ekalā guṇane ja mānīe to te ‘ākāshanā phūl’nī jem kahevā mātra
ja ṭhare. guṇī vagar guṇ kaī rīte hoy? – na hoy. ek gnān guṇ to
mānyo (paṇ dravya na mānyun ) to dravya vagar gnān ja vastu nām pāmyun,
tyāre gnān vastu ṭharī. e rīte anant guṇo anant vastu thaī jāy,
em thatān viparītatā thāy chhe, em to nathī. badhā guṇono ādhār
ek vastu chhe, tene dravya kahevāy chhe.
koī prashna kare chhe keḥ ā ‘dravya’ chhe te vastu chhe ke vastunī
avasthā chhe?
tenun samādhānaḥ – vastunun svarūp sāmānya-visheṣhanān ekāntarūp chhe;
dravībhūt (dravyatva) guṇ vaḍe ‘dravya’ kahevāy chhe dravyatvavaḍe te vastunī
avasthā ‘dravya’rūp thaī, te vastu ja chhe; visheṣhaṇathī visheṣh sañgnā hoy
chhe. syādvādamān virodh nathī; apekṣhā sahit nayathī vastunī siddhi chhe.
kahyun chhe keḥ —
मिथ्यासमूहो मिथ्या चेन्न मिथ्यैकांततास्ति नः ।
निरपेक्षा नया मिथ्या सापेक्षा वस्तुःतेऽर्थकृत् ।।१०८।।

uparanā padamān shrī āchāryadev kahe chhe keḥ — je nay paraspar
apekṣhā rahit chhe te to mithyā chhe ane je nay paraspar apekṣhā sahit
chhe te vastusvarūp chhe ne prayojan siddha kare chhe. je mithyānayono samūh
chhe te to mithyā chhe. vaḷī amārā (syādvādīnā) matamān je nayono
samūh chhe te mithyā nathī.
