thāy e vāt sāmbhaḷī nathī jyāre mithyādraṣhṭie rāgathī-parathī ātmā bhinna chhe e vāt sāmbhaḷī nathī. mithyādraṣhṭie rāg karavo, rāg karavo e ja vāt anantī vār sāmbhaḷī chhe kemake enun ja ene vedan chhe.

rāgadveṣhamoh na hoy tyān samyagdarshananī upapatti chhe arthāt mithyātvarūp moh ane anantānubandhī rāgadveṣh jyān nathī tyān samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun chhe. rāgadveṣhamohanā abhāv vinā samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun banī shakatun nathī. rāgathī lābh thāy evo je mithyātvabhāv tenā abhāv vinā samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun hoī shakatun nathī. rāganā kartāpaṇānā bhāv vinānun samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun chhe. ahāhā...! chaitanya mahāsattā sākṣhāt paramātmasvarūpe andar birāje chhe tene rāg karun evī buddhinā abhāv vinā samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun sambhavit nathī. have kahe chhe-

‘rāgadveṣhamohanā abhāvamān tene (samyagdraṣhṭine) dravyapratyayo pudgalakarmanun (arthāt pudgalakarmanā bandhananun) hetupaṇun dhāratā nathī kāraṇ ke dravyapratyayone pudgalakarmanā hetupaṇānā hetuo rāgādik chhe.’ matalab ke jīv jo rāgadveṣhamohabhāve pariṇame to jaḍakarmano uday chhe te navā bandhanun kāraṇ thāy chhe. parantu gnānīne to rāgadveṣhamohabhāv chhe nahi tethī tene pūrvanā dravyakarmono uday navā bandhano hetu thato nathī. navā bandhanā hetumān nimitta dravyakarma chhe paṇ jīv dravyakarmanā udayamān joḍāī rāgadveṣhamoh kare to te navā bandhano hetu thāy chhe. asthiratānā bandhanī ahīn vāt nathī.

‘māṭe hetunā abhāvamān hetumānano (arthāt kāraṇanun je kāraṇ tenā abhāvamān kāryano) abhāv prasiddha hovāthī gnānīne bandh nathī.’ gnānīne rāgadveṣhamohano abhāv hovāthī navīn bandh nathī.

bhāī! sansāranī kaḍākūṭathī chhūṭīne ā tattva sāmbhaḷavāno-samajavāno parichay karavo joīe. laukikamān kāīk puṇya sārun hoy ane pāñch-pachās lākhanī sampatti thaī hoy eṭale khush thāy; paṇ bhāī! e to badhun dhūḷadhāṇī chhe. e badhāne mārun māne chhe e to mahāmūrkha chhe kemake ātmā to paradravyane aḍatoy nathī. ā dīkarā mārā, patnī mārī, sampatti mārī em māne paṇ e badhī chīj kayān tārāmān āvī chhe? vā tun emān kayān gayo chhe? chhatān e mārī chhe em māne e to mithyātvabhāv chhe; e mithyātvabhāvanā garbhamān anantā janma-maraṇanān duḥkh paḍelān chhe. samajāṇun kāī...?

tyāre koī kahe chhe-jenī sāthe hastameḷāp karī paraṇyo hoy, sāthe pachīs-pachās varṣha rahyo hoy chhatān e strī potānī nahi?

