(ध्वंसि) meṭanashīl (maṭāḍavānā svabhāvavāḷun) chhe (स्वभावत्वात्) nijasvarūp jenun, evo svabhāv hovāthī shuddha chhe. 18.
khaṇḍānvay sahit arthaḥ — ‘‘मेचकामेचकत्वयोः आत्मनः चिन्तया एव अलं’’ ātmā (मेचक) ‘malin chhe’ ane (अमेचक) ‘nirmaḷ chhe’ – ām ā banne nayo pakṣhapātarūp chhe; (आत्मनः) chetanadravyanā āvā (चिन्तया) vichārathī (अलं) bas thāo; āvo vichār karavāthī to sādhyanī siddhi nathī thatī (एव) em nakkī jāṇavun. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke shrutagnānathī ātmasvarūp vichāratān ghaṇā vikalpo ūpaje chhe; ek pakṣhathī vichāratān ātmā anekarūp chhe, bījā pakṣhathī vichāratān ātmā abhedarūp chhe – ām vichāratān thakān to svarūp-anubhav nathī. ahīn koī prashna kare chhe ke vichāratān thakān to anubhav nathī, to anubhav kyān chhe? uttar ām chhe ke pratyakṣhapaṇe vastune āsvādatān thakān anubhav chhe. te ja kahe chhe — ‘‘दर्शन-ज्ञान-चारित्रैः साध्यसिद्धिः’’ (दर्शन) shuddhasvarūpanun avalokan, (ज्ञान) shuddhasvarūpanun pratyakṣha jāṇapaṇun, (चारित्र) shuddhasvarūpanun ācharaṇ — āvān kāraṇo karavāthī (साध्य) sakaḷakarmakṣhayalakṣhaṇ mokṣhanī (सिद्धिः) prāpti thāy chhe. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke shuddhasvarūpano anubhav karatān mokṣhanī prāpti chhe. koī prashna kare chhe ke āṭalo ja mokṣhamārga chhe ke kāī anya paṇ mokṣhamārga chhe? uttar ām chhe ke āṭalo ja mokṣhamārga chhe. ‘‘न च अन्यथा’’ (च) parantu (अन्यथा) anya prakāre (न) sādhyasiddhi nathī thatī. 19.
अपतितमिदमात्मज्योतिरुद्गच्छदच्छम् ।
न खलु न खलु यस्मादन्यथा साध्यसिद्धिः ।।२०।।
