śubhopayogināṁ hi śuddhātmānurāgayogicāritratayā, samadhigataśuddhātmavr̥ttiṣu śramaṇeṣu vandananamaskaraṇābhyutthānānugamanapratipattipravr̥ttiḥ śuddhātmavr̥ttitrāṇanimittā śramāpanayanapravr̥ttiśca na duṣyet ..247..
sarāgacāritrāvasthāyām . kā na ninditā . vaṁdaṇaṇamaṁsaṇehiṁ abbhuṭṭhāṇāṇugamaṇapaḍivattī vandananamaskārābhyāṁ sahābhyutthānānugamanapratipattipravr̥ttiḥ . samaṇesu samāvaṇao śramaṇeṣu śramāpanayaḥ ratnatrayabhāvanābhighātak- śramasya khedasya vināś iti . anen kimuktaṁ bhavati – śuddhopayogasādhake śubhopayoge sthitānāṁ tapodhanānāṁ itthaṁbhūtāḥ śubhopayogapravr̥ttayo ratnatrayārādhakaśeṣapuruṣeṣu viṣaye yuktā ev, vihitā eveti ..247.. ath śubhopayogināmevetthaṁbhūtāḥ pravr̥ttayo bhavanti, na ca śuddhopayogināmiti prarūpayati — daṁsaṇaṇāṇuvadeso
anvayārtha : — [śramaṇeṣu ] śramaṇoṁke prati [vandananamaskaraṇābhyāṁ ] vandan – namaskār sahit [abhyutthānānugamanapratipattiḥ ] 1abhyutthān aur 2anugamanarūp 3vinīt pravr̥tti karanā tathā [śramāpanayaḥ ] unakā śram dūr karanā vah [rāgacaryāyām ] rāgacaryāmeṁ [na ninditā ] nindit nahīṁ hai ..247..
ṭīkā : — śubhopayogiyoṁke śuddhātmāke anurāgayukta cāritra hotā hai, isaliye jinane śuddhātmapariṇati prāpta kī hai aise śramaṇoṁke prati jo vandan – namaskār – abhyutthān – anugamanarūp vinīt vartanakī pravr̥tti tathā śuddhātmapariṇatikī rakṣākī nimittabhūt aisī jo śram dūr karanekī (vaiyāvr̥tyarūp) pravr̥tti hai, vah śubhopayogiyoṁke liye dūṣit (doṣarūp, nindit) nahīṁ hai . (arthāt śubhopayogī muniyoṁke aisī pravr̥ttikā niṣedh nahīṁ haiṁ ) ..247..
ab, aisā pratipādan karate haiṁ ki śubhopayogiyoṁke hī aisī pravr̥ttiyān̐ hotī haiṁ : —

1. abhyutthān = mānārtha khaṛā ho jānā vah .
2. anugaman = pīche calanā vah .3. vinīt = vinayayukta, sanmānayukta, vivekī, sabhya .