paṇ tārī nahi. bahu ākarī lāge paṇ vāt to ā chhe. koīne ekano ek chhokaro hoy ane sārī khānadān rūpāḷī kanyā sāthe tenā lagnano prasaṅg hoy eṭale chhokarānī mā andarathī khūb malāvā kare, ghāṇṭā tāṇī-tāṇīne gāy; bījā kahe ke ām to sād besī jashe to kahe-kayān vāramvār ā avasar āvavāno chhe? amāre to ā pahelo ane chhello chhe. ahā! kevun gāṇḍapaṇ! gāṇḍānān te kāī judān gām vasatān hashe! vaḷī gharanā chhokarānī vahu āve eṭale saras rūpāḷo jharī bharelo pāñch hajārano sāḍalo lāvī āpyo hoy te paherāvī tene bahār mokale. tyāre bījā tenā taraph najar nākhe eṭale ā khushī thāy. are! jonārā bījī najare jotā hoy tyān ā jāṇe ke māro sāḍalo bahār paḍe chhe; māro sāḍalo chhe te paherāvīne hun bahār paḍun chhun-prasiddha thāun chhun. āvun chhe; duniyānun badhun pokaḷ joyun chhe. nāchyā nathī paṇ nāchanārāne joyā chhe. are mūrkha! kayān gaī tārī buddhi? ā shun thayun tane? ā rāgadveṣhamohanā bhāv tane anant janma-maraṇ karāvashe. andar rāgarahit chaitanyasvarūp chhe tenī draṣhṭi karī rāgadveṣhamoharahit thaī jā. rāgadveṣhamoharahit thatān tane navo bandh nahi thāy.

‘ahīn, rāgadveṣhamohanā abhāv vinā samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun hoī shake nahi evo avinābhāvī niyam kahyo tyān mithyātvasambandhī rāgādikano abhāv samajavo. mithyātva sambandhī rāgādikane ja ahīn rāgādik gaṇavāmān āvyā chhe. samyagdraṣhṭi thayā pachhī kāīk chāritramohasambandhī rāg rahe chhe tene ahīn gaṇyo nathī; te gauṇ chhe.’

ahāhā...! anant gnān, anant darshan, anant vītarāgī shānti tathā anant ānandarūp je aparimit ātmasvabhāv chhe tenā upar draṣhṭi paḍatān tathā temān ekāgra thatān jene samyagdarshan-gnān ane ānandano ansh pragaṭ thāy chhe te samyagdraṣhṭi chhe. evā samyagdraṣhṭine rāgadveṣhamohano abhāv chhe kāraṇ ke tene rāgadveṣhathī bhinna nij chaitanyasvarūpanā āshraye svālambī draṣhṭi pragaṭ thaī chhe. jyān samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun hoy tyān rāgadveṣhamoh na hoy ane rāgadveṣhamoh na hoy tyān ja samyagdraṣhṭipaṇun hoy chhe evo avinābhāvī niyam chhe.

jyān svabhāvanī ruchi nathī ane rāganī ruchi chhe tyān mithyātvasambandhī rāgadveṣhamoh samajavā, jyān rāganī ruchi chhe evī mithyātvanī avasthāmān ja thatā rāgadveṣhane rāgadveṣh gaṇavāmān āvyā chhe. jene mithyātvanā nāshapūrvak gnānīpaṇun pragaṭ thayun chhe tene mithyātvasambandhī rāgadveṣhamoh hotā nathī. asthiratānā rāgadveṣhanī vāt ahīn gauṇ chhe. ahā! puṇya-pāpanā vikalpamān potānun svarūp jyān sudhī mānyun hatun tyān sudhī

(potāno) bhagavān draṣhṭimānthī khovāī gayo hato, parantu jyān vikāranā (svarūpapaṇe) svīkārano tyāg karīne draṣhṭimān nij shuddha chaitanyasvarūpane grahaṇ karyun tyān tene mithyātvasambandhīnā rāgadveṣh hotā nathī.

shāstromān je em āve chhe ke chhaṭhṭhe guṇasthāne je pañchamahāvratanā pariṇām chhe te āsrav chhe ane dasame guṇasthāne paṇ je abuddhipūrvakano rāg chhe te āsrav chhe ane tenāthī chha karma āve chhe te asthiratānī apekṣhāe vāt chhe. asthiratānā rāgane ahīn gaṇyo nathī.

