anyamatī chhadmastha hain, inhonne apanī buddhimen āyā vaise hī kalapanā karake kahā hai vah pramāṇasiddhi nahīn hai. inamen kaī vedāntī to ek brahmamātra kahate hain, anya kuchh vastayabhūt nahīn hai māyārūp avastu hai aisā mānate haĩn. kaī naiyāyik, vaisheṣhik jīv ko sarvathā nitya sarvagat kahate hain, jīvake aur gnānaguṇ ke sarvathā bhed mānate hain aur anya kāryamātra hai unako īshvar karāt hai isaprakār mānate haĩn. kaī sāṅkhyamatī puruṣhako udāsīn chaitanyarūp mānakar sarvathā akartā mānate hain gnānako pradhān kā dharma mānate haĩn. kaī bauddhamatī sarva vastu kṣhaṇik mānate hain, sarvathā anitya mānate hain, inamen bhī anek matabhed hain, kaī vignānamātra tattva mānate hain, kaī sarvathā shūnya mānate hain, koī anyaprakār mānate haĩn. mīmānsak karmakāṇḍamātra hī tattva mānate hain, jīvako aṇumātra mānate hain to bhī kuchh paramārtha nitya vastu nahīn hai––ityādi mānate hain, pañchabhūton se jīvakī utpatti mānate haĩn. ityādi buddhikalpit tattva mānakar paraspar men vivād karate hain, yah yukta hī hai– vastukā pūrṇasvarūp dikhatā nahīn hai tab jaise andhe hastīlā vivād karate hain vaise vivād hī hotā hai, isaliye jinadev sarvagnane hī vastukā pūrṇarūp dekhā hai vahī kahā hai. yah pramāṇ aur nayoṅke dvārā anekāntarūp siddha hotā hai. inakī charchā hetuvād ke jainake nyāy–shastronse jānī jātī hai, isaliye yah upadesh hai––jinamatamen jīvājīvakā svarūp satyārtha kahā hai usako jānanā samyaggnān hai, isaprakār jānakar jinadevakī āgnā mānakar samyaggnānako aṅgīkār karanā, isīse samyakchāritrakī prāpti hotī hai, aise jānanā.. 41.. āge samyakchāritrakā svarūp kahate hainḥ–––

jan jāṇiūṇ joī parihāran kuṇai puṇṇapāvāṇan.
tan chārittan bhaṇiyan aviyappa kammarahiehĩn.. 42..
yat gnātvā yogī parihāran karoti puṇyapāpānām.
tat chāritran bhaṇitan avikalpan karmarahitaiḥ.. 42..

jānakar puṇya tathā pāp in donoṅkā parihār karatā hai, tyāg karatā hai vah chāritra hai, jo nirvikalpa hai arthāt pravr̥uttirūpakriyāke vikalponse rahit hai vah chāritra ghātikarmase rahit aise sarvagnadevane kahā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ–––chāritra nishchay–vyavahārake bhedase do bhedarūp hai, mahāvrat–samiti–gupti ke bhedase kahā hai vah vyavahār hai. isamen pravr̥uttirūp kriyā shubhakarmarūp bandh karatī hai aur in kriyāon men jitane ansh nivr̥utti hai [arthāt usīsamay svāshrayarūp ānshik nishchay vītarāg bhāv hai] usakā phal bandh nahīn hai, usakā phal karma kī ekadesh nirjarā hai. sab karmonse rahit apane ātmasvarūpamen līn honā vah nishchayachāritra hai, isakā phal karmakā nāsh hī hai, yah puṇya– pāpake parihārarūp nirvikalpa hai. pāpakā to tyāg munike hai hī aur puṇya kā tyāg isaprakār hai––– shubhakriyā kā phal puṇyakarmakā bandh hai usakī vāñchhā nahīn hai, bandhake nāsh kā upāy nirvikalpa nishchayachāritra kā pradhān udyam hai. isaprakār yahān̐ nirvikalpa arthāt puṇya–pāpase rahit aisā nishchayachārritra kahā hai. chaudahaven guṇasthānake antasamayamen pūrṇa chāritra hotā hai, usase lagatā hī mokṣha hotā hai aisā siddhānt hai.. 42.. āge kahate hain ki isaprakār ratnatrayasahit hokar tap sanyam samitiko pālate hue shuddhātmākā dhyān karane vālā muni nirvāṇako prāpta karatā haiḥ–––

jo rayaṇattayajutto kuṇai tavan sañjado sasattīe.
so pāvai paramapayan jhāyanto appayan suddhan.. 43..
yaḥ ratnatrayayuktaḥ karoti tapaḥ sanyataḥ svashaktyā.
saḥ prāpnoti paramapadan dhyāyan ātmānan shuddham.. 43..

arthaḥ––jo muni ratnatrayasanyukta hotā huā sanyamī banakar apanī shaktike anusār tap karatā hai vah shuddha ātmākā dhyān karatā huā paramapad nivārṇako prāpta karatā hai. bhāvārthaḥ––jo muni sanyamī pān̐ch mahāvrat, pān̐ch samiti, tīn gupti yah terah prakārakā chāritra vahī pravr̥uttirūp vyavahārachāritra sanyam hai, usako aṅgīkār karake aur pūrvokta prakār nishchayachāritra yukta hokar apanī shaktike anusār upavās, ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

ratnatrayīyut sanyamī nijashaktitaḥ tapane kare,

[nondh–––jo chhaṭhaven guṇasthānake yogya svāshrayarūp nishchayaratnatray sahit hai usīke vyavahār sanyam–vratādik ko vyavahārachāritra mānā hai.] āge kahate hain ki dhyānī muni aisā banakar paramātmākā dhyān karatā haiḥ–––

tihi tiṇṇi dharavi ṇichchan tiyarahio tah tieṇ parirayario.
dodosavippamukko paramappā jhāyae joī.. 44..
tribhiḥ trīn dhr̥utvā nityan trikarahitaḥ tathā trikeṇ parirakaritaḥ.
dvi doṣhavipramuktaḥ paramātmānan dhyāyate yogī.. 44..

