चेतनाप्रधानप्रवृत्तयो वनस्पतय इव केवलं पापमेव बध्नन्ति । उक्त ञ्च — ‘‘ णिच्छयमालंबंता णिच्छयदो णिच्छयं अयाणंता । णासंति चरणकरणं बाहरि-चरणालसा केई ।। ’’ naiṣhkarmyarūp gnānachetanāmān vishrānti nahi pāmyā thakā, (mātra) vyakta-avyakta pramādane ādhīn vartatā thakā, prāpta thayelā halakā (nikr̥uṣhṭa) karmaphaḷanī chetanānā pradhānapaṇāvāḷī pravr̥utti jene varte chhe evī vanaspatinī māphak, kevaḷ pāpane ja bāndhe chhe. kahyun paṇ chhe ke — 1णिच्छयमालंबंता णिच्छयदो णिच्छयं अयाणंता । णासंति चरणकरणं बाहरिचरणालसा केई ।। [arthāt nishchayane avalambanārā parantu nishchayathī (kharekhar) nishchayane nahi jāṇanārā keṭalāk jīvo bāhya charaṇamān āḷasu vartatā thakā charaṇapariṇāmano nāsh kare chhe.]2
ātmāne nahi upalabdha karatā hovā chhatān, munie (vyavahāre) ācharavāyogya ṣhaḍ-āvashyakādirūp anuṣhṭhānane tathā shrāvake (vyavahāre) ācharavāyogya dānapūjādirūp anuṣhṭhānane dūṣhaṇ de chhe, teo paṇ ubhayabhraṣhṭa vartatā thakā, nishchayavyavahār-anuṣhṭhānayogya avasthāntarane nahi jāṇatā thakā pāpane ja bāndhe chhe (arthāt kevaḷ nishchay-anuṣhṭhānarūp shuddha avasthāthī judī evī je nishchay- anuṣhṭhān ane vyavahār-anuṣhṭhānavāḷī mishra avasthā tene nahi jāṇatā thakā pāpane ja bāndhe chhe); parantu jo shuddhātmānuṣhṭhānarūp mokṣhamārgane ane tenā sādhakabhūt (vyavahārasādhanarūp) vyavahāramokṣhamārgane māne, to bhale chāritramohanā udayane līdhe shaktino abhāv hovāthī shubh- anuṣhṭhān rahit hoy tathāpi — joke teo shuddhātmabhāvanāsāpekṣha shubh-anuṣhṭhānarat puruṣho jevā nathī topaṇ — sarāg samyaktvādi vaḍe vyavahārasamyagdraṣhṭi chhe ane paramparāe mokṣhane pāme chhe.
