarva jīvone jāṇe chhe

sansārī jīv be prakāranān chhe-tras ane sthāvar. tras jīv chār prakāranā chhe- dvīndriy, trīndriy, chaturindriy ane pañchendriy. pañchendriy jīv be prakāranā chhe-sañgnī ane asañgnī. ā badhā jīvo trasaparyāpta ane aparyāptanā bhedathī be prakāranān chhe. aparyāpta jīv labdhyaparyāpta ane nirvr̥uttyaparyāptanā bhedathī be prakāranān chhe. sthāvar jīv pāñch prakāranā chhe-pr̥ithvīkāyik, jaḷakāyik, agnikāyik, vāyukāyik ane vanaspatikāyik. ā pāñchey sthāvarakāyik jīvomān pratyek be prakāranā chhe-bādar ane sūkṣhma. emān bādar vanaspatikāyik jīv be prakāranā chhe-pratyek sharīr ane sādhāraṇ sharīr. ahīn pratyek sharīr jīv be prakāranān chhe-bādar nigod pratiṣhṭhit ane bādar nigod apratiṣhṭhit. ā badhā sthāvarakāyik jīv paṇ pratyek be prakāranā chhe-paryāpta ane aparyāpta. aparyāpta be prakāranā chhe-labdhyaparyāpta ane nirvr̥uttyaparyāpta. emānthī vanaspatikāyik anant prakāranā ane

jīv, ajīv, puṇya, pāp, āsrav, bandh, samvar, nirjarā ane mokṣhanā bhedathī padārtha nav prakāranā chhe. temānthī jīvonun kathan karī dīdhun chhe. ajīv be prakāranān chhe- mūrta ane amūrta. temānthī mūrta pudgal ogaṇīs prakāranān chhe. jem ke, ekapradeshī vargaṇā, saṅkhyātapradeshī vargaṇā, asaṅkhyāt pradeshī vargaṇā, anant pradeshī vargaṇā, āhār vargaṇā, agrahaṇ vargaṇā, taijas sharīr vargaṇā, agrahaṇ vargaṇā, bhāṣhā vargaṇā, agrahaṇ vargaṇā, mano vargaṇā, agrahaṇ vargaṇā, kārmaṇasharīr vargaṇā, skandhavargaṇā, sāntar nirantar vargaṇā, dhruvashūnya vargaṇā, pratyek sharīr vargaṇā, dhruvashūnya vargaṇā, bādaranigod vargaṇā, dhruvashūnya vargaṇā, sūkṣhma nigod vargaṇā, dhruvashūnya vargaṇā ane mahāskandha vargaṇā. ā tevīs vargaṇāomānthī chār dhruvashūnya vargaṇāo kāḍhī nākhatān ogaṇīs prakāranā pudgal hoy chhe ane te pratyek anant bhedo sahit chhe. amūrta chār prakāranā chhe-dharmāstikāy, adharmāstikāy ane kāḷ. kāḷ ghanalok pramāṇ chhe bākīnā ek ek chhe. ākāsh anant pradeshī chhe, kāḷ apradeshī chhe ane bākīnā asaṅkhyāt pradeshī chhe.

sarva bhāvonī antargat–shubhāshubh karmaprakr̥itio, puṇya–pāp, āsrav,

samvar, nirjarā, bandh ane mokṣha e badhāne kevaḷī jāṇe chhe

shubh prakr̥itionun nām puṇya chhe ane ashubh prakr̥itionun nām pāp chhe. ahīn ghātīchatuṣhka pāparūp chhe. aghātichatuṣhka mishrarūp chhe, kemake emān shubh ane ashubh banne prakr̥itio sambhave chhe. mithyātva, asanyam, kaṣhāy ane yog e āsrav chhe. emānthī mithyātva pāñch prakāranun chhe. asanyam betāḷīs prakārano chhe. kahyun paṇ chhe- pāñch ras, pāñch varṇa, be gandh, āṭh sparsha, sāt svar, man ane chaud prakāranā jīv; emanī apekṣhāe aviramaṇ arthāt indriy ane prāṇīrūp asanyam bentāḷīs prakārano chhe. 33.

anantānubandhī krodh, mān, māyā ane lobh; pratyākhyānāvaraṇ krodh, mān, māyā ane lobh; apratyākhyānāvaraṇ krodh, mān, māyā ane lobh; sañjvalan krodh, mān, māyā ane lobh; hāsya rati, arati, shok, bhay, jugupsā, tathā strīved, puruṣhaved ane napunsakavedanā bhedathī kaṣhāy pachīs prakārano chhe. yog pandar prakārano chhe. āsravanā pratipakṣhanun nām samvar chhe. agyār bhedarūp guṇashreṇi dvārā karmonun gaḷavun te

saman arthāt akrame (yugapad). ahīn je ‘saman’ padanun grahaṇ karyun chhe te kevaḷagnān atīndriy chhe ane vyavadhān ādithī rahit chhe e vāt sūchit kare chhe; kemake nahi to sarva padārthonun yugapad grahaṇ karavānun banī shake nahi; sanshay, viparyay ane anadhyavasāyano abhāv hovāthī athavā trikāḷagochar sarva dravyo ane temanī paryāyonun grahaṇ hovāthī kevaḷī bhagavān samyak prakāre jāṇe chhe. kevaḷī dvārā sarva bāhyapadārthonun grahaṇ thavā chhatān paṇ temanun sarvagna hovun sambhav nathī, kemake temane svarūp parichchhiti arthāt svasamvedanano abhāv chhe evī āshaṅkā thatā sūtramān ‘पश्यति’ dekhe chhe kahyun chhe arthāt teo trikāḷagochar anant paryāyo sahit ātmāne paṇ dekhe chhe.

kevaḷagnānanī utpatti thayā pachhī sarva karmono kṣhay thaī javāthī sharīrarahit thayel kevaḷī upadesh āpī shakatā nathī, tethī tīrthano abhāv prāpta thāy chhe; em kahevāthī sūtramān ‘विहरदि’ kahyun chhe arthāt chār aghāti karmonī sattā rahevāthī teo kāīk kam ek karoḍ pūrva sudhī vihār kare chhe. āvun kevaḷagnān hoy chhe. 83.

ā jātanā guṇovāḷun kevaḷagnān hoy chhe
shaṅkāḥ– guṇamān guṇ kevī rīte hoī shake?
samādhānaḥ– ahīn kevaḷagnān dvārā kevaḷagnānīno nirdesh karavāmān āvyo chhe.
āvā kevaḷī hoy chhe, e ukta kathananun tātparya chhe.
(ra) shrī kundakundāchāryakr̥ut pravachanasār gāthā 37 mān kahyun chhe-

तक्कालिगेव सव्वे सदसब्भूदा हि पज्जयां तासिं । वट्टते ते णाणे विसेसदो दव्वजादीणं।। ३७।।

arthaḥ– “te (jīvādi) dravya jātionī samasta vidyamān ane avidyamān paryāyo tātkāḷik (vartamān) paryāyonī jem vishiṣhṭatāpūrvak (potapotānā bhinna bhinna svarūpe) gnānamān varte chhe.”
