बहुत्रससमन्वितं यत् मद्यं मांसादि निन्दितं द्रव्यम् ।
यः न च सेवते नियमात् सः दर्शनश्रावकः भवति ।।३२८।।
arthaḥ — ghaṇā trasajīvonā ghātathī utpanna tathā e sahit
madirāne tathā atinindya evān mānsādi padārtho chhe tene je niyamathī
sevato nathī – bhakṣhaṇ karato nathī te dārshanik shrāvak chhe.
bhāvārthaḥ — madirā – māns tathā ādi shabdathī madhu ane pāñch
udambaraphaḷ ke je trasajīvonā ghāt sahit chhe te vastuone paṇ je
dārshanik shrāvak chhe te bhakṣhaṇ karato nathī. madya to manane mūrchchhit kare
chhe – dharmane bhulāve chhe. māns trasaghāt vinā thatun ja nathī. madhunī utpatti
prasiddha trasaghātanun sthān ja chhe. pīpaḷ – vaḍ – pīlu ādi phaḷomān
trasajīvo ūḍatā pratyakṣha jovāmān āve chhe, anya granthomān paṇ kahyun chhe
ke temano tyāg e shrāvakanā āṭh mūḷaguṇo chhe. vaḷī emane
trasahinsānān upalakṣhaṇ kahyā chhe. eṭalā māṭe je vastuomān trasahinsā
ghaṇī hoy te, shrāvakane abhakṣhya chhe – bhakṣhaṇ yogya nathī. vaḷī
anyāyapravr̥uttinā mūḷarūp chhe evān sāt vyasanano tyāg paṇ ahīn kahyo
chhe. jugār, māns, madya, veshyā, shikār, chorī ane parastrī e sāt
vyasan chhe, ‘vyasan’ nām āpadā vā kaṣhṭanun chhe. enun sevan karanārane
āpadā āve chhe, rājā vā pañchonā daṇḍane yogya thāy chhe tathā enun
sevan paṇ āpadā vā kaṣhṭarūp chhe. tethī shrāvak evān anyāyarūp kāryo
karato nathī. ahīn ‘darshan’ nām samyaktvanun chhe tathā je vaḍe ‘dharmanī mūrti
chhe’ em sarvanā jovāmān āve tenun nām paṇ darshan chhe. je samyagdraṣhṭi
hoy
– jinamatane sevato hoy ane abhakṣhabhakṣhaṇ – anyāy aṅgīkār kare
to samyaktvane malin kare tathā jinamatane lajāve; māṭe ene niyamathī
chhoḍatān ja darshanapratimādhārī shrāvak thāy chhe.
दिढचित्तो जो कुव्वदि एवं पि वयं णियाणपरिहीणो ।
वेरग्गभावियमणो सो वि य दंसणगुणो होदि ।।३२९।।
