(5) ek dravya dūsare dravyakā kuch kar nahīṁ sakatā; use
pariṇamit nahīṁ kar sakatā, preraṇā nahīṁ kar sakatā, lābh-hāni
nahīṁ kar sakatā, us par prabhāv nahīṁ ḍāl sakatā, usakī
sahāyatā yā upakār nahīṁ kar sakatā; use mār yā jilā nahīṁ
sakatā — aisī pratyek dravya-guṇ-paryāyakī sampūrṇa svataṁtratā ananta
jñāniyoṁne pukār-pukār kar kahī hai.
(6) jinamatameṁ to aisī paripāṭī hai ki pratham samyaktva
aur phi ra vratādi hote haiṁ. ab, samyaktva to sva-parakā śraddhān
hone par hotā hai, tathā vah śraddhān dravyānuyogakā abhyās karanese
hotā hai. isalie pratham dravyānuyogake anusār śraddhān karake
samyagdr̥ṣṭi bananā cāhie.
(7) pahale guṇasthānameṁ jijñāsu jīvoṁko śāstrābhyās,
adhyayan – manan, jñānī puruṣoṁkā dharmopadeś – śravaṇ, nirantar unakā
samāgam, devadarśan, pūjā, bhakti, dān ādi śubhabhāv hote haiṁ,
kintu pahale guṇasthānameṁ sacce vrat, tap ādi nahīṁ hote.
ūparī dr̥ṣṭise dekhanevāloṁko nimnokta do śaṁkāen̐ honekī
sambhāvanā hai —
(1) aise kathan sunane yā parḥanese logoṁko atyanta hāni
honā sambhav hai. (2) is samay log kuch vrat, pratyākhyān,
pratikramaṇādik kriyāen̐ karate haiṁ; unheṁ choṛ deṁge.
usakā spaṣṭīkaraṇ yah hai : —
satyase kisī bhī jīvako hāni hogī — aisā kahanā hī
baṛī bhūl hai, athavā asat kathanase logoṁko lābh mānaneke barābar
hai, satkā śravaṇ yā adhyayan karanese jīvoṁko kabhī hāni ho hī