ahīn to mūḷ vastu je atīndriy gnān ane ānandano sāgar shuddha chaitanyamūrti bhagavān ātmā tenā taraph draṣhṭi thaī arthāt pariṇāmano vaḷāṅk shuddha chaitanyamay dravyasvabhāv upar gayo tene mithyātva ane anantānubandhīnā rāgadveṣh hotā nathī e vāt chhe. chāritramoh sambandhī kiñchit rāg hoy chhe paṇ emān ene ruchi ane prem kayān chhe? enun ene svāmitva kayān chhe? nathī; kemake rāg duḥkharūp chhe em dharmīne jāṇapaṇun thaī gayun chhe. tethī dharmīnā te alpa rāgane ahīn gaṇyo nathī. je rāganā ek anshane paṇ potāno māne chhe vā anshamātra rāganī jene ruchi chhe tenā rāgadveṣhane rāgadveṣh gaṇavāmān āvyā chhe.

sansāranī jaḍ je mithyātva teno jeṇe potānā anant anant shaktionā piṇḍarūp chaitanyamay bhagavānanā āshraye nāsh karyo tenun sansāranun mūḷ kapāī gayun chhe. ahāhā...! āvo gnānī laḍāīnā ashubh rāgamān ke chhannu hajār rāṇīonā viṣhayamān ūbhelo dekhāy topaṇ te chāritramohasambandhī alpa rāg chhe ane tene ahīn gaṇyo nathī. jem koī moṭī āmbalīnā jhāḍanun mūḷ kāpī nākhyā pachhī pāndaḍān rahe enī gaṇatarī shun? thoḍā divasomān ja te sūkāī jashe. tem mithyātvanun mūḷiyun kapāī gayā pachhī dharmīne asthiratāno alpa rāg rahe to thoḍā ja kāḷamān nāsh pāmyā vinā raheto nathī. ā apekṣhāe asthiratānā alpa rāgane ahīn gaṇyo nathī. gaṇyo nathī eṭale eno abhāv chhe em nahi, parantu enī mukhyatā nathī vā ene gauṇ karyo chhe em artha chhe.

lokone mūḷ pāp mithyātva chhe enī khabar nathī. eṭale rāganī kanīk mandatā ke bahārano tyāg jue eṭale jāṇe dharma thaī gayo em māne; strī-putra-parivārane chhoḍe eṭale jāṇe sansār chhūṭī gayo em samaje. parantu bhāī! rāganī ruchi, rāganun kartāpaṇun ke je sansāranun mūḷ chhe te jyān sudhī sābūt (jīvant) chhe tyānsudhī sansāranun paribhramaṇ chhūṭatun nathī. rāg to āg chhe, ashānti chhe, duḥkh chhe. rāgane jyān sudhī lābharūp vā kartavyarūp māne tyān sudhī bahārathī game tevo tyāg dekhāy chhatān tene sansār ūbho ja rahe chhe.

have kahe chhe-‘ā rīte samyagdraṣhṭine bhāvāsravano arthāt rāgadveṣhamohano abhāv chhe. dravyāsravone bandhanā hetu thavāmān hetubhūt evā rāgadveṣhamohano samyagdraṣhṭine abhāv hovāthī dravyāsravo bandhanā hetu thatā nathī, ane dravyāsravo bandhanā hetu nahi thatā hovāthī samyagdraṣhṭine- gnānīne bandh thato nathī.’

ahāhā...! potāno bhagavān atīndriy ānandanā svabhāvathī sarvāṅg chhalochhal bharelo sachchidānand prabhu chhe. enī jene draṣhṭi thaī, valaṇ thayun te samyagdraṣhṭi chhe. ahā! samyagdarshan thatān tene jenī (shuddha chaitanyatattvanī) kimmat karavī hatī tenī kimmat (-draṣhṭi) thaī gaī ane jenī (-rāganī) kimmat nahotī tenī kimmat (-ruchi) gaī, pachhī bhale thoḍo asthiratāno rāg ho, enī kāī kimmat (-visāt) nathī. ā apekṣhāe samyagdraṣhṭine rāgadveṣhamohano abhāv chhe. ane rāgadveṣhamohano abhāv hovāthī dravyāsravo eṭale pūrve bandhāyelān jaḍakarmo tene bandhanun kāraṇ thatān nathī. tethī samyagdraṣhṭi-gnānīne bandh thato nathī.

