bhayenāpravartamānasyātikarkashācharaṇībhūyākrameṇ sharīran pātayitvā suralokan prāpyodvāntasamasta- sanyamāmr̥utabhārasya tapaso‘navakāshatayāshakyapratikāro mahān lepo bhavati, tanna shreyānapavād- nirapekṣha utsargaḥ . deshakālagnasyāpi bālavr̥uddhashrāntaglānatvānurodhenāhāravihārayoralpalepatvan vigaṇayya yatheṣhṭan pravartamānasya mr̥udvācharaṇībhūy sanyaman virādhyāsanyatajanasamānībhūtasya tadātve tapaso‘navakāshatayāshakyapratikāro mahān lepo bhavati, tanna shreyānutsarganirapekṣho‘pavādaḥ . ataḥ sarvathotsargāpavādavirodhadausthityamācharaṇasya pratiṣhedhyan, tadarthamev sarvathānugamyashcha paraspar- sāpekṣhotsargāpavādavijr̥umbhitavr̥uttiḥ syādvādaḥ ..231.. kr̥utvā pūrvakr̥utapuṇyen devaloke samutpadyate . tatra sanyamābhāvānmahān lepo bhavati . tataḥ kāraṇādapavād- nirapekṣhamutsargan tyajati, shuddhātmabhāvanāsādhakamalpalepan bahulābhamapavādasāpekṣhamutsargan svīkaroti . tathaiv cha pūrvasūtroktakrameṇāpahr̥utasanyamashabdavāchye‘pavāde pravartate tatra cha pravartamānaḥ san yadi kathañchidauṣhadh- pathyādisāvadyabhayen vyādhivyathādipratīkāramakr̥utvā shuddhātmabhāvanān na karoti tarhi mahān lepo bhavati; athavā pratīkāre pravartamāno‘pi harītakīvyājen guḍabhakṣhaṇavadindriyasukhalāmpaṭayen sanyamavirādhanān karoti tadāpi mahān lepo bhavati . tataḥ kāraṇādutsarganirapekṣhamapavādan tyaktvā shuddhātmabhāvanārūpan shubhopayogarūpan vā sanyamamavirādhayannauṣhadhapathyādinimittotpannālpasāvadyamapi bahuguṇarāshimutsargasāpekṣham-
deshakālagnako bhī, yadi vah bāl – vr̥uddha – shrānt – glānatvake anurodhase, jo āhār – vihār hai, usase honevāle alpalepake bhayase usamen pravr̥utti na kare to (arthāt apavādake āshrayase honevāle alpabandhake bhayase utsargakā haṭh karake apavādamen pravr̥utta na ho to), ati karkash ācharaṇarūp hokar akramase sharīrapāt karake devalok prāpta karake jisane samasta sanyamāmr̥utakā samūh vaman kar ḍālā hai use tapakā avakāsh na rahanese, jisakā pratīkār ashakya hai aisā mahān lep hotā hai, isaliye apavād nirapekṣha utsarga shreyaskar nahīn hai .
deshakālagnako bhī, yadi vah bāl – vr̥uddha – shrānt – glānatvake anurodhase jo āhāravihār hai, usase honevāle alpalepako na ginakar usamen 1yatheṣhṭa pravr̥utti kare to (arthāt apavādase honevāle alpabandhake prati asāvadhān hokar utsargarūp dhyeyako chūkakar apavādamen svachchhandapūrvak pravarte to), mr̥udu ācharaṇarūp hokar sanyam virodhīko – asanyatajanake samān hue usako – us samay tapakā avakāsh na rahanese, jisakā pratīkār ashakya hai aisā mahān lep hotā hai . isaliye utsarga nirapekṣha apavād shreyaskar nahīn hai .
isase (aisā kahā gayā hai ki) utsarga aur apavādake virodhase honevālā jo ācharaṇakā duḥsthitapanā vah sarvathā niṣhedhya (tyājya) hai, aur isīliye paraspar sāpekṣha utsarga aur apavādase jisakī vr̥utti (-astitva, kārya) pragaṭ hotī hai aisā syādvād sarvathā anugamya (anusaraṇ karane yogya) hai .
