परिणामात्पुनः पुद्गलपरिणामात्मकं कर्म । कर्मणो नारकादिगतिषु गतिः । गत्यधि- गमनाद्देहः । देहादिन्द्रियाणि । इन्द्रियेभ्यो विषयग्रहणम् । विषयग्रहणाद्रागद्वेषौ । रागद्वेषाभ्यां पुनः स्निग्धः परिणामः । परिणामात्पुनः पुद्गलपरिणामात्मकं कर्म । कर्मणः पुनर्नारकादिगतिषु गतिः । गत्यधिगमनात्पुनर्देहः । देहात्पुनरिन्द्रियाणि । इन्द्रियेभ्यः पुनर्विषयग्रहणम् । विषयग्रहणात्पुना रागद्वेषौ । रागद्वेषाभ्यां पुनरपि स्निग्धः परिणामः । एवमिदमन्योन्यकार्यकारणभूतजीवपुद्गलपरिणामात्मकं कर्मजालं संसारचक्रे जीवस्यानाद्यनिधनं अनादिसनिधनं वा चक्रवत्परिवर्तते । तदत्र पुद्गलपरिणामनिमित्तो जीवपरिणामो जीव- परिणामनिमित्तः पुद्गलपरिणामश्च वक्ष्यमाणपदार्थबीजत्वेन संप्रधारणीय इति ।।१२८ – १३०।।
ṭīkāḥ — ā lokamān sansārī jīvathī anādi bandhanarūp upādhinā vashe snigdha pariṇām thāy chhe, pariṇāmathī pudgalapariṇāmātmak karma, karmathī narakādi gatiomān gaman, gatinī prāptithī deh, dehathī indriyo, indriyothī viṣhayagrahaṇ, viṣhayagrahaṇathī rāgadveṣh, rāgadveṣhathī pāchhā snigdha pariṇām, pariṇāmathī pāchhun pudgalapariṇāmātmak karma, karmathī pāchhun narakādi gatiomān gaman, gatinī prāptithī pāchho deh, dehathī pāchhī indriyo, indriyothī pāchhun viṣhayagrahaṇ, viṣhayagrahaṇathī pāchhā rāgadveṣh, rāgadveṣhathī vaḷī pāchhā snigdha pariṇām. e pramāṇe ā anyonya *kāryakāraṇabhūt jīvapariṇāmātmak ane pudgalapariṇāmātmak karmajāḷ sansārachakramān jīvane anādi-anantapaṇe athavā anādi- sāntapaṇe chakranī māphak pharīpharīne thayā kare chhe.
ā rīte ahīn (em kahyun ke), pudgalapariṇām jenun nimitta chhe evā jīvapariṇām ane jīvapariṇām jenun nimitta chhe evā pudgalapariṇām have pachhī kahevāmān āvanārā (puṇyādi sāt) padārthonā bīj tarīke avadhāravā.
bhāvārthaḥ — jīv ane pudgalane paraspar nimitta-naimittikapaṇe pariṇām thāy chhe. te pariṇāmane līdhe puṇyādi padārtho utpanna thāy chhe, jemanun varṇan havenī gāthāomān karavāmān āvashe.
prashnaḥ — puṇyādi sāt padārthonun prayojan jīv ane ajīv e bethī ja pūrun thaī jāy chhe, kāraṇ ke teo jīv ane ajīvanā ja paryāyo chhe. to pachhī te sāt *kārya eṭale naimittik, ane kāraṇ eṭale nimitta. [jīvapariṇāmātmak karma ane pudgal-pariṇāmātmak

