khaṇḍānvay sahit arthaḥ — bhāvārtha ām chhe ke koī ekāntavādī mithyādraṣhṭi jīv evo chhe ke je vastune paryāyamātra māne chhe, dravyarūp nathī mānato; tethī jeṭalī-samasta – gneyavastuonā jeṭalā chhe shaktirūp svabhāv temane jāṇe chhe gnān, jāṇatun thakun temanī ākr̥utirūpe pariṇame chhe, tethī gneyanī shaktinī ākr̥utirūp chhe gnānanā paryāy, temanāthī gnānavastunī sattā māne chhe; temanāthī bhinna chhe potānī shaktinī sattāmātra, tene nathī mānato; – evo chhe ekāntavādī. tenā prati syādvādī samādhān kare chhe ke gnānamātra jīvavastu samasta gneyashaktine jāṇe chhe evun sahaj chhe; parantu potānī gnānashaktithī astirūp chhe. em kahe chhe — ‘‘
पशुः नश्यति एव’’ (पशुः) ekāntavādī (नश्यति) vastunī sattāne sādhavāthī bhraṣhṭa chhe, (एव) nishchayathī. kevo chhe ekāntavādī? ‘‘बहिः वस्तुषु नित्यं विश्रान्तः’’ (बहिः वस्तुषु) samasta gneyavastunī anek shaktinī ākr̥utirūpe pariṇamyā chhe gnānanā paryāy, temān (नित्यं विश्रान्तः) sadā vishrānta chhe arthāt paryāyamātrane jāṇe chhe gnānavastu, – evo chhe nishchay jeno, evo chhe. shā kāraṇathī evo chhe? ‘‘परभावभावकलनात्’’ (परभाव) gneyanī shaktinī ākr̥utirūpe chhe gnānano paryāy, temān (भावकलनात्) avadhāryun chhe gnānavastunun astipaṇun, – evā jūṭhā abhiprāyanā kāraṇathī. vaḷī kevo chhe ekāntavādī? ‘‘स्वभावमहिमनि एकान्तनिश्चेतनः’’ (स्वभाव) jīvanī gnānamātra nij shaktinā (महिमनि) anādinidhan shāshvat pratāpamān (एकान्तनिश्चेतनः) ekānta nishchetan chhe arthāt tenāthī sarvathā shūnya chhe. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke svarūpasattāne nathī mānato – evo chhe ekāntavādī. tenā prati syādvādī samādhān kare chhe — ‘‘तु स्याद्वादी नाशम् न एति’’ (तु) ekāntavādī māne chhe te pramāṇe nathī, syādvādī māne chhe te pramāṇe chhe. (स्याद्वादी) anekāntavādī (नाशम्) vināsh (न एति) pāmato nathī. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke gnānamātra vastunī sattāne sādhī shake chhe. kevo chhe anekāntavādī jīv? ‘‘सहजस्पष्टीकृतप्रत्ययः’’ (सहज) svabhāvashaktimātra evun je astitva te sambandhī (स्पष्टीकृत) draḍh karyo chhe (प्रत्ययः) anubhav jeṇe, evo chhe. vaḷī kevo chhe? ‘‘सर्वस्मात् नियतस्वभावभवनज्ञानात् विभक्तः भवन्’’ (सर्वस्मात्) jeṭalā chhe (नियतस्वभाव) potapotānī shaktie birājamān evā je gneyarūp jīvādi padārtho temanī (भवन) sattānī ākr̥utirūpe pariṇamyā chhe evā (ज्ञानात्) jīvanā gnānaguṇanā