arthaḥ
––‘tribhiḥ’ man vachan kāyase, ‘trīn’ varṣhā, shīt, uṣhṇa tīn kālayogon ko dhāraṇ
kar,‘trikarahit’ māyā, mithyā, nidān tīn shalyonse rahit hokar,‘trikeṇ parikaritaḥ’ darshan,
gnān, chāritra se maṇḍit hokar aur ‘dvidoṣhavipramuktaḥ’ do doṣh arthāt rāg–dveṣh inase rahit
hotā huā yogī dhyānī muni hai, vah paramātmā arthāt sarvakarma rahit shuddha paramātmā unakā dhyān
karatā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––man vachan kāy se tīn kālayog dhāraṇakar paramātmākā dhyān kar isaprakār
kaṣhṭa men dr̥urḥ rahe tab gnāt hotā hai ki isake dhyān kī siddhi hai, kaṣhṭa āne par chalāyamān ho
jāye tab dhyān kī siddhi kaisī? koī prakār kā chitta men shalya rahane se chitta ekāgra nahīn
hotā tab dhyān kaise ho? isaliye shalya rahit kahā; shraddhān, gnān ācharaṇ yathārtha na ho tab
dhyān kaise ho? isaliye darshan, gnān, chāritra maṇḍit kahā aur rāg–dveṣh, iṣhṭa–aniṣhṭa baddhi
rahe tab dhyān kaise ho? isaliye paramātmā kā dhyān kare vah aisā hokar kare, yah tātparya
hai.. 44..

āge kahate hain ki jo isaprakār hotā hai vah uttam sukhako pātā haiḥ–––

traṇathī dharī traṇ, nitya trikavirahitapaṇe trikayutapaṇe,
rahī doṣhayugal vimukta dhyāve yogī nij paramātmane. 44.

mayamāyakoharahio loheṇ vivajjio ya jo jīvo.
ṇimmalasahāvajutto so pāvai uttaman sokkhan.. 45..
madamāyākrodharahitaḥ lobhen vivarjitashcha yaḥ jīvaḥ.
nirmalasvabhāvayuktaḥ saḥ prāpnoti uttaman saukhyam.. 45..

arthaḥ
––jo jīv mad, māyā, krodh inase rahit ho aur lobhase visheṣharūpase rahit ho
vah jīv nirmal vishuddha svabhāvayukta hokar uttam sukhako prāpta karatā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––lokamen bhī aisā hai ki jo mad arthāt ati mānī tathā māyā kapaṭ aur
krodh inase rahit ho aur lobhase visheṣh rahit ho vah sukh pātā hai; tīvra kaṣhāyī ati
ākulatāyukta hokar nirantar duḥkhī rahatā hai. ataḥ yahī rīti mokṣhamārga men bhī jāno–jo krodh,
mān, māyā, lobh chār kaṣhāyonse rahit hotā hai tab nirmal bhāv hote hain aur tab hī
yathākhyātachāritra pākar uttam sukhako prāpta karatā hai.. 45..

āge kahate hain ki jo viṣhay–kaṣhāyon men āsakta hai, paramātmākī bhāvanā se rahit hai,
raudrapariṇāmī hai vah jinamatase parāṅamukh hai, ataḥ vah mokṣha ke sukhoṅko prāpta nahīn kar
sakatāḥ–––
visayakasāehi judo ruddo paramappabhāvarahiyamaṇo.
so ṇa lahai siddhisuhan jiṇamuddaparammuho jīvo.. 46..
viṣhayakaṣhāyaiḥ yuktaḥ rudraḥ paramātmabhāvarahitamanāḥ.
saḥ na labhate siddhisukhan jinamudrāparāṅmukhaḥ jīvaḥ.. 46..

arthaḥ––jo jīv viṣhay–kaṣhāyapanse yukta hai, raudrapariṇāmī hai, hinsādik viṣhay– kaṣhāyadik pāpon men harṣha sahit pravr̥utti karatā hai aur jisakā chitta paramātmākī bhāvanā se rahit hai, aisā jīv jinamudrā se parāṅamukh hai vah aise siddhisukhako mokṣhake sukhako prāpta nahīn kar sakatā. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

je jīv māyā–krodh–mad parivarjīne, tajī lobhane,
nirmaḷ svabhāve pariṇame, te saukhya uttamane lahe. 45.

paramātmabhāvanahīn rūdra, kaṣhāyaviṣhaye yukta je,
te jīv jinamudrāvimukh pāme nahīn shivasaukhyane. 46.

bhāvārthaḥ––jinamat men aisā upadesh hai ki jo hinsādik pāpon se virakta ho, viṣhay– kaṣhāyonse āsakta na ho aur paramātmākā svarūp jānakar usakī bhāvanāsahit jīv hotā hai vah mokṣhako prāpta kar sakatā hai, isaliye jinamat kī mudrā se jo parāṅamukh hai usako mokṣha kaise ho? vah to sansār men hī bhramaṇ karatā hai. yahān̐ rudrakā visheṣhaṇ diyā hai usakā aisā bhī āshay hai ki rudra gyārah hote hain, ye viṣhay–kaṣhāyon men āsakta ho kar jinamudrā se bhraṣhṭa hote hain, inako mokṣha nahīn hotā hai, inakī kathā purāṇon se jānanā.. 46.. āge kahate hain ki jinamudrā se mokṣha hotā hai kintu yah mudrā jin jīvon ko nahīn ruchatī hai ve sansār men hī rahate hainḥ–––

jiṇamuddan siddhisuhan havei ṇiyameṇ jiṇavaruddiṭṭhan.
siviṇe vi ṇa ruchchai puṇ jīvā achchhanti bhavagahaṇe.. 47..
jinamudrā siddhisukhan bhavati niyamen jinavaroddiṣhṭā.
svapne‘pi na rochate punaḥ jīvāḥ tiṣhṭhanti bhavagahane.. 47..

arthaḥ
––jin bhagavān ke dvārā kahī gaī jin mudrā hai vahī siddhisukh hai muktasukh hī
hai, yah kāraṇ men kārya kā upachār jānanā; jinamudrā mokṣha kā kāraṇ hai, mokṣhasukh usakā
kārya hai. aisī jinamudrā jinabhagavān ne jaisī kahī hai vaisī hī hai. to aisī jinamudrā jis
jīv ko sākṣhāt to dūr hī raho, svapna men bhī kadāchit bhī nahīn ruchati hai, usakā svapna
ātā hai to bhī avagnā ātī hai to vah jīv sansārarūp gahan van men rahatā hai, mokṣha ke sukh
ko prāpta nahīn kar sakatā.

bhāvārthaḥ––jinadevabhāṣhit jinamudrā mokṣhakā kāraṇ hai vah mokṣharūpī hī hai, kyoṅki
jinamudrā ke dhārak vartamān men bhī svādhīn sukh ko bhogate hain aur pīchhe mokṣha ke sukh ko prāpta
karate haĩn. jis jīv ko yah nahīn ruchatī hai vah mokṣha ko prāāpta nahīn kar sakatā, sansār hī men
rahatā hai.. 47..

