samaye darek dravyamAn ek ja paryAy thavAnI lAyakAt hoy chhe, paN tenI pahelAnnnA samayanI ke pachhInI paryAyamAn te

vAnchavI. temAn chhellI chAr lITI (pRu. 135–6) abhyAs karavA yogya chhe. temAn lakhyun chhe ke– ‘तथैव हि
परिगृहीतनित्यवृत्तिनिवर्तमाने द्रव्ये समस्तेष्वपि स्वावसरेषूच्चकासत्सु परिणामेषूत्तरोत्तरेष्ववसरेषूत्त–
रोत्तरपरिणामानुदयनात्पूर्व पूर्व–परिणामानामनुदयनात् सर्वत्रापि परस्परानुस्यूतिस्त्रकस्य प्रवाहस्याव–
स्थानात्त्रैलक्षण्यं प्रसिद्धिमवतरति।।
’ teno gujarAtI artha A pramANe chhe (gujarAtI prav. pA. 166) :–
‘jeNe nityavRutti grahaN karelI chhe evA rachAtA (pariNamatA) dravyane viShe, potapotAnA avasaromAn prakAshatA
(pragaTatA) samasta pariNAmomAn, pachhI pachhInA avasaroe pachhI pachhInA pariNAmo pragaT thatA hovAthI ane
pahelAnn pahelAnnnA pariNAmo nahi pragaT thatA hovAthI tathA badhey paraspar anusyUti rachanAro pravAh avasthit
(–Takato) hovAthI trilakShaNapaNun prasiddhi pAme chhe.’
vaLI shrIpravachanasAr a. 1 gA. 8 nI sanskRit TIkAmAn 10 mA pAne shrIjayasenAchArye kahyun chhe ke–‘तच्च
पुनरूपादानकारणं शुद्धाशुद्धभेदेन द्विधा। रागादिविकल्परहित स्वसंवेदनज्ञान–मागमभाषया शुक्लध्यानं वा
केवलज्ञानोत्पत्तौ शुद्धोपादानकारणं भवति। अशुद्धात्मा तु रागादिना अशुध्धनिश्चयेनाशुद्धोपादानकारणं
भवतीति सूत्रार्थः।।
’ teno artha A pramANe chhe– ‘vaLI te upAdAn kAraN paN shuddha ane ashuddha evA be
prakAranA chhe. rAgAdi vikalpa rahit svasamvedanagnAn athavA Agam bhAShAmAn shukladhyAn te kevaLagnAn utpattinun
shuddha upAdAn kAraN chhe. ane rAgAdirUpe pariNamato ashuddha AtmA ashuddha nishchayathI ashuddha upAdAn kAraN chhe. A
pramANe sUtrArtha chhe. ’ ahIn shuddha–paryAyane tathA ashuddhaparyAyane bannene upAdAn kAraN kahyAn chhe.
vaLI shrI samayasAr gA. 102 nI TIkAmAn shrIjayasenA–chArya kahe chhe ke (pRu. 167–8) – ‘हे भगवन्
रागादिनामशुद्धोपादानरूपेण कर्तृत्वं भणितं तदुपादानं शुद्धाशुद्धभेदेन कथं द्विधा भवतीति। तत्कथ्यते–
औपाधिकमुपादानम–शुद्धम् तप्तायःपिंडवत्, निरूपाधिरूपमुपादानं शुद्धं पीतत्वादिगुणानां सुवर्णवत्
अनंतज्ञानादिगुणानां सिद्धजीववत् उष्णत्वादि गुणानामग्निवत्। इदं व्याख्यानमुपादानकारण–व्याख्यानकाले
शुद्धाशुद्धोपादानरूपेण सर्वत्र स्मरणीयमिति भावार्थः।

pUchhe chhe ke he bhagavAn! jIvane rAgAdino kartA ashuddha upAdAnarUpe kahyo to upAdAn shuddha ane ashuddha evA bhedathI
be prakAranun kaI rIte chhe? shrIguru tenun samAdhAn kare chhe ke–tapelA loDhAnA goLAnI jem je aupAdhikaupAdAn chhe te
ashuddha upAdAn chhe. ane jem sonAmAn pILAsh vagere guNo chhe, jem siddha jIvamAn anantagnAn vagere guNo chhe tathA
jem agnimAn uShNatA vagere guNo chhe tem je nirUpAdhibhAvarUp upAdAn chhe te shuddhaupAdAn chhe. upAdAn kAraNanI
vyAkhyA vakhate shuddha ane ashuddha upAdAnarUpe A vyAkhyAn badhI jagAe yAd karavun. A bhAvArtha chhe.’
ahIn AchAryadeve shuddha ane ashuddhaparyAyane upAdAn–kAraN kahyun chhe, ane sarva jagyAe em samajavAnI
bhalAmaN paN karI chhe.
