devAgamastotra) mAn svAmI samantabhadraAchArya kahe chhe ke he nAth! ame to parIkShA vaDe ApanI sarvagnatAno
nirNay karIne Apane mAnIe chhIe. prayojanarUp mULabhUt tattvono to parIkShA karIne potAnA gnAnamAn nirNay
kare, ane pachhI bIjA aprayojanarUp tattvomAn na pahonchI shake to tene ‘puruSh pramANe vachan pramAN’ karIne mAnI
lye, te barAbar chhe. paN ekAnt ‘puruSh pramANe vachan pramAN’ kahIne rokAI jAy ne potAnA gnAnamAn mULabhUt
tattvonA nirNayano paN udyam na kare to tene samyaggnAn thatun nathI. puruShanI pramANatAno (eTale ke sarvagnano)
nirNay karavA jAy to temAn paN gnAnasvabhAvano ja nirNay karavAnun Ave chhe. puruShanI pramANatA to tenAmAn
rahI, paN te pramANatA kaI rIte chhe te tArA gnAnamAn to bhAsyun nathI, puruShanI pramANatAno nirNay tArA gnAnamAn
to Avyo nathI, tethI ‘puruSh pramANe vachan pramAN’ e vAt tane lAgu paDatI nathI.
[18] kramabaddhanI ke kevaLInI vAt koN kahI shake?
e ja pramANe, ekalA paranI ke rAganI oth laIne koI agnAnI em kahe ke ‘vikAr kramabaddhaparyAyamAn
thavAno hato tethI thayo, athavA kevaLIbhagavAne tem joyun hatun mATe thayo’ ––to te svachhandI chhe; bhAI re! tArA
gnAnasvabhAvanI pratIt vagar tun kramabaddhaparyAyanI ke kevaLInI vAt kyAthi lAvyo? tun ekalA rAganI oth
laIne vAt kare chhe paN gnAnasvabhAvanI pratIt karato nathI, to te kharekhar kevaLIbhagavAnane ke kramabaddhaparyAyane
mAnyA ja nathI. kevaLI bhagavAnane ke kramabaddhaparyAyane kharekhar oLakhanAr jIvanI draShTi to antaramAn potAnA
gnAyakasvabhAv taraph vaLI gaI hoy chhe; ene to gnAnanI ja adhikatA hoy chhe, rAganI adhikatA tene hotI ja
nathI. gnAnasvabhAv taraph vaL‌yA vagar dharmamAn ek pagalun paN chAle tem nathI.
[19] gnAnanA nirNay vinA badhun ya khoTun.
gnAyakabhAvarUpI talavArathI samakItie sansArane chhedI nAnkhyo chhe.
prashna:– to shun atyAr sudhInun amArun badhun khoTun?
uttar:– hA, bhAI! badhun ya khoTun. antaramAn ‘hun gnAn chhun’ evun lakSha ane pratIt na kare tyAn sudhI shAstranAn
bhaNatar ke tyAg vagere kAI paN sAchun nathI, tenAthI sansArano chhed thato nathI. AtmAno gnAnasvabhAv,
sarvagnatA, ane padArthonI kramabaddhaparyAy e badhAno nirNay karIne jyAn gnAyak taraph vaL‌yo, tyAn gnAyakabhAvarUpI
evI talavAr hAthamAn lIdhI ke ek kShaNamAn sansArane mULamAnthI chhedI nAnkhe!
[20] samyagdraShTi mukta; mithyAdraShTine ja sansAr.
havenI gAthAomAn kaheshe ke, gnAyakasvabhAvanI draShTimAn samakItine sansAr ja nathI, jenI draShTi karma upar chhe
evA mithyAdraShTine ja sansAr chhe. samakIti to gnAnAnand svabhAvanI draShTithI potAnA shuddha svabhAvamAn nishchaL
hovAthI kharekhar mukta ja chhe, –– ‘
शुद्धस्वभावनियतः स हि मुक्त एव’ (juo kaLash 198)
gnAyakasvabhAvanI draShTivALA gnAnInun akartApaNun siddha karIne, havenI be gAthA (312–313) mAn
AchAryadev kaheshe ke jene gnAyakasvabhAvanI draShTi nathI evA mithyAdraShTine ja nimitta–naimittikabhAvathI sansAr chhe.
karmanA nimittano jIv upar prabhAv paDe, athavA nimitta Ave tevun kArya thAy, karmanA uday pramANe
vikAr thAy–evI agnAnInI mAnyatA to dUr rahI, paN jIv pote mithyAtvAdi kare tyAre karmane nimitta kahevAy,
ane jIv nimitta thaIne mithyAtvAdi karmane bAndhe–e vAt paN mithyAdraShTine ja lAgu paDe chhe. karmano nimitta
kartA mithyAdraShTi chhe, gnAnI to akartA ja chhe; gnAnIne karma sAthe nimitta–naimittikapaNun nathI, tene gnAyak sAthe sandhi
thaI chhe ne karma sAthenI sandhi tUTI gaI chhe.
[21] samyagdarshananA viShayarUp jIvatattva kevun?
gnAnI potAnA gnAyakasvabhAvanA avalambane kramabaddha gnAtAbhAvapaNe ja Upaje chhe, paN rAganA kartApaNe
nathI Upajato; ‘rAgano kartA jIv’ te samyagdarshanano viShay nathI, paN ‘gnAyakabhAvapaNe Upajato jIv’ te
samyagdarshanano viShay chhe. AvA jIvatattvanI pratIt karavI te samyagdarshan chhe.
