आत्मस्वरूप एव स्थितम् । कथम्भूतं मां ? बोधात्मानं ज्ञानस्वरूपम् । पुनरपि कथम्भूतम् ? परमानन्दनिर्वृतं परमश्चासावानन्दश्च सुखं तेन निर्वृतं सुखीभूतम् अथवा परमानन्दनिर्वृतोऽहम् ।।३२।।
एवमात्मानं शरीराद्भिन्नं यो न जानाति तं प्रत्याह – (sAdhan)rUp AtmasvarUp vaDe ja; kyAn rahelA evA mane hun prApta thayo chhun? mArAmAn rahelAne arthAt AtmasvarUmAn ja rahelAne. kevA mane? bodhAtmAne eTale gnAnasvarUpane. vaLI kevA mane? param AnandathI nirvRutta (rachAyelA)ne – param Anand eTale sukh, tenAthI nirvRutta (rachAyelA) – sukh thayelAne (evA mane eTale AtmAne prApta thayo chhun); athavA, hun param AnandathI nirvRutta (paripUrNa) chhun.
bhAvArtha : bAhya indriyonA viShayothI mArA AtmAne chhoDAvIne mArAmAn rahelA param AnandathI paripUrNa gnAnasvarUp AtmAne, hun mArA ja puruShArthathI pAmyo chhun.
A shlokamAn ‘मया एव’ ane ‘मयि स्थितं’ – e shabdo bahu arthasUchak chhe te batAve chhe ke paramAtmapad mArAmAn – AtmAmAn chhe, bIje bahAr koI ThekANe nathI ane te pad hun Atma sanmukh thaIne puruShArtha karun to ja prApta thAy, bIjA koI bAhya sAdhanathI ke koInI kRupAthI te prApta thAy nahi. paramAtmapadanI prApti mATe te svAvalambananun grahaN ane parAvalambanano tyAg sUchave chhe.
vaLI AchArye darshAvyun chhe ke AtmasvarUpanI prApti men mArA AtmabaL vaDe ja karI chhe. em potAno Atmavaibhav batAvI mumukShu jIvone preraNA karI chhe ke, ‘tame paN svata eTale potAnA AtmasAmarthyathI ja param padanI prApti karo.’
AtmA ane parapadArthone (indriyonA viShayone) bhinna karavAmAn ane AtmAne grahaN karavAmAn karaN (sAdhan) judAn nathI; pragne ek ja karaN chhe, te vaDe ja AtmAne bhinna karAy chhe ane te vaDe ja tene grahaN karAy chhe.1
ahIn sAdhya sAdhan ek ja chhe ‘bhinna bhinna nathI’ — em batAvyun chhe. 32.