aho! samayasāranī eke-ek gāthā chaitanya-chamatkārathī bharelī chhe. ātmā pote chaitanya-chamatkār vastu chhe. ahā! e anupam alaukik chintāmaṇi ratna chhe. jyān andar najar karī ke atīndriy ānandamay chaitanyaratna samyagdarshan pragaṭ thāy chhe. parantu are! agnānīe anantakāḷamān jyān najar karavānī hatī tenā upar najar na karī ane dharmanā nāme puṇya ane paradravya upar ja najar karī! pariṇāme eno sansār maṭayo nahi. ahīn kahe chhe-gnānīne puṇyabhāv hovā chhatān enī draṣhṭi chaitanya-chintāmaṇi bhagavān ātmā upar chhe. āṭh varṣhanī bālikā samyagdarshan pāme tyāre enī draṣhṭi vignānaghan evā nij chaitanyatattvamān nimagna hoy chhe; nimitta, rāg ke paryāy upar enī draṣhṭi hotī nathī ane tethī tene navīn bandh thato nathī.

draṣhṭi dravyamān nimagna thāy chhe eno artha paryāy dravyamān bhaḷī jāy chhe em nathī. pūrvanā je pariṇām rāgamān ekākār hatā teno vyay thaī vartamān pariṇām nij gnāyakabhāv taraph ḍhaḷ‌yā tyān e pariṇām dravyamān līn-nimagna thayā em kahevāmān āve chhe. (pragaṭ) paryāyamān pūrṇa dravyanun gnān tathā pratīti āve paṇ e paryāy dravyamān bhaḷī jāy em artha nathī.

have āgaḷ kahe chhe-‘samyagdraṣhṭine gnānī kahevāmān āve chhe te yogya ja chhe.’ chothe guṇasthāne samyagdraṣhṭine gnānī kahevāmān āve chhe, pachhī bhale te narakano nārakī hoy, tiryañch hoy, manuṣhya hoy ke devano jīv hoy. anant anant chaitanyanā prakāshanun pūr prabhu ātmā chhe tene jeṇe svānubhavamān jāṇyo te gnānī chhe, pachhī bhale tene shāstranun visheṣh jāṇapaṇun na hoy. puṇya ane puṇyanā phaḷathī adhik-judo chaitanyamay bhagavān antaramān jevo chhe tevo jeṇe judo jāṇyo te gnānī chhe.

have teno visheṣh khulāso kare chhe-‘gnānī’ shabda mukhyapaṇe traṇ apekṣhāe vaparāy chheḥ- (1) pratham to, jene gnān hoy tene gnānī kahevāy; ām sāmānya gnānanī apekṣhāe to sarva jīvo gnānī chhe. badhā ātmā gnānasvarūp ja chhe te apekṣhāe badhā ātmā gnānī kahevāy. ahīn samyaktva-mithyātvanī apekṣhāe nathī.