āge kahate hain ki jo paramātmākā dhyān karatā hai vah yogī lobharahit hokar navīn

karmakā āsrav nahīn karatā haiḥ––– ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

jinavaravr̥uṣhabh–upadiṣhṭa jinamudrā ja shivasukh niyamathī,
te nav rūche svapney jene, te rahe bhavavan mahī̃n. 47.

paramappay jhāyanto joi muchchei maladaloheṇa.
ṇādiyadi ṇavan kamman ṇiddiṭṭhan jiṇavarindehĩn.. 48..
paramātmānan dhyāyan yogī muchyate maladalobhena.
nādriyate navan karma nirdiṣhṭan jinavarendraiḥ.. 48..

arthaḥ
––jo yogī dhyānī paramātmā kā dhyān karatā huā rahatā hai vah mal dene vāle
lobh kaṣhāy se chhūṭatā hai, usake lobh mal nahīn lagatā hai isī se navīn karma kā āsrav
usake nahīn hotā hai, yah jinavarendra tīrthaṅkar sarvagnadev ne kahā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––muni bhī ho aur parajanmasambandhī prāptikā lobh hokar nidān kare usake
paramātmā kā dhyān nahīn hotā hai, isaliye jo paramātmā kā dhyān kare usake isalok paralok
sambandhī kuchh bhī lobh nahīn hotā, isaliye usake navīn karmakā āsrav nahīn hotā aisā
jinadevane kahā hai. yah lobh kaṣhāy aisā hī kī dasaven guṇasthān tak pahun̐ch jāne par bhī
avyakta hokar ātmā ko mal lagātā hai, isaliye isako kāṭanā hī yukta hai, athavā jab
tak mokṣhakī chāharūp lobh rahatā hai tab tak mokṣha nahīn hotā hai, isaliye lobh kā atyant
niṣhedh hai.. 48..

āge kahate hai ki jo aisā nirlobhī banakar dr̥urḥ samyaktva –gnān – chāritravān hokar
paramātmākā dhyān karatā hai vah param padako pātā haiḥ–––
hoūṇ diḍhacharitto diḍhasammatteṇ bhāviyamaīo.
jhāyanto appāṇan paramapayan pāvae joī.. 49..

paramātmane dhyātān shramaṇ maḷajanak lobh thakī chhūṭe,

nij ātmane dhyātān thakān yogī param padane lahe. 49.

bhūtvā draḍhacharitraḥ draḍhasamyaktven bhāvitamatiḥ.
dhyāyannātmānan paramapadan prāpnoti yogī.. 49..

arthaḥ
––pūrvokta prakār jisakī mati dr̥urḥ samyaktvase bhāvit hai aisā yogī dhyānī muni
dr̥urḥachāritravān hokar ātmākā dhyān karatā huā paramapad arthāt paramātmapad ko prāpta karatā
hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––samyagdarshan, gnān, chāritrarūp dr̥urḥ hokar pariṣhah āne par bhī chalāyamān na
ho, isaprakār se ātmā kā dhyān karatā hai vah param pad ko prāpta karatā hai aisā tātparya hai..
49..

āge darshan, gnān, chāritra se nirvāṇ hotā hai – aisā kahate āye vah darshan, gnān to
jīv kā svarūp hai, aisā jānā, parantu chāritra kyā hai? aisī āshaṅkā uttar kahate hainḥ–––
charaṇan havai sadhammo dhamme so havai appasamabhāvo.
so rāgarosarahio jīvassa aṇaṇṇa pariṇāmo.. 50..
charaṇan bhavati svadharmaḥ dharmaḥ saḥ bhavati ātmasamabhāvaḥ.
saḥ rāgaroṣharahitaḥ jīvasya ananyapariṇāmaḥ.. 50..

arthaḥ
––svadharma arthāt ātmā kā dharma hai vah charaṇ arthāt chāritra hai. dharma hai vah ātma
samabhāv hai sab jīvon men samān bhāv hai. jo apanā dharma hai vahī sab jīvon men hai athavā sab
jīvon ko apane samān mānanā hai aur jo ātma svabhāv se hī [svāshrayake dvārā] rāgadveṣh
rahit hai, kisī se iṣhṭa–aniṣhṭa buddhi nahīn hai aisā chāritra hai, vah jaise jīvake darshan – gnān
hain vaise hī ananya pariṇām hain, jīv kā hī svabhāv hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––chāritra hai vah gnān men rāg–dveṣh rahit nirākulatā rūp sthiratā bhāv hai, vah
jīv kā hī abhedarūp pariṇām hai, kuchh anya vastu nahīn hai.. 50..

āge jīv ke pariṇām kī svachchhatā ko dr̥uṣhṭānt pūrvak dikhāte hainḥ–––

chāritra te nij dharma chhe ne dharma nij samabhāv chhe,
te jīvanā vaṇ rāg roṣh ananyamay pariṇām chhe. 50.

jah phalihamaṇi visuddho paradavvajuho havei aṇṇan so.
tah rāgādivijutto jīvo havadi hu aṇaṇṇaviho.. 51..
yathā sphaṭikamaṇiḥ vishuddhaḥ paradravyayutaḥ bhavatyanyaḥ saḥ.
tathā rāgādiviyuktaḥ jīvaḥ bhavati sphuṭamanyānyavidhaḥ.. 51..

