हेतुत्वेन चावस्थानं, वृद्धिरुत्पन्नस्य परतर उत्कर्षः फलोदयो देवादिपूजायाः स्वर्गापवर्गादेश्च फलस्योत्पत्तिः । कस्याभावे कस्येव ते न स्युरित्याह — बीजाभावे तरोरिव बीजस्य मूलकारणस्याभावे यथा तरोस्ते न सन्ति तथा सम्यक्त्वस्यापि मूलकारण-

‘बीजाभावे तरोरिव’ bIjanA – mULakAraNanA abhAvamAn jem vRukShanAn te (utpatti, sthiti, vRuddhi ane phaloday) hotAn nathI, tem mUL kAraNabhUt samyaktvanA abhAvamAn paN samyaggnAn ane samyakchAritranAn te (utpatti, sthiti, vRuddhi ane phaLanI prApti) hotAn nathI.
bhAvArtha : — jem mULakAraN bIj vinA vRukShanI utpatti, sthiti, vRuddhi ane phalotpatti hotI nathI, tem mokShamArgamAn mULakAraN samyagdarshan vinA samyaggnAn ane samyakchAritranI utpatti, sthiti (arthAt padArthanun yathArtha gnAn ane karmanirjarA Adinun kAraNapaNun ), vRuddhi ane phalotpatti (arthAt devonI pUjyatAthI svarga – mokShAdinI prApti) hoI shakatAn nathI. samyagdarshanathI ja gnAn ane chAritra samyakpaNAne pAme chhe, tethI te traNemAn samyagdarshan ja utkRuShTa chhe, sauthI uttam chhe.