(2) samyakgnān ane mithyāgnānanī apekṣhā levāmān āve to samyagdraṣhṭine samyaggnān hovāthī te apekṣhāe te gnānī chhe ane mithyādraṣhṭi agnānī chhe. ahā! agiyār aṅg ane nav pūrvanun gnān hovā chhatān jene gnānasvarūp nij bhagavān ātmānun bhān (-gnān) nathī ane rāganī ruchi ane adhikatā chhe te badhā mithyādraṣhṭi agnānī chhe. agiyār aṅg paikī pahelā aṅgamān aḍhār hajār pad hoy chhe ane ek ek padamān ekāvan karoḍ jājerā shlok hoy chhe. bījāmān ethī bamaṇā, trījāmān ethī bamaṇā; em bamaṇā bamaṇā karatān je pad thāy te agiyār aṅganun gnān ane nav pūrvanī labdhi je bhaṇavāthī na pragaṭe paṇ rāganī ati mandatāne laīne andarathī evī labdhi pragaṭe-eṭalun badhun gnān hovā chhatān shuddha chaitanyanā bhān vinā te agnānī chhe. jāṇanārane jāṇe te gnānī chhe ane jāṇanārane na jāṇe te agnānī chhe. āvo vītarāgano mārga chhe. shun thāy? anantakāḷamān jāṇanārane jāṇyo nahi ane bījī māthāphūṭ karī-shāstro bhaṇyo, jagatane upadesh paṇ āpyo. paṇ jāṇanārane jāṇyā vinā, dekhanārane dekhyā vinā ane ānandanā māṇanārane māṇyā vinā badhā jīvo mithyādraṣhṭi agnānī chhe.

(3) sampūrṇa gnān ane apūrṇa gnānanī apekṣhā levāmān āve to kevaḷī bhagavān gnānī chhe, ane chhadmastha agnānī chhe kāraṇ ke siddhāntamān pāñch bhāvonun kathan karatān bāramā guṇasthān sudhī agnānabhāv kahyo chhe.

alpagnānanī apekṣhāe bāramā guṇasthān sudhī agnān gaṇavāmān āvyun chhe. mithyātvanun agnān judun ane gnānanī kamīrūp agnān judun. bārame guṇasthāne mohano bilakul nāsh ane pūrṇa akaṣhāyabhāv hovā chhatān kevalagnānīne jevī gnānanī pūrṇatā chhe tevī nathī te apekṣhāe tene agnānī kahevāmān āve chhe.

ek bāju shāstramān samyagdraṣhṭine mātra ātmānun gnān hoy chhatān gnānī kahe ane mithyādraṣhṭine agiyār aṅg ane navapūrvanī labdhi pragaṭ hoy chhatān agnānī kahe; bījī bāju pūrṇagnān paryāyamān pragaṭayun chhe evā kevaḷagnānīne gnānī kahe ane gnānanī apūrṇatānī apekṣhāe bārame guṇasthāne pūrṇa vītarāgatā pragaṭ thaī gaī hovā chhatān tene agnānī kahe; ā badhī vivakṣhānī vichitratā chhe te yathārtha samajavī joīe. ā pramāṇe anekāntathī apekṣhā vaḍe vidhiniṣhedh nirbādhapaṇe siddha thāy chhe; sarvathā ekāntathī kāī paṇ siddha thatun nathī.

‘उद्धतबोधचिन्हम् शुद्धनयम् अध्यास्य’ uddhat gnān (-koīnun dabāvyun dabāy nahi evun unnat gnān) jenun lakṣhaṇ chhe evā shuddhanayamān rahīne arthāt shuddhanayano āshray karīne...

juo, je unnat gnān pragaṭ thāy chhe te trikāḷī dravyane ja gaṇe chhe. je gnānanī paryāy andar dravyamān vaḷelī chhe e agiyār aṅg ane navapūrvanun gnān jāṇapaṇun hoy tene paṇ gaṇatun nathī. svanā gnān vinānā gnānane uddhat gnān gaṇatun nathī. uddhat gnān be prakāreḥ-(1) trikāḷī gnānasvarūp vastune uddhat gnān kahīe ane (2) tene jāṇanār shuddhanayanun pariṇaman tene paṇ uddhat gnān kahīe. svanā āshraye pragaṭ thayelun bhedagnān svane ja gaṇe chhe. je gnānamān bhagavān ātmā āvato nathī te gnānane gnān ja kahetā nathī em ahīn kahe chhe.

