
nayarūp hai. ‘upayog’ śabdase yahān̐ vastuko grahaṇ karanevālā pramāṇ samajhanā cāhiye arthāt sampūrṇa
vastuko jānanevālā jñān samajhanā cāhiye aur ‘nay’ śabdase vastuke [guṇaparyāyarūp] ek deśako
grahaṇ karanevālā aisā jñātākā abhiprāy samajhanā cāhiye. [yahān̐ aisā tātparya grahaṇ karanā cāhiye
ki viśuddhajñānadarśan jisakā svabhāv hai aise śuddha ātmatattvake samyak śraddhān–jñān–anucaraṇarūp
abhedaratnatrayātmak jo bhāvaśrut vahī upādeyabhūt paramātmatattvakā sādhak honese niścayase upādey hai
kintu usake sādhanabhūt bahiraṁg śrutajñān to vyavahārase upādey hai.]
avadhijñān deśāvadhi, paramāvadhi aur sarvāvadhi aise bhedoṁ dvārā tīn prakārase hai. usameṁ, paramāvadhi aur
sarvāvadhi caitanyake uchalanese bharapūr ānandarūp paramasukhāmr̥take rasāsvādarūp samarasībhāvase pariṇat
caramadehī tapodhanoṁko hotā hai. tīnoṁ prakārake avadhijñān niścayase viśiṣṭa samyaktvādi guṇase hote
haiṁ. devoṁ aur nārakoṁke honevāle bhavapratyayī jo avadhijñān vah niyamase deśāvadhi hī hotā hai.
yah ātmā, manaḥparyayajñānāvaraṇakā kṣayopaśam hone par, paramanogat mūrta vastuko jo
do prakārakā hai. vahān̐, vipulamati manaḥparyayajñān parake manavacanakāy sambandhī padārthoṁko, vakra tathā
avakra donoṁko, jānatā hai aur r̥jumati manaḥparyayajñān to r̥juko [avakrako] hī jānatā hai.
nirvikār ātmākī upalabdhi aur bhāvanā sahit caramadehī muniyoṁko vipulamati manaḥparyayajñān hotā
hai. yah donoṁ manaḥparyayajñān vītarāg ātmatattvake samyak śraddhān–jñān–anuṣṭhānakī bhāvanā sahit,
pandrah pramād rahit apramatta muniko upayogameṁ–viśuddha pariṇāmameṁ–utpanna hote haiṁ. yahān̐ manaḥparyayajñānake
utpādakālameṁ hī apramattapanekā niyam hai, phir pramattapanemeṁ bhī vah saṁbhavit hotā hai.