arthaḥ––jaise sphaṭikamaṇi vishuddha hai, nirmal hai, ujjval hai vah paradravya jo pīt, rakta, harit puṣhpādikase yukta hone par anya sā dikhatā hai, pītādivarṇamayī dikhatā hai, vaise hī jīv vishuddha hai, svachchha svabhāv hai parantu yah [anitya paryāy men apanī bhūl dvārā sva se chyut hotā hai to] rāgadveṣhadik bhāvonse yukta hone par anya anya prakār huā dikhatā hai yah pragaṭ hai. bhāvārthaḥ––yahān̐ aisā jānanā ki rāgādi vikār hain vah pudgal ke hain aur ye jīvake gnān men ākār jhalakate hai tab unase upayukta hokar isaprakār jānatā hai ki ye bhāv mere hī hain, jab tak isakā bhedagnān nahīn hotā hai tab tak jīv anya anya prakārarūp anubhav men ātā hai. yahān̐ sphaṭikamaṇikā dr̥uṣhṭānt hai, usake anyadravya– puṣhpādikakā ḍāṅk lagatā hai tab anyasā dikhatā hai, isaprakār jīvake svachchhabhāv kī vichitratā jānanā.. 51.. isaliye āge kahate hain ki jab tak munike [mātra chāritra–doṣhamen] rāg–dveṣh kā ansh hotā hai tab tak samyagdarshan ko dhāraṇ karatā huā bhī aisā hotā haiḥ–––

devagurummi ya bhatto sāhammiyasañjadesu aṇuratto.
sammattamuvvahanto jhāṇar o hodi joī so.. 52..
deve gurau cha bhaktaḥ sādharmike cha sanyateṣhu anuraktaḥ.
samyaktvamudvahan dhyānarataḥ bhavati yogī saḥ.. 52..

nirmaḷ sphaṭik paradravyasaṅge anyarūpe thāy chhe,

je dev–gurunā bhakta ne sahadharmīmuni–anurakta chhe,
samyaktvanā vahanār yogī dhyānamān rat hoy chhe. 52.

arthaḥ––jo yogī dhyānī muni samyaktva ko dhāraṇ karatā hai kintu jab tak yathākhyāt chāritra ko prāpta nahīn hotā hai tab tak arahant–siddha devamen, aur shikṣhā–dīkṣhā denevāle guru men to bhakti yukta hotā hī hai, inakī bhakti vinay sahit hotī hai aur anya sanyamī muni apane samān dharma sahit hain unamen bhī anurakta hain, anurāg sahit hotā hai vahī muni dhyān men prativān hotā hai aur jo muni hokar bhī dev–guru–sādharmiyon men bhakti va anurāg sahit na ho usako dhyān men ruchivān nahīn kahate hain kyoṅki dhyān hone vāle ke, dhyānavāle se ruchi, prīti hotī hai, dhyānavāle na ruchen tab gnāt hotā hai ki isako dhyān bhī nahīn ruchatā hai, isaprakār jānanā chāhiye.. 52.. āge kahate hain ki jo dhyān samyaggnānī ke hotā hai vahī tap karake karma kā kṣhay karatā haiḥ–––

uggataveṇaṇṇāṇī jan kamman khavadi bhavahi bahuehĩn.
tan ṇāṇī tihi gutto khavei antomuhutteṇa.. 53..
ugratapasā‘gnānī yat karma kṣhapayati bhavairbahukaiḥ.
tajgnānī tribhiḥ guptaḥ kṣhapayati antarmuhūrttena.. 53..

arthaḥ
––agnānī tīvra tapake dvārā bahut bhavommen jitane karmoṅkā kṣhay karatā hai utane
karmoṅkā gnānī muni tīn gupti sahit hokar antarmuhūrta men hī kṣhay kar detā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––jo gnān kā sāmarthya hai vah taevra tapakā bhī sāmarthya nahīn hai, kyoṅki aisā
hai ki––agnānī anek kaṣhṭoṅko sahakar tīvra tapako karatā huā karoṛon bhavon men jitane
karmoṅkā kṣhay karatā hai vah ātmabhāvanā sahit gnānī muni utane karmoṅkā antamuhūrta men kṣhay kar
detā hai, yah gnān kā sāmarthya hai.. 53..

āge kahate hain ki jo iṣhṭa vastuke sambandh se paradravya men rāgadveṣh karatā hai vah us bhāvamen

agnānī hotā hai, gnānī isase ulṭā haiḥ––– ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

tap ugrathī agnānī je karmo khapāve bahu bhave,

shubh yogen subhāvan paradravye karoti rāgataḥ sādhuḥ.
saḥten tu agnānī gnānī etasmāttu viparītaḥ.. 54..

arthaḥ
––shubh yog arthāt apane iṣhṭa vastu ke sambandh se paradravya men subhāv arthāt
prītibhāv ko karatā hai vah pragaṭ rāg–dveṣh hai, iṣhṭamen rāg huā tab aniṣhṭa vastumen dveṣhabhāv
hotā hī hai, isaprakār jo rāg–dveṣh karatā hai vah us kāraṇ se rāgī–dveṣhī–agnānī hai aur
jo isase viparīt arthāt ulaṭā hai paradravyamen rāg–dveṣh nahīn karatā hai vah gnānī hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––gnānī samyagdr̥uṣhṭi munike paradravyamen rāgadveṣh nahīn hai kyoṅki rāg usako kahate
hain ki––jo paradravya ko sarvathā iṣhṭa mānakar rāg karatā hai vaise hī aniṣhṭamānakar dveṣh karatā
hai, parantu samyaggnānī paradravya men iṣhṭa–aniṣhṭakī kalpanā hī nahīn karatā hai tab rāg–dveṣh kaise
ho? chāritra mohake udayavash hone se kuchh dharmarāg hotā hai usako bhī rāg jānatā hai bhalā
nahīn samajhatā hai tab anyase kaise rāg ho? paradravya se rāg–dveṣh karatā hai vah to agnānī hai,
aise jānanā.. 54..

