अतस्तदेवात्र धर्मत्वेनाभिप्रेतं तस्यैव मुख्यतो मूलकारणभूततया स्वर्गापवर्गसाधन- सामर्थ्यसंभवात् ।।१।।

bhAvArtha : — je vastunA svarUpane, nyUnatA, adhikatA, viparItatA ane sandeh rahit jem chhe tem jANe chhe, tene gaNadharo yA shrutakevalIo ‘samyaggnAn’ kahe chhe; arthAt je vastusvarUpane sanshay (sandeh), viparyay ane anadhyavasAy rahit jem chhe tem jANe chhe tene samyaggnAn kahe chhe.
