bAlatap hai, usase kabhI sachchI nirjarA nahIn hotI; kintu
AtmasvarUpamen samyakprakArase sthiratA-anusAr jitanA shubh-

dev, guru aur dharmakI yathArtha pratIti, (2) jIvAdi sAt tattvonkI
yathArtha pratIti, (3) sva-parake svarUpakI shraddhA, (4) nij
shuddhAtmAke pratibhAsarUp AtmAkI shraddhA,–in chAr lakShaNonke
avinAbhAvasahit satya shraddhA (nishchay samyagdarshan) jab tak jIv
pragaT na kare, tab tak jIv (AtmAkA) uddhAr nahIn ho sakatA
arthAt dharmakA prArambha bhI nahIn ho sakatA aur tab tak AtmAko
anshamAtra bhI sachchA atIndriy sukh pragaT nahIn hotA .

tathA puNya-pAp-rAgAdi malinabhAvommen ekatAbuddhi-kartAbuddhi hai aur
isaliye shubharAg tathA puNya hitakar hai; sharIrAdi parapadArthonkI
avasthA (kriyA) main kar sakatA hUn, par mujhe lAbh-hAni kar sakatA

(4) punashcha, kudev-kuguru-kushAstra aur kudharmakI shraddhA,
pUjA, sevA tathA vinay karanekI jo-jo pravRutti hai vah apane
mithyAtvAdi mahAn doShonko poShaN karaneevAlI honese dukhadAyak
hai, ananta sansAr-bhramaNakA kAraN hai . jo jIv usakA sevan
karatA hai, use kartavya samajhatA hai vah durlabh manuShya-jIvanako
naShTa karatA hai .
(5) agRuhIt mithyAdarshan-gnAn-chAritra jIvako
anAdikAlase hote hain, phi ra vah manuShya honeke pashchAt kushAstrakA
abhyAs karake athavA kugurukA upadesh svIkAr karake gRuhIt
mithyAgnAn-mithyAshraddhA dhAraN karatA hai, tathA kumatakA anusaraN
karake mithyAkriyA karatA hai; vah gRuhIt mithyAchAritra hai . isaliye
