vishvaikajyotiṣhā sarvagnagnānen sphu ṭīkr̥utan kil nityopayogalakṣhaṇan jīvadravyan tatkathan pudgaladravyībhūtan yen pudgaladravyan mamedamityanubhavasi, yato yadi kathañchanāpi jīvadravyan pudgaladravyībhūtan syāt pudgaladravyan cha jīvadravyībhūtan syāt tadaiv lavaṇasyodakamiv mamedan pudgaladravyamityanubhūtiḥ kil ghaṭet, tattu na kathañchanāpi syāt . tathā hi — yathā kṣhāratvalakṣhaṇan lavaṇamudakībhavat dravatvalakṣhaṇamudakan cha lavaṇībhavat kṣhāratvadravatvasahavr̥uttyavirodhādanubhūyate, na tathā nityopayogalakṣhaṇan jīvadravyan pudgaladravyībhavat nityānupayogalakṣhaṇan pudgaladravyan cha jīvadravyībhavat upayogānupayogayoḥ prakāshatamasoriv sahavr̥uttivirodhādanubhūyate . tatsarvathā prasīd, vibudhyasva, svadravyan mamedamityanubhav . hāthī ādi pashu sundar āhārako tr̥uṇ sahit khā jāte hain usīprakār khāneke svabhāvako tū chhoṛ, chhoṛ . jisane samasta sandeh, viparyay, anadhyavasāy dūr kar diye hain aur jo vishvako (samasta vastuoṅko) prakāshit karaneke lie ek advitīy jyoti hai aise sarvagnagnānase sphu ṭa (pragaṭ) kiyā gayā jo nitya upayogasvabhāvarūp jīvadravya vah pudgaladravyarūp kaise ho gayā ki jisase tū yah anubhav karatā hai ki ‘yah pudgaladravya merā hai’ ? kyoṅki yadi kisī bhī prakārase jīvadravya pudgaladravyarūp ho aur pudgaladravya jīvadravyarūp ho tabhī ‘namakakā pānī’ isaprakārake anubhavakī bhānti aisī anubhūti vāstavamen ṭhīk ho sakatī hai ki ‘yah pudgaladravya merā hai’; kintu aisā to kisī bhī prakārase nahīn banatā
dr̥uṣhṭānta dekar isī bātako spaṣhṭa karate hain : — jaise khārāpan jisakā lakṣhaṇ hai aisā namak pānīrūp hotā huā dikhāī detā hai aur dravatva (pravāhīpan) jisakā lakṣhaṇ hai aisā pānī namakarūp hotā dikhāī detā hai, kyoṅki khārepan aur dravatvakā ek sāth rahanemen avirodh hai, arthāt usamen koī bādhā nahīn ātī, isaprakār nitya upayogalakṣhaṇavālā jīvadravya pudgaladravya hotā huā dikhāī nahīn detā aur nitya anupayog (jaṛ) lakṣhaṇavālā pudgaladravya jīvadravya hotā huā dekhanemen nahīn ātā, kyoṅki prakāsh aur andhakārakī bhān̐ti upayog aur anupayogakā ek hī sāth rahanemen virodh hai; jaṛ aur chetan kabhī bhī ek nahīn ho sakate . isaliye tū sarva prakārase prasanna ho, (apane chittako ujjaval karake) sāvadhān ho aur svadravyako hī ‘yah merā hai’ isaprakār anubhav kar . (isaprakār shrī guruoṅkā upadesh hai .)
bhāvārtha : — yah agnānī jīv pudgaladravyako apanā mānatā hai; use upadesh dekar sāvadhān kiyā hai ki jaṛ aur chetanadravya — donon sarvathā bhinna-bhinna hain, kabhī bhī kisī bhī prakārase ekarūp nahīn hote aisā sarvagna bhagavānane dekhā hai; isaliye he agnānī ! tū paradravyako ekarūp mānanā chhoṛ de; vyarthakī mānyatāse bas kar ..23-24-25..