अथ पुण्यपापपदार्थव्याख्यानम् । padārtho shā māṭe kahevāmān āve chhe?
uttaraḥ — bhavyone hey tattva ane upādey tattva (arthāt hey tattva ane upādey tattvanun svarūp tathā temanān kāraṇo) darshāvavā arthe temanun kathan chhe. duḥkh te hey tattva chhe, tenun kāraṇ sansār chhe, sansāranun kāraṇ āsrav ane bandh be chhe (athavā vistārathī kahīe to puṇya, pāp, āsrav ane bandh chār chhe) ane temanun kāraṇ mithyādarshanagnānachāritra chhe. sukh te upādey tattva chhe, tenun kāraṇ mokṣha chhe, mokṣhanun kāraṇ samvar ane nirjarā chhe ane temanun kāraṇ samyagdarshanagnānachāritra chhe. ā prayojanabhūt vāt bhavya jīvone pragaṭapaṇe darshāvavā arthe puṇyādi *sāt padārthonun kathan chhe. 128 – 130.
have puṇya – pāpapadārthonun vyākhyān chhe. *agnānī ane gnānī jīv puṇyādi sāt padārthomānthī kayā kayā padārthonā kartā chhe te sambandhī āchāryavar shrī jayasenāchāryadevakr̥ut tātparyavr̥utti nāmanī ṭīkāmān nīche pramāṇe varṇan chheḥ —

प्रत्यये प्रीत्यप्रीती रागद्वेषौ । तस्यैव मन्दोदये विशुद्धपरिणामता चित्तप्रसादपरिणामः । एवमिमे यस्य भावे भवन्ति, तस्यावश्यं भवति शुभोऽशुभो वा परिणामः । तत्र यत्र प्रशस्तरागश्चित्तप्रसादश्च तत्र शुभः परिणामः, यत्र तु मोहद्वेषावप्रशस्तरागश्च तत्राऽशुभ इति ।।१३१।।
anvayārthaḥ — [ यस्य भावे ] jenā bhāvamān [ मोहः ] moh, [ रागः ] rāg, [ द्वेषः ] dveṣh [ वा ] athavā [ चित्तप्रसादः ] chittaprasannatā [ विद्यते ] chhe, [ तस्य ] tene [ शुभः वा अशुभः वा ] shubh athavā ashubh [ परिणामः ] pariṇām [ भवति ] chhe.
ahīn, darshanamohanīyanā vipākathī je kaluṣhit pariṇām te moh chhe; vichitra ( – anek prakāranā) chāritramohanīyano vipāk jeno āshray ( – nimitta) chhe evī prīti- aprīti te rāg-dveṣh chhe; tenā ja (chāritramohanīyanā ja) mand udaye thatā je vishuddha pariṇām te *chittaprasādapariṇām ( – mananī prasannatārūp pariṇām) chhe. e rīte ā (moh, rāg, dveṣh athavā chittaprasād) jenā bhāvamān chhe, tene avashya shubh athavā ashubh pariṇām chhe. temān, jyān prashasta rāg tathā chittaprasād chhe tyān shubh pariṇām chhe ane jyān moh, dveṣh tathā aprashasta rāg chhe tyān ashubh pariṇām chhe. 131. * prasād = prasannatā; vishuddhatā; ujjvaḷatā.

jīvarūp kartānā *nishchayakarmabhūt shubhapariṇām dravyapuṇyane nimittamātrapaṇe kāraṇabhūt chhe tethī ‘dravyapuṇyāsrav’nā prasaṅgane anusarīne ( – anulakṣhīne) te shubhapariṇām ‘bhāvapuṇya’ chhe. भावपापम् । पुद्गलस्य कर्तुर्निश्चयकर्मतामापन्नो विशिष्टप्रकृतित्वपरिणामो जीवशुभ- परिणामनिमित्तो द्रव्यपुण्यम् । पुद्गलस्य कर्तुर्निश्चयकर्मतामापन्नो विशिष्टप्रकृतित्वपरिणामो जीवाशुभपरिणामनिमित्तो द्रव्यपापम् । एवं व्यवहारनिश्चयाभ्यामात्मनो मूर्तममूर्तञ्च कर्म प्रज्ञापितमिति ।।१३२।।
pudgalarūp kartānā *nishchayakarmabhūt vishiṣhṭaprakr̥itirūp pariṇām ( – shātāvedanīyādi khās prakr̥itirūp pariṇām) — ke jemān jīvanā shubhapariṇām nimitta chhe te — dravyapuṇya chhe. pudgalarūp kartānā nishchayakarmabhūt vishiṣhṭaprakr̥itirūp pariṇām ( – ashātāvedanīyādi khās prakr̥itirūp pariṇām) — ke jemān jīvanā ashubhapariṇām nimitta chhe te — dravyapāp chhe.
ā pramāṇe vyavahār tathā nishchay vaḍe ātmāne mūrta tathā amūrta karma darshāvavāmān āvyun.
bhāvārthaḥ — nishchayathī jīvanā amūrta shubhāshubhapariṇāmarūp bhāvapuṇyapāp jīvanun karma chhe. shubhāshubhapariṇām dravyapuṇyapāpanun nimittakāraṇ hovāne līdhe mūrta evān te pudgalapariṇāmarūp (shātā-ashātāvedanīyādi) dravyapuṇyapāp vyavahārathī jīvanun karma kahevāy chhe. 132.