āge kahate hain ki jaise paradravya men rāgabhāv hotā hai vaise mokṣhake nimitta bhī rāg ho to
vah rāg bhī āsravakā kāraṇ hai, use bhī gnānī nahīn karatā haiḥ–––
āsavahedu ya tahā bhāvan mokkhassa kāraṇan havadi.
so teṇ du aṇṇāṇī ādasahāvā du vivarīo.. 55..
āsravahetushcha tathā bhāvaḥ mokṣhasya kāraṇan bhavati.
saḥ ten tu agnānī ātmasvabhāvāttu viparītaḥ.. 55..

arthaḥ––jaise paradravyamen rāgako karmabandhakā kāraṇ pahile kahā vaise hī rāg–bhāv ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

shubh anya dravye rāgathī muni jo kare ruchibhāvane,

mokṣhapāhuḍ][307 yadi mokṣha ke nimitta bhī ho to āsravakā hī kāraṇ hai, karmakā bandh hī karatā hai, is kāraṇ se jo mokṣhako paradravyakī tarah iṣhṭa mānakar vaise hī rāgabhāv karatā hai to vah jīv muni bhī agnānī hai kyoṅki vah ātmasvabhāvase viparīt hai, usane ātmasvabhāvako nahīn jānā hai. bhāvārthaḥ––mokṣha to sab karmonse rahit apanā hī svabhāv hai; apane ko sab karmonse rahit honā hai isaliye yah bhī rāgabhāv gnānīke nahīn hotā hai, yadi chāritra–mohakā udayarūp rāg ho to us rāgako bhī bandhakā kāraṇ jānakar rogake samān chhoṛanā chāhe to vah gnānī hai hī, aur is rāgabhāvako bhalā samajhakar prāpta karatā hai to agnānī hai. ātmā kā svabhāv sab rāgādikon se rahit hai usako isane nahīn jānā, isaprakār rāgabhāvako mokṣhakā kāraṇ aur achchhā samajhakar karate hain usakā niṣhedh hai.. 55.. āge kahate hai ki jo karmamātra se hī siddhi mānatā hai usane ātmasvabhāvako nahīn jānā hai vah agnānī hai, jinamat se pratikūl haiḥ–––

jo kamma jādamaio sahāvaṇāṇassa khaṇḍadūsayaro.
so teṇ du aṇṇāṇī jiṇasāsaṇadūsago bhaṇido.. 56..
yaḥ karma jātamatikaḥ svabhāvagnānasya khaṇḍadūṣhaṇakaraḥ
saḥ ten tu agnānī jinashāsanadūṣhakaḥ bhaṇitaḥ.. 56..

arthaḥ
––jisakī buddhi karma hī men utpanna hotī hai aisā puruṣh svabhāvagnān jo kevalagnān
usako khaṇḍarūp dūṣhaṇ karanevālā hai, indriyagnān khaṇḍakhaṇḍarūp hai, apane–apane viṣhayako jānatā
hai, jo jīv itanā mātrahī gnānako mānatā hai is kāraṇase aisā mānanevālā agnānī hai jinamat
ko dūṣhaṇ karatā hai.
(apane men mahādoṣh utpanna karatā hai)

bhāvārthaḥ––mīmānsak matavālā karmavādī hai, sarvagnako nahīn mānatā hai, indriy–gnānamātrahī

gnānako mānatā hai, kevalagnānako nahīn mānatā hai, isakā niṣhedh kiyā hai, kyoṅki jinamat men ātmākā svabhāv sabako jānanevālā kevalagnānasvarūp kahā hai. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

karmajamatik je khaṇḍadūṣhaṇakar svabhāvikagnānamān,
te jīvane agnānī, jinashāsan taṇā dūṣhak kahyā. 56.

parantu vah karma ke nimitta se āchchhādit hokar indriyoṅke dvārā kṣhayopashamake nimittase khaṇḍarūp huā, khaṇḍ–khaṇḍ viṣhayoṅko jānatā hai; [nij baladvārā] karmoṅkā nāsh hone par kevalagnān pragaṭ hotā hai tab ātmā sarvagna hotā hai, isaprakār mīmānsak matavālā nahīn mānatā hai ataḥ vah agnānī hai, jinamat se pratikūl hai, karmamātramen hī usakī buddhi gat ho rahī hai, aise koī aur bhī mānate hain vah aisā hī jānanā.. 56.. āge kahate hain ki jo gnān–chāritra rahit ho or tap–samyaktva rahit ho tathā anya bhī kriyā bhāvapūrvak na ho to isaprakār keval liṅg–bheṣhamātra hī se kyā sukh hai? arthāt kuchh bhī nahīn haiḥ–––

ṇāṇan charittahīṇan dansaṇahīṇan tavehin sañjuttan.
aṇṇesu bhāvarahiyan liṅgaggahaṇeṇ kin sokkhan.. 57..
gnānan chāritrahīnan darshanahīnan tapobhiḥ sanyuktam.
anyeṣhu bhāvarahitan liṅgagrahaṇen kin saukhyam.. 57..
arthaḥ––jahān̐ gnān to chāritra rahit hai, tapayukta bhī hai, parantu vah darshan arthāt
samyaktva se rahit hai, anya bhī āvashyak ādi kriyāyen hain parantu unamen bhī shuddhabhāv nahīn hai,
isaprakār liṅg–bheṣh grahaṇ karane men kyā sukh hai?

bhāvārthaḥ––koī muni bheṣh mātra se to muni huā aur shāstra bhī parḥatā hai; usako kahate
hain ki ––shāstra parḥakar gnān to kiyā parantu nishchayachāritra jo shuddha ātmākā anubhavarūp
tathā bāhya chāritra nirdoṣh nahīn kiyā, tapakā klesh bahut kiyā, samyaktva bhāvanā nahīn huī aur
āvashyak ādi bāhya kriyā kī, parantu bhāv shuddha nahīn lagāye to aise bāhya bheṣhamātra se to
klesh hī huā, kuchh shāntabhāvarūp sukh to huā nahīn aur yah bheṣh paralok ke sukhamen bhī
kāraṇ nahīn haā; isaliye samyaktvapūrvak bheṣh
(–jin–liṅg) dhāraṇ karanā shreṣhṭha hai.. 57..

