‘सम्यग्ज्ञानं’ भावश्रुतरूपं । ‘विजानाति’ विशेषेण जानाति । कं ? ‘चरणानुयोगसमयं’ ā karaṇānuyoganun prayojan jāṇavun.’’2
‘‘parameshvar to vītarāg chhe. bhakti karavāthī prasanna thaī kāī karatā nathī paṇ bhakti karatān je mand kaṣhāy thāy chhe tenun svayam ja uttam phaḷ thāy chhe. have karaṇānuyoganā abhyāsamān tenāthī (bhaktithī) paṇ adhik mand kaṣhāy thaī shake chhe, tethī tenun phaḷ ati uttam thāy chhe. vaḷī vrat – dānādik to kaṣhāy ghaṭāḍavānān bāhya nimitta – sādhan chhe ane karaṇānuyogano abhyās karatān tyān upayog joḍāī jāy tyāre rāgādik dūr thāy chhe, tethī te antaraṅg nimitta sādhan chhe; māṭe te visheṣh kāryakārī chhe.......3 44.
anvayārtha : — [सम्यग्ज्ञानम् ] samyaggnān, [गृहमेध्यनागराणाम् ] gr̥uhastha, (shrāvak) ane munionān [चारित्रोत्पत्तिवृद्धिरक्षाङ्गम् ] chāritranī utpatti, vr̥uddhi ane rakṣhānā kāraṇabhūt evā [चरणानुयोगसमयम् ] charaṇānuyog shāstrane [विजानाति ] jāṇe chhe.