भुज्यते, ततः कर्मणां मूर्तत्वमनुमीयते । तथाहि — मूर्तं कर्म, मूर्तसम्बम्धेनानुभूयमानमूर्त- फलत्वादाखुविषवदिति ।।१३३।।
karmanun phaḷ je sukhaduḥkhanā hetubhūt mūrta viṣhay te niyamathī mūrta indriyo dvārā jīv vaḍe bhogavāy chhe, tethī karmanā mūrtapaṇānun anumān thaī shake chhe. te ā pramāṇeḥ — jem mūṣhakaviṣh mūrta chhe tem karma mūrta chhe, kāraṇ ke (mūṣhakaviṣhanā phaḷanī māphak) mūrtanā sambandh dvārā anubhavātun evun mūrta tenun phaḷ chhe. [undaranā jheranun phaḷ ( – sharīramān sojā thavā, tāv āvavo vagere) mūrta chhe ane mūrta sharīranā sambandh dvārā anubhavāy — bhogavāy chhe, tethī anumān thaī shake chhe ke undaranun jher mūrta chhe; tevī rīte karmanun phaḷ ( – viṣhayo) mūrta chhe ane mūrta indriyonā sambandh dvārā anubhavāy — bhogavāy chhe, tethī anumān thaī shake chhe ke karma mūrta chhe.] 133.
anvayārthaḥ — [ मूर्तः मूर्तं स्पृशति ] mūrta mūrtane sparshe chhe, [ मूर्तः मूर्तेन ] mūrta mūrtanī sāthe [ बन्धम् अनुभवति ] bandh pāme chhe; [ मूर्तिविरहितः जीवः ] mūrtatvarahit jīv [ तानि गाहति ] mūrtakarmone avagāhe chhe ane [ तैः अवगाह्यते ] mūrtakarmo jīvane avagāhe chhe (arthāt banne ekabījāmān avagāh pāme chhe).

मूर्तकर्म स्पृशति, ततस्तन्मूर्तं तेन सह स्नेहगुणवशाद्बन्धमनुभवति । एष मूर्तयोः कर्मणोर्बन्धप्रकारः । अथ निश्चयनयेनामूर्तो जीवोऽनादिमूर्तकर्मनिमित्तरागादिपरिणामस्निग्धः सन् विशिष्टतया मूर्तानि कर्माण्यवगाहते, तत्परिणामनिमित्तलब्धात्मपरिणामैः मूर्तकर्मभिरपि विशिष्टतयाऽवगाह्यते च । अयं त्वन्योन्यावगाहात्मको जीवमूर्तकर्मणोर्बन्धप्रकारः । एवममूर्तस्यापि जीवस्य मूर्तेन पुण्यपापकर्मणा कथञ्चिद्बन्धो न विरुध्यते ।।१३४।।
ṭīkāḥ — ā, mūrtakarmano mūrtakarmanī sāthe je bandhaprakār tathā amūrta jīvano mūrtakarmanī sāthe je bandhaprakār tenī sūchanā chhe.
ahīn (ā lokamān), sansārī jīvane viṣhe anādi santatithī ( – pravāhathī) pravartatun thakun mūrtakarma vidyamān chhe. te, sparshādivāḷun hovāne līdhe, āgāmī mūrtakarmane sparshe chhe; tethī mūrta evun te tenī sāthe, snigdhatvaguṇanā vashe ( – potānā snigdharūkṣhatvaparyāyane līdhe), bandhane pāme chhe. ā, mūrtakarmano mūrtakarmanī sāthe bandhaprakār chhe.
vaḷī (amūrta jīvano mūrtakarmonī sāthe bandhaprakār ā pramāṇe chhe ke), nishchayanayathī je amūrta chhe evo jīv, anādi mūrtakarma jenun nimitta chhe evā rāgādipariṇām vaḍe snigdha vartato thako, mūrtakarmone vishiṣhṭapaṇe avagāhe chhe (arthāt ekabījāne pariṇāmamān nimittamātra thāy evā sambandhavisheṣh sahit mūrtakarmonā kṣhetramān vyāpe chhe) ane te rāgādipariṇāmanā nimitte jeo potānā (gnānāvaraṇīyādi) pariṇāmane pāme chhe evān mūrtakarmo paṇ jīvane vishiṣhṭapaṇe avagāhe chhe (arthāt jīvanā pradesho sāthe vishiṣhṭatāpūrvak ekakṣhetrāvagāhane pāme chhe). ā, jīv ane mūrtakarmano anyonya-avagāhasvarūp bandhaprakār chhe. ā rīte amūrta evā jīvano paṇ mūrta puṇyapāpakarmanī sāthe kathañchit ( – koī prakāre) bandh virodh pāmato nathī. 134.