āge sāṅkhyamatī ādike āshayakā niṣhedh karate hainḥ–––

jyān gnān charitavihīn chhe, tapayukta paṇ dagahīn chhe,

achcheyaṇan pi chedā jo maṇṇai so havei aṇṇāṇī.
so puṇ ṇāṇī bhaṇio jo maṇṇai cheyaṇe chedā.. 58..
achetanepi chetanan yaḥ manyate saḥ bhavati agnānī.
saḥ punaḥ gnānī bhaṇitaḥ yaḥ manyate chetane chetanam.. 58..

arthaḥ
––jo achetan men chetanako mānatā hai vah agnānī hai aur jo chetan men hī chetanako
mānatā hai use gnānī kahā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––sāṅkhyamatī aise kahatā hai ki puruṣh to udāsīn chetanāsvarūp nitya hai aur gnān hai vah pradhānakā dharma hai, inake matamen puruṣhako udāsīn chetanāsvarūp mānā hai ataḥ gnān binā to vah jaṛ hī huā, gnān binā chetan kaise? gnānī ko pradhānakā dharma mānā hai aur pradhānako jaṛ mānā tab achetanamen chetanā mānī tab agnānī hī huā.

naiyāyik, vaisheṣhik matavāle guṇ–guṇīke sarvathā bhed mānate hain, tab unhonne chetanā guṇako jīvase bhinna mānā tab jīv to achetan hī rahā. isaprakār achetanamen chetanāpanā mānā. bhūtavādī chārvāk – bhūt pr̥ithvī ādikase chetanākī utpatti mānatā hai, bhūt to jaṛ hai usamen chetanā kaise upaje? ityādik anya bhī kaī mānate hain ve sab agnānī hain isaliye chetanā māne vah gnānī hai, yah jinamat hai.. 58.. āge kahate hain ki tap rahit gnān aur gnān rahit tap ye donon hī akārya hain donon ke sanyukta hone par hī nirvāṇ haiḥ–––

tavarahiyan jan ṇāṇan ṇāṇavijutto tavo vi akayattho.
tamhā ṇāṇataveṇan sañjutto lahai ṇivvāṇan.. 59..
taporahitan yat gnānan gnānaviyuktan tapaḥ api akr̥utārtham.
tasmāt gnānatapasā sanyuktaḥ labhate nirvāṇam.. 59..

akārya hain, isaliye gnān – tap sanyukta hone par hī nirvāṇako prāpta karatā hai. bhāvārthaḥ––anyamatī sāṅkhyādik gnānacharchā to bahut karate hain aur kahate hain ki––gnānase hī mukti hai aur tap nahīn karate hain, viṣhay–kaṣhāyon ko pradhānakā dharma mānakar svachchhanda pravartate haĩn. kaī gnānako niṣhphal mānakar usako yathārtha jānate nahīn hain aur tap–kleshādik se hī siddhi mānakar usake karane men tatpar rahate haĩn. āchārya kahate hain ki ye donon hī agnānī hain, jo gnānasahit tap karate hain ve gnānī hain ve hī mokṣhako prāpta karate hain, yah anekāntasvarūp jinamatakā upadesh hai.. 59.. āge isī arthako udāharaṇ se dr̥urḥ karate hainḥ––––

dhuvasiddhī titthayaro chauṇāṇajuddo karei tavacharaṇan.
ṇāūṇ dhuvan kujjā tavacharaṇan ṇāṇajutto vi.. 60..
dhruvasiddhistīrthaṅkaraḥ chaturgnānayutaḥ karoti tapashcharaṇam.
gnātvādhruvan kuryāt tapashcharaṇan gnānayuktaḥ api.. 60..

arthaḥ
––āchārya kahate hain–––ki dekho –––, jisako niyam se mokṣha honā hai–– aur
jo chār gnān– mati, shrut, avadhi aur manaḥparyay inase yukta hai aisā tīrthaṅkar bhī tapashcharaṇ
karatā hai, isaprakār nishchayase jānakar gnānayukta hone par bhī tap karanā yogya hai. [tap–
munitva, samyagdarshan–gnān–chāritra kī ekatā ko tap kahā hai.]

bhāvārthaḥ––tīrthaṅkar mati–shrut–avadhi in tani gnān sahit to janma lete hain aur dīkṣhā
lete hī manaḥparyay gnān utpanna ho jātā hai, mokṣha unako niyamase honā hai to bhī tap karate
hain, isaliye aisā jānakar gnān hote hue bhī tap karane men tatpar honā, gnānamātra hī se mukti
nahīn mānanā.. 60..

āge jo bāhyaliṅg sahit hain aur abhyantaraliṅg rahit hai vah svarūpācharaṇ chāritra se

bhraṣhṭa huā mokṣhamārgakā vināsh karane vālā hai, isaprakār sāmānyarūpase kahate hainḥ––– ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

dhruvasiddhi shrī tīrthesh gnānachatuṣhkayut tapane kare,
e jāṇī nishchit gnānayut jīvey tap kartavya chhe. 60.

arthaḥ
––jo jīv bāhya liṅg – bheṣh sahit hai aur abhyantar liṅg jo paradravyon se sarva
rāgādik mamatvabhāv rahit aise ātmānubhav se rahit hai to vah sva–chāritra arthāt apane
ātmasvarūp ke ācharaṇ – chāritra se bhraṣhṭa hai, parikarma arthāt bāhya men nagnatā, brahmacharyādi
sharīr sanskār se parivartanavān dravyaliṅgī hone par bhī vah sva–chāritra se bhraṣhṭa hone se
mokṣhamārgakā vināsh karane vālā hai. [ataḥ muni – sādhuko shuddhabhāvako jānakar nij shuddha buddha
ekasvabhāvī ātmatattva men nitya bhāvanā
(–ekāgratā) karanī chāhiye.] (shrutasāgarī ṭīkā se)

bhāvārthaḥ––yah saṅkṣhep se kahā jāno ki jo bāhyaliṅg sanyukta hai aur abhyantar arthāt
bhāvaliṅg rahit hai vah svarūpācharaṇ chāritra se bhraṣhṭa huā mokṣhamārga kā nāsh karane vālā hai ..

