anvayArtha– (प्रमाणवत हि) kharekhar pramANanI jem (नयानां) nay (अवश्यं भाव्यं फलवत्वेन) avashya
phaLavAn hovo joIe (यतः) kem ke (प्रमाण अवयवी स्यात) pramAN avayavI chhe ane; (तत् अंशत्वात्) te
pramANano ansh hovAthI, (नया तत् अवयवाः स्युः) nay avayav chhe.
bhAvArtha– pramANanI mAphak nay paN phaLavAn jarUr hovo joIe, kemake pramAN avayavI chhe ane ansh–
anshIbhAvasambandhathI nay teno avayav chhe arthAt pramANano ek desh te ja nay chhe. tethI pramANanI jem nayo paN
phaLavAn jarUr hovA joIe.
uparanA kathanano siddhAnt
तस्यादनुपादेयोव्यवहारोऽतद्गुणे तदारोपः।
इष्टफलाभावादिह न नयो वर्णादिमान् यथा जीवः।।५६३।।
anvayArtha– (तस्मात्)–mATe arthAt nay te pramANano ja ansh hovAthI jarUr phaLavAn hovo joIe tethI
(अतद्गुणे तदारोपः व्यवहारः) atadguNamAn tadAropaN karavArUp vyavahAr eTale ke je vastumAn je guN na hoy te
vastumAn te guNano Arop karavArUp vyavahAro (इष्टफल अभावात्) temAn iShTaphaLano abhAv hovAthI, (अन् उपादेयः)
upAdey nathI; (यथा) jem ke (इह जीवः वर्णादिमान्) ahIn jIvane varNAdivALo kahevo te (नयः न) nay nathI.
bhAvArtha– jIvamAn je guN nathI te guNano Arop karIne paN jIvane varNAdivALo kahevAthI kAI phaL
nIkaLatun nathI temaj tenAthI iShTanI siddhi paN thatI nathI mATe tene samyaknay kahI shakAto nathI arthAt jIvamAn
varNAdino Arop karIne jIvane varNAdivALo kahevo te nayAbhAs chhe.

असद्भूतलक्षणः) kahevAmAn Avel asadbhUt lakShaNanay paN (नयः न) nay nahi TharI shake paN (किल) kharekhar
(क्रोधादिनां अतद्गुण आरोपात्) krodhAdino atadguNamAn Arop hovAthI arthAt krodhAdi jIvanA guN na hovA chhatAn
paN teno jIvamAn Arop karIne kahevAmAn Avato asadbhUtavyavahAranay paN (नया भासः भवति) nayAbhAs ja Tharashe!
bhAvArtha–shankAkAr kahe chhe ke–‘tadguNasamvignAn, udAharaNasahit’ ityAdi nayanA lakShaN pramANe, jo jIvane
varNAdivALo kahevAmAn, atadguN Arop hovAthI nayanun lakShaN lAgu paDI shakatun nathI arthAt jIvane varNAdivALo
kahevo te nayAbhAs chhe to pachhI ApanA te kathan anusAr asadbhUt vyavahAranayanA viShayabhUt buddhipUrvak thanArA
krodhAdikane jIvanA kahevA te paN vAstavikanay nahi TharatAn nayAbhAs ja Tharashe kem ke jIvane krodhAdivALo kahevo tyAn

नैवं यतो यथा ते क्रोधाद्याः जीवसंभवा भावाः।
न तथा पुद्गलवपुषः सन्ति च वर्णादयो हि जीवस्य।।५६५।।
anvayArtha– (न ऐवं) e prakAranun kahevun barAbar nathI, (यतः) kemake (यथा ते क्रोधाद्याः भावाः
जीवसंभवा) je rIte te krodhAdikabhAv jIvanA sambhave chhe (तथा पुद्गलवपुषः वर्णादयः) te rIte pudgalAtmak
sharIranA varNAdik (हि जीवस्य न च सन्ति) jIvanA sambhavI shakatA ja nathI.
bhAvArtha– upar kahelI shankA barAbar nathI, kAraN ke te krodhAdikabhAv to jIvamAn thanArA audayikabhAvarUp chhe
tethI te jIvanA tadguN chhe; te jIvano–naimittikabhAv hovAthI tene sarvathA pudgalano kahI shakAto nathI. ane jIvane
varNAdivALo kahevAmAn Ave tyAn to varNAdik sarvathA pudgalanA ja hovAthI tene jIvanA kaI rIte kahI shakAy?