prashasta rāg, anukampāpariṇati ane chittanī akaluṣhatā — e traṇ shubh bhāvo dravyapuṇyāsravane nimittamātrapaṇe kāraṇabhūt chhe tethī ‘dravyapuṇyāsrav’nā prasaṅgane *anusarīne ( – anulakṣhīne) te shubh bhāvo bhāvapuṇyāsrav chhe ane te (shubh bhāvo) jenun nimitta chhe evā je yogadvārā praveshatān pudgalonā shubhakarmapariṇām ( – shubhakarmarūp pariṇām) te dravyapuṇyāsrav chhe. 135. *shātāvedanīyādi pudgalapariṇāmarūp dravyapuṇyāsravano je prasaṅg bane chhe temān jīvanā prashasta-rāgādi shubh bhāvo nimittakāraṇ chhe māṭe ‘dravyapuṇyāsrav’prasaṅganī pāchhaḷ pāchhaḷ tenā nimittabhūt shubh bhāvone paṇ ‘bhāvapuṇyāsrav’ evun nām chhe.

[nirdoṣh paramātmāthī pratipakṣhabhūt evān ārta-raudradhyāno vaḍe upārjit je gnānāvaraṇīyādi prakr̥itio temano, rāgādivikalparahit dharma-shukaladhyāno vaḍe vināsh karīne, jeo kṣhudhādi aḍhār doṣh rahit ane kevaḷagnānādi anant chatuṣhṭay sahit thayā, teo arhanto kahevāy chhe.
laukik añjanasiddha vagerethī vilakṣhaṇ evā jeo gnānāvaraṇīyādi-aṣhṭakarmanā abhāvathī samyaktvādi-aṣhṭaguṇātmak chhe ane lokāgre vase chhe, teo siddho chhe.
vishuddha gnānadarshan jeno svabhāv chhe evā ātmatattvanī nishchayaruchi, tevī ja gnapti, tevī ja nishchaḷ-anubhūti, paradravyanī ichchhānā parihārapūrvak te ja ātmadravyamān pratapan arthāt tapashcharaṇ ane svashaktine gopavyā vinā tevun ja anuṣhṭhān — āvā nishchayapañchāchārane tathā tenā sādhak vyavahār- pañchāchārane — ke jenī vidhi āchārādishāstromān kahī chhe tene — eṭale ke ubhay āchārane jeo pote āchare chhe ane bījāone acharāve chhe, teo āchāryo chhe.

ऽनुकम्पा । ज्ञानिनस्त्वधस्तनभूमिकासु विहरमाणस्य जन्मार्णवनिमग्नजगदवलोकनान्मनाग्मनः- खेद इति ।।१३७।।
koī tr̥uṣhādiduḥkhathī pīḍit prāṇīne dekhī karuṇāne līdhe teno pratikār ( – upāy) karavānī ichchhāthī chittamān ākuḷatā thavī te agnānīnī anukampā chhe. gnānīnī anukampā to, nīchalī bhūmikāomān viharatān ( – pote nīchenān guṇasthānomān vartato hoy tyāre), janmārṇavamān nimagna jagatanā avalokanathī (arthāt sansārasāgaramān ḍūbelā jagatane dekhavāthī) manamān jarā khed thavo te chhe.* 137.