āge kahate hain ki – jo sukh se bhāvit gnān hai vah duḥkh āne par naṣhṭa hotā hai,
isaliye tapashcharaṇ sahit gnān ko bhānāḥ–––
suheṇ bhāvidan ṇāṇan duhe jāde viṇassadi.
tamhān jahābalan joī appā dukkhehi bhāvae.. 62..
sukhen bhāvitan gnānan duḥkhe jāte vinashyati.
tasmāt yathā balan yogī ātmānan duḥkhaiḥ bhāvayet.. 62..

arthaḥ––sukh se bhāyā huā gnān hai vah upasarga–pariṣhahādi ke dvārā duḥkh utpanna hote hī naṣhṭa ho jātā hai, isaliye yah upadesh hai ki jo yogī dhyānī muni hai vah ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

je bāhyaliṅge yukta, āntaraliṅg rahit kriyā kare,
te svakacharitathī bhraṣhṭa, shivamāragavināshak shramaṇ chhe. 61.

sukhasaṅg bhāvit gnān to duḥkhakāḷamān lay thāy chhe,
tethī yathā baḷ duḥkhasah bhāvo shramaṇ nij ātmane. 62.

tapashcharaṇādi ke kaṣhṭa [duḥkh] sahit ātmāko bhāve. [arthāt bāhya men jarā bhī anukūl – prātikūl na mānakar nij ātmā men hī ekāgrātārūpī bhāvanā kare jisase ātmashakti aur ātmikaānand kā prachur samvedan barḥatā hī hai] bhāvārthaḥ––tapashcharaṇakā kaṣhṭa aṅgīkār karake gnānako bhāve to parīṣhah āne par gnānabhāvanā se chige nahīn isaliye shakti ke anusār duḥkh sahit gnān ko bhānā, sukh hī men bhāve to duḥkh āne par vyākul ho jāve tab gnānabhāvanā na rahe, isaliye yah upadesh hai.. 62.. āge kahate hain ki āhār, āsan, nidrā inako jītakar ātmā kā dhyān karanāḥ–––

āhārāsaṇaṇiddājayan cha kāūṇ jiṇavaramaeṇa.
jhāyavyo ṇiyaaṇṇā ṇāūṇan gurupasāeṇa.. 63..
āhārāsan nidrājayan cha kr̥utvā jinavaramatena.
dhyātavyaḥ nijātmā gnātvā guruprasādena.. 63..

arthaḥ
––āhār, āsan, nidrā inako jītakar aur jinavar ke mat se tathā guruke
prasād se jānakar nij ātmākā dhyān karanā.

bhāvārthaḥ––āhār, āsan, nidrāko jītakar ātmākā dhyān karanā to anya matavāle
bhī kahate hain parantu unake yathārtha vidhān nahīn hai, isaliye āchārya kahate hain ki jaise jinamat men
kahā hai us vidhān ko guruke prasādase jānakar dhyān karanā saphal hai. jaise jain siddhānt men
ātmā kā svarūp tathā dhyānakā svarūp aur āhār, āsan, nidrā inake jītanekā vidhān
kahā hai vaise jānakar inamen pravartan karanā.. 63..

āge ātmā kā dhyān karanā; yah ātmā kaisā hai, yah kahate hainḥ–––

appā charittavanto dansaṇaṇāṇeṇ sañjudo appā.
so jhāyavvo ṇichchan ṇāūṇan gurupasāeṇa.. 64..

saḥ dhyātavyaḥ nityan gnātvā guruprasādena.. 64..

arthaḥ
––ātmā chāritravān hai aur darshan – gnānasahit hai, aisā ātmā guruke prasād se
jānakar nitya dhyān karanā.

bhāvārthaḥ––ātmā kā rūp darshan– gnān –chāritramayī hai, isakā rūp jain guruoṅke
prasād se jānā jātā hai. anyamat vāle apanā buddhi kalpit jese–taise mānakar dhyān karate hain
unake yathārtha siddhi nahīn hai, isaliye jainamatake anusār dhyān karanā aisā upadesh hai.. 64..

āge kahate hain ki ātmākā jānanā, bhānā aur viṣhayon se virakta honā ye uttarottar
durlabh hone se duḥkh se [– dr̥urḥatar puruṣhārthase] prāpta hote hainḥ–––
dukkhe ṇajjai appā appā ṇāūṇ bhāvaṇā dukkhan.
bhāviy sahāvapuriso visayesu virachchae dukkhan.. 65..
duḥkhen gnāyate ātmā ātmānan gnātvā bhāvanā duḥkham.
bhāvit svabhāvapuruṣhaḥ viṣhayeṣhu virajyati duḥkham.. 65..

arthaḥ
––pratham to ātmā ko jānate hain vah duḥkhase jānā jātā hai, phir ātmāko
jānakar bhī bhāvanā karanā, phir–phir isīkā anubhav karanā duḥkhase [–ugra puruṣhārthase] hotā
hai, kadāchit bhāvanā bhī kisī prakār ho jāve to bhāyī hai jinabhāvanā jisane aisā puruṣh
viṣhayonse virakta baṛe duḥkh se [––apūrva puruṣhārtha se] hotā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––ātmākā jānanā, bhānā, viṣhayonse virakta honā uttarottar yah yog milanā
bahut durlabh hai, isaliye yah upadesh hai ki aisā suyog milane par pramādī na honā.. 65..

āge kahate hain ki jab tak viṣhayommen yah manuṣhya pravartatā hai tab tak ātmagnān nahīn

hotā haiḥ––– ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

jīv jāṇavo duṣhkar pratham, pachhī bhāvanā duṣhkar are!
bhāvit nijātmavabhāvane duṣhkar viṣhayavairāgya chhe. 65.

tāvanna gnāyate ātmā viṣhayeṣhu naraḥ pravartate yāvat.
viṣhaye viraktachittaḥ yogī jānāti ātmānam.. 66..

arthaḥ
––jab tak yah manuṣhya indriyoṅke viṣhayommen pravartatā hai tab tak ātmā ko nahīn
jānatā hai, isaliye yogī dhyānī muni hai vah viṣhayon se virakta chitta hotā huā ātmā ko
jānatā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ––jīvake svabhāv ke upayogakī aisī svachchhatā hai ki jo jis gney padārtha se
upayukta hotā hai vaisā hī ho jātā hai, isaliye āchārya kahate hain ki––jab tak viṣhayon men
chitta rahatā hai, tabatak un rūp rahatā hai, ātmā kā anubhav nahīn hotā hai, isaliye yogī
muni isaprakār vichār kar viṣhayon se virakta ho ātmā men upayog lagāve tab ātmā ko jāne,
anubhav kare, isaliye viṣhayonse virakta honā yah upadesh hai.. 66..