ā uddhat chhokaro nathī hoto koī? te enā bāpane, māne koīne gaṇato nathī. tem shuddha trikāḷīne grahaṇ karanār shuddhanay uddhat chhe; te koīne gaṇato nathī. svane gaṇanārun te gnān koī parane gaṇatun nathī.

trikāḷī gnān koīthī dabāyun dabe nahi tem trikāḷī gnānane jāṇanārun-gaṇanārun gnān paṇ koīthī dabāyun dabatun nathī. gnānāvaraṇīyano uday te gnānane dabāve em chhe nahi. gnānāvaraṇīyane laīne ahīn (ātmāmān) gnānano ghaṭāḍo-vadhāro thāy e vāt bīlakul nathī. samyaggnān pote shuddha alpagna paryāyarūp hovā chhatān te nimittane eṭale ke traṇalokanā nāthane, rāgane ke alpagnatāne gaṇatun nathī. samyaggnānanī paryāyano nāth to antaramān rahelo pūrṇānand prabhu ātmā chhe; tene te gaṇe chhe ke-ā māro nāth chhe.

are! ātmānī āvī vāt agnānīone ruchatī nathī. thoḍuṅghaṇun jāṇapaṇun thāy tyān to ene thaī jāy ke have āpaṇe jāṇīe chhīe ane bījāthī adhik chhīe. lokamān paṇ koīne thoḍun jāṇapaṇun hoy ane bolatān āvaḍatun hoy to tene gnānī kahe chhe ane andar samyak jāṇapaṇun hoy paṇ bolatān na āvaḍatun hoy to tene agnānī gaṇe chhe. ahā! lokanī mānyatāmān ja moṭo pher chhe.

ahīn kahe chhe-shuddhanayano āshray karīne dharmī-gnānī sadāy ekāgrapaṇāno ja abhyās kare chhe. ātmāmān-svarūpamān ekāgratā thavī e ja vastu chhe. pravachanasāramān paṇ āchārya amr̥utachandradeve e ja kahyun chhe ke-amane jhājhā kṣhayopasham-jāṇapaṇānī

ākāṅkṣhāthī bas thāo, amane visheṣh-visheṣh jāṇapaṇānī jarūr nathī; amane to amārā svarūpamān ja nishchay ekāgra thavun chhe.

bhāī! tun ekalo gnānano puñj, gnānano gañj, gnānanun sthān-dhām chho. ahāhā...! gnānasvarūp ja ākhī chīj chhe. evā svarūpano āshray karīne ‘ये’ jeo ‘सदा एव’ sadāy एकाग्रयम् एव’ ekāgrapaṇāno ja ‘कलयन्ति’ abhyās kare chhe ‘ते’ teo ‘सततं’ nirantar ‘रागादिमुक्तमनसः भवन्तः’ rāgādithī rahit chittavāḷā vartatā thakā, ‘बन्धविधुरं समयस्य सारम्’ bandharahit evā samayanā sārane ‘पश्यन्ति’ dekhe chhe-anubhave chhe.

shun kahyun? ke svarūpano āshray karīne temān ja ekāgratāno abhyās karavo te kartavya chhe. mahāvratādinun pālan karavun te kartavya chhe em nahi. mahāvratādi pāḷavān e to rāg chhe, e rāg kartavya kem hoy? ahīn to kahe chhe-spaṣhṭa kahe chhe ke jeo svarūpano āshray karīne antar- ekāgratāno abhyās kare chhe teo rāgādirahit chittavāḷā vartatā thakā bandh-vidhur eṭale bandharahit evā samayasārane pāme chhe antaramān paripūrṇa ekāgra thatān pūrṇa kevaḷagnānane pāme chhe.

lokamān pati marī jāy tene vidhavā kahe chhe ane patnī marī jāy tene vidhur kahe chhe. ahīn bandh-vidhur eṭale bandharahit svabhāvanā āshraye jene bandh marī jāy-nāsh pāmī jāy tene bandh-vidhur kahe chhe. bandh-vidhur bhagavān samayasārane dekhe chhe eṭale ke antaramān ekāgratānī pūrṇatā thatān bandhano sarvathā abhāv thaīne kevaḷagnānane pāme chhe.