तस्य प्रसादोऽकालुष्यम् । तत् कादाचित्कविशिष्टकषायक्षयोपशमे सत्यज्ञानिनो भवति । कषायोदयानुवृत्तेरसमग्रव्यावर्तितोपयोगस्यावान्तरभूमिकासु कदाचित् ज्ञानिनोऽपि भवतीति ।।१३८।।
[ क्षोभं करोति ] kṣhobh kare chhe, tyāre [ तं ] tene [ बुधाः ] gnānīo [ कालुष्यम् इति च ब्रुवन्ति ] ‘kaluṣhatā’ kahe chhe.
krodh, mān, māyā ane lobhanā tīvra udaye chittano kṣhobh te kaluṣhatā chhe. temanā ja ( – krodhādinā ja) mand udaye chittanī prasannatā te akaluṣhatā chhe. te akaluṣhatā, kadāchit kaṣhāyano vishiṣhṭa ( – khās prakārano) kṣhayopasham hotān, agnānīne hoy chhe; kaṣhāyanā udayane anusaratī pariṇatimānthī upayogane *asamagrapaṇe pāchho vāḷyo hoy tyāre (arthāt kaṣhāyanā udayane anusaratā pariṇamanamānthī upayogane pūro pāchho vāḷyo na hoy tyāre), madhyam bhūmikāomān ( – madhyam guṇasthānomān), kadāchit gnānīne paṇ hoy chhe. 138.

अथ संवरपदार्थव्याख्यानम् । [ पापप्रदाः भवन्ति ] e bhāvo pāpaprad chhe.
tīvra mohanā vipākathī utpanna thatī āhār-bhay-maithun-parigrahasañgnāo; tīvra kaṣhāyanā udayathī 1anurañjit yogapravr̥uttirūp kr̥iṣhṇa-nīl-kāpot nāmanī traṇ leshyā; rāgadveṣhanā udayanā 2prakarṣhane līdhe vartatun indriyādhīnapaṇun; rāgadveṣhanā 3udrekane līdhe priyanā sanyogane, apriyanā viyogane, vedanāmānthī chhuṭakārāne tathā nidānane ichchhavārūp ārtadhyān; kaṣhāy vaḍe 4krūr evā pariṇāmane līdhe thatun hinsānand, asatyānand, steyānand ane viṣhayasanrakṣhaṇānandarūp raudradhyān; vagaraprayojane ( – nakāmun) shubh karmathī anyatra ( – ashubh kāryamān) duṣhṭapaṇe joḍāyelun gnān; ane sāmānyapaṇe darshanachāritramohanīyanā udayathī utpanna avivekarūp moh; — ā, bhāvapāpāsravano vistār dravyapāpāsravanā vistārane denāro chhe (arthāt uparokta bhāvapāpāsravarūp anekavidh bhāvo tevā tevā anekavidh dravyapāpāsravamān nimittabhūt chhe). 140.