āge is hī artha ko dr̥urḥ karate hain ki ātmāko jānakar bhī bhāvanā binā sansār men hī
rahatā haiḥ–––
appā ṇāūṇ ṇarā keī sabbhāvabhāvapabbhaṭṭhā.
hiṇḍanti chāuraṅgan visaesu vimohiyā mūḍhā.. 67..
ātmānan gnātvā narāḥ kechit sadbhāvabhāvaprabhraṣhṭāḥ.
hiṇḍante chāturaṅgan viṣhayeṣhu vimohitāḥ mūḍhāḥ.. 67..

arthaḥ
––kaī manuṣhya ātmā ko jānakar bhī apane svabhāvakī bhāvanā se atyant bhraṣhṭa hue
viṣhayommen mohit hokar agnānī mūrkha chār gatirūp sansāramen bhramaṇ karate haĩn.

bhāvārthaḥ––pahile kahā thā ki ātmā ko jānanā, bhānā, viṣhayonse virakta honā

ātmā jaṇāy na, jyān lagī viṣhaye pravartan nar kare;
viṣhaye viraktamanaska yogī jāṇatā nij ātmane. 66.

nar koī, ātam jāṇī, ātam bhāvanā prachyutapaṇe
chaturaṅg sansāre bhame viṣhaye vimohit mūḍh e. 67.

mokṣhapāhuḍ][315 ye uttarottar durlabh pāye jāte hain, viṣhayommen lagā huā pratham to ātmāko jānatā nahīn hai aise kahā, ab yahān̐ isaprakār kahā ki ātmāko jānakar bhī viṣhayoṅke vashībhūt huā bhāvanā nahīn kare to sansār hī men bhramaṇ karatā hai, isaliye ātmāko jānakar viṣhayon se virakta honā yah upadesh hai.. 67..

āge kahate hain ki jo viṣhayoen virakta hokar ātmā ko jānakar bhāte hain ve sansār ko chhoṛate hainḥ–––

je puṇ visayavirattā appā ṇāūṇ bhāvaṇāsahiyā.
chhaṇḍanti chāuraṅgan tavaguṇajuttā ṇa sandeho.. 68..
ye punaḥ viṣhayaviraktāḥ ātmānan gnātvā bhāvanāsahitāḥ.
tyajanti chāturaṅgan tapoguṇayuktāḥ na sandehaḥ.. 68..

arthaḥ––phir jo puruṣh muni viṣhayonse virakta ho ātmāko jānakar bhāte hain, bārambār bhāvanā dvārā anubhav karate hain ve tap arthāt bārah prakār tap aur mūlaguṇ uttaraguṇonse yukta hokar sansārako chhoṛate hain, mokṣha pāte haĩn. bhāvārthaḥ––viṣhayon se virakta ho ātmā ko jānakar bhāvanā karanā, isase sansār se chhūṭ kar mokṣha prāpta karo, yah upadesh hai.. 68.. āge kahate hain ki yadi paradravya men leshamātra bhī rāg ho to vah puruṣh agnānī hai, apanā svarūp usane nahīn jānāḥ–––

paramāṇupamāṇan vā paradavve radi havedi mohādo.
so mūḍho aṇṇāṇī ādasahāvassa vivarīo.. 69..
paramāṇupramāṇan vā paradravye ratirbhavati mohāt.
saḥ mūḍhaḥ agnānī ātmasvabhāvāt viparītaḥ.. 69..

paṇ viṣhayamānhī virakta, ātam jāṇī bhāvanayukta je,
niḥshaṅk te tapaguṇasahit chhoḍe chaturgati bhramaṇane. 68.

paradravyamān aṇumātra paṇ rati hoy jene mohathī,
te mūḍh chhe, agnānī chhe, viparīt ātmasvabhāvathī. 69.

prīti ho to vah puruṣh mūrḥ hai, agnānī hai, ātmasvabhāvase viparīt hai. bhāvārthaḥ––bhedavignān hone ke bād jīv–ajīvako bhinna jāne tab paradravya ko apanā na jāne tab usase [kartavyabuddhi svāmitva kī bhāvanāse] rāg bhī nahīn hotā hai, yadi [aisā] ho to jāno ki isane sva–parakā bhed nahīn jānā hai, agnānī hai, ātmasvabhāvase pratikūl hai; aur gnānī hone ke bād chāritra moh kā uday rahatā hai tab tak kuchh rāg rahatā hai usako karmajanya aparādh mānatā hai, us rāg se rāg nahīn hai isaliye virakta hī hai, ataḥ gnānī paradravyamen rāgī nahīn kahalātā hai, isaprakār jānanā.. 69.. āge is artha ko saṅkṣhep men kahate hainḥ––––

appā jhāyantāṇan dansaṇasuddhīṇ diḍh charitāṇan.
hodi dhuvan ṇivvāṇan visaesu viratta chittāṇan.. 70..
ātmānan dhyāyatān darshanashuddhīnān draḍhachāritrāṇām.
bhavati dhruvan nirvāṇan viṣhayeṣhu virakta chittānām.. 70..

arthaḥ
–––pūrvokta prakār jinakā chitta viṣhayonse virakta hai, jo ātmākā dhyān karate
rahate hain, jinake bāhya–abhyanntar darshan kī shuddhatā hai or jinake dr̥urḥ chāritra hai, unako
nishchay se nirvāṇ hotā hai.

bhāvārthaḥ–––pahile kahā thā ki jo viṣhayonse virakta ho ātmākā svarūp jānakar
ātmākī bhāvanā karate hain ve sansār se chhūṭate haĩn. is hī arthako saṅkṣhepase kahā hai ki––jo
indriyoṅke viṣhayonse virakta hokar bāhya–abhyantar darshanakī shuddhatā se dr̥urḥ chāritra pālate hain
unako niyam se nirvāṇ kī prāpti hotī hai, indriyoṅke viṣhayommen āsakti sab anarthoṅkā mūl
hai, isaliye inase virakta hone par upayog ātmā men lage tab kāryasiddhi hotī hai.. 70..

āge kahate hain ki jo paradravyamen rāg hai vah sansārakā kāraṇ hai, isaliye yogīshvar

ātmā men bhāvanā karate hainḥ––– ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

je ātmane dhyāve sudarshanashuddha, draḍhachāritra chhe,
viṣhaye viraktamanaska te shivapad lahe nishchitapaṇe. 70.
