विषयासक्तः अपि सदा सर्वारम्भेषु वर्त्तमानः अपि ।
मोहविलासः एषः इति सर्वं मन्यते हेयम् ।।३१४।।
arthaḥ — joke aviratasamyagdraṣhṭi indriyaviṣhayomān āsakta chhe,
tras – sthāvarajīvono ghāt jemān thāy evā sarva ārambhamān vartī rahyo chhe,
tathā apratyākhyānāvaraṇādi kaṣhāyonā tīvra udayothī virakta thayo nathī
to paṇ te em jāṇe chhe ke ā mohakarmanā udayano vilās chhe, mārā
svabhāvamān te nathī, upādhi chhe – rogavat chhe – tajavā yogya chhe. vartamān
kaṣhāyonī pīḍā sahan thatī nathī tethī asamartha banī ā viṣhayonun sevan
tathā ghaṇā ārambhamān pravartavun thāy chhe em te māne chhe.1
णो इन्दियेसु विरदो णो जीवे थावरे तसे वापि ।
जो सद्दहदि जिणुत्तं सम्माइट्ठी अविरदो सो ।।

जीवा चोद्दसभेया इंदियविसया तहठ्ठवीसं तु ।
जे तेसु णेव विरया असंजदा ते मुणेदव्वा ।।

arthaḥ — je indriyonā viṣhayothī tathā tras-sthāvarajīvonī hinsāthī virakta
nathī, parantu jinendradev dvārā kathit pravachananun shraddhān kare chhe te aviratasamyagdraṣhṭi
chhe. sanyam be prakārano chheḥ ek indriyasanyam tathā bījo prāṇasanyam. indriy
– viṣhayothī virakta thavāne indriyasanyam kahe chhe tathā svaparajīvanā prāṇonī rakṣhāne
prāṇasanyam kahe chhe. ā (chothā) guṇasthānamān e banne sanyamomānthī koī paṇ
sanyam hoto nathī tethī tene aviratasamyagdraṣhṭi kahe chhe. hā, eṭalun kharun ke
– prayojan vinā koī paṇ hinsāmān te pravr̥utta paṇ thato nathī.
arthaḥ — chaud prakāranā jīvasamāsamān ane aṭhṭhāvīs prakāranā indriy
-viṣhayomān je virakta na thavun tene asanyam kahe chhe. (gā0 477). pāñch ras,
pāñch varṇa, be gandh, āṭh sparsha, sāt svar ane ek man e indriyonā
aṭhṭhāvīs viṣhay chhe. (juo – go0 jī0 gā0 478)