कालं निगृह्यन्ते तावतांशेन तावन्तं वा कालं पापास्रवद्वारं पिधीयते । इन्द्रियकषाय- संज्ञाः भावपापास्रवो द्रव्यपापास्रवहेतुः पूर्वमुक्त : । इह तन्निरोधो भावपापसंवरो द्रव्यपाप- संवरहेतुरवधारणीय इति ।।१४१।।
anvayārthaḥ — [ यैः ] jeo [ सुष्ठु मार्गे ] sārī rīte mārgamān rahīne [ इन्द्रियकषायसंज्ञाः ] indriyo, kaṣhāyo ane sañgnāono [ यावत् निगृहीताः ] jeṭalo nigrah kare chhe, [ तावत् ] teṭalun [ पापास्रवछिद्रम् ] pāpāsravanun chhidra [ तेषाम् ] temane [ पिहितम् ] bandh thāy chhe.
ṭīkāḥ — pāpanī anantar hovāthī, pāpanā ja samvaranun ā kathan chhe (arthāt pāpanā kathan pachhī turat ja hovāthī, ahīn pāpanā ja samvaranun kathan karavāmān āvyun chhe).
mārga kharekhar samvar chhe; tenā nimitte ( – tenā arthe) indriyo, kaṣhāyo ane sañgnāono jeṭalā anshe athavā jeṭalo kāḷ nigrah karavāmān āve chhe, teṭalā anshe athavā teṭalo kāḷ pāpāsravadvār bandh thāy chhe.
indriyo, kaṣhāyo ane sañgnāo — bhāvapāpāsrav — dravyapāpāsravano hetu ( – nimitta) pūrve (140 mī gāthāmān) kahyo hato; ahīn (ā gāthāmān) temano nirodh ( – indriyo, kaṣhāyo ane sañgnāono nirodh) — bhāvapāpasamvar — dravyapāpasamvarano hetu avadhāravo ( – samajavo). 141.

निर्विकारचैतन्यत्वात्समसुखदुःखस्य भिक्षोः शुभमशुभञ्च कर्म नास्रवति, किन्तु संव्रियत एव । तदत्र मोहरागद्वेषपरिणामनिरोधो भावसंवरः । तन्निमित्तः शुभाशुभकर्मपरिणामनिरोधो योगद्वारेण प्रविशतां पुद्गलानां द्रव्यसंवर इति ।।१४२।।
anvayārthaḥ — [ यस्य ] jene [ सर्वद्रव्येषु ] sarva dravyo pratye [ रागः ] rāg, [ द्वेषः ] dveṣh [ वा ] ke [ मोहः ] moh [ न विद्यते ] nathī, [ समसुखदुःखस्य भिक्षोः ] te samasukhaduḥkh bhikṣhune ( – sukhaduḥkh pratye samabhāvavāḷā munine) [ शुभम् अशुभं ] shubh ane ashubh karma [ न आस्रवति ] āsravatun nathī.
jene samagra paradravyo pratye rāgarūp, dveṣharūp ke moharūp bhāv nathī, te bhikṣhune — ke je nirvikārachaitanyapaṇāne līdhe *samasukhaduḥkh chhe tene — shubh ane ashubh karmano āsrav thato nathī, parantu samvar ja thāy chhe. tethī ahīn (em samajavun ke) moh- rāgadveṣhapariṇāmano nirodh te bhāvasamvar chhe, ane te (moharāgadveṣharūp pariṇāmano nirodh) jenun nimitta chhe evo je yogadvārā praveshatān pudgalonā shubhāshubhakarmapariṇāmano ( – shubhāshubhakarmarūp pariṇāmano) nirodh te dravyasamvar chhe. 142. *samasukhaduḥkh = sukhaduḥkh jene samān chhe evā; iṣhṭāniṣhṭa sanyogomān jene harṣhashokādi viṣham pariṇām thatā nathī evā. प्रयोजनेभ्यो व्यावृत्तबुद्धिः केवलं स्वप्रयोजनसाधनोद्यतमनाः आत्मानं स्वोपलम्भेनोपलभ्य गुणगुणिनोर्वस्तुत्वेनाभेदात्तदेव ज्ञानं स्वं स्वेनाविचलितमनास्सञ्चेतयते स खलु नितान्तनिस्स्नेहः प्रहीणस्नेहाभ्यङ्गपरिष्वङ्गशुद्धस्फ टिकस्तम्भवत् पूर्वोपात्तं कर्मरजः संधुनोति । [ आत्मार्थप्रसाधकः हि ] kharekhar ātmārthano prasādhak (svaprayojanano prakr̥uṣhṭa sādhak) vartato thako, [ आत्मानम् ज्ञात्वा ] ātmāne jāṇīne ( – anubhavīne) [ ज्ञानं नियतं ध्यायति ] gnānane nishchaḷapaṇe dhyāve chhe, [ सः ] te [ कर्मरजः ] karmarajane [ संधुनोति ] kheravī nākhe chhe.