ahā! adhyātmanī āvī vāt ghaṇāne jhīṇī paḍe eṭale bahāramān vrat pāḷavān, sanyam pāḷavo, par jīvonī rakṣhā karavī ityādimān teo taṇāī jāy chhe. parantu bhāī! evī kriyā to eṇ anantavār karī chhe. bhagavān! ten tārī (andar rahelā chaitanya bhagavānanī) darakār karī nathī. antaramān chaitanyahīralo anant anant shakti-guṇanā pāsāthī chamakī rahyo chhe. ahā! te kayān chhe, kevo chhe, kevaḍo chhe ane kem jaṇāy tenī ten kadīy khabar nathī karī! pariṇāme anekavidh bahāranī kriyāo karavā chhatān tane sansār-paribhramaṇ maṭayun nahi.

prashnaḥ– to shun ahinsādi dharma nathī?

paranī dayā pāḷavāno bhāv e to rāg ane hinsā chhe. evī ja rīte satyāgrah karī bījāne dabāṇamān levā e bhāv paṇ rāg hovāthī hinsā chhe. are bhāī! je bhāve tīrthaṅkaragotra bandhāy ke je bhāve sarvārthasiddhinun āyuṣhya bandhāy te bhāv shubharāg chhe ane te aparādh chhe kemake rāg chhe te ātmasvabhāvanī hinsā karanāro bhāv chhe. bhagavāne to rāganī anutpatti ane vītarāgatānī utpattine ahinsā kahī chhe.

vastu pote svarūpathī ja ahinsakasvarūp eṭale ke vītarāgasvarūp chhe, enī draṣhṭi ane emān sthiratā thatān paryāyamān je vītarāgatā pragaṭ thāy te ahinsā chhe. samyaktvādinī vītarāgī pariṇati te ahinsā chhe. āvī ahinsānī pariṇati kayānthī āvī? ahinsakasvarūp je trikāḷī ātmā chhe tyānthī (teno āshray karavāthī) āvī chhe, rāgamānthī ke par nimittamānthī nahīn.

bhagavān mahāvīre koīnuny bhalun ke bhūṇḍu karyun nathī. emaṇe to potāno (ātmāno) je anādi ahinsak svabhāv chhe tene paryāyamān paripūrṇa pragaṭ karyo chhe. eṭale to bhagavān vītarāg-ahinsak chhe. bhāī! bhagavān ātmānun svarūp ja vītarāgaahinsak chhe; tene oḷakhī tenā āshraye vītarāg pariṇati pragaṭ karavī te ahinsā chhe. te kāḷe jeṭalo rāg utpanna na thayo tene rāg chhoḍayo em vyavahārathī kahevāmān āve chhe.

ahinsak ātmānī draṣhṭi vinā (samyagdarshan vinā) je koī vrat, tap ādi āchare chhe te badhā mūḍh chhe (mithyādraṣhṭi chhe). vyavahāranā ekānt āgrahavāḷāne āvun sāmbhaḷīne duḥkh lāge paṇ shun thāy? e duḥkhanun kāraṇ enī viparīt mānyatā chhe. bījāne duḥkh devāno koī gnānīne bhāv na hoy.

pahelānnā vakhatamān shāhūkār pāse koī khoṭā rūpiyā (sikkā) laīne āve ane shāhūkārane te khabar paḍe to tene pāchhā na āpe; dukānanā bāraṇā āgaḷ je umaro hoy tyān lākaḍe tene jaḍī de, āgaḷ chālavā na de. em ā paṇ bhagavānanī sharāphanī peḍhī chhe; temān khoṭun chālavā na devāy. bhāī! ātmānī draṣhṭi vinā je kāī vrat, tap, bhakti, pūjā ādinā bhāv chhe te rāg chhe ane rāg chhe te ātmānī hinsā chhe. (rāg utpanna thatān chaitanyaprāṇano ghāt thāy chhe). bhāī! pariṇāmane antaramān vāḷī tyān ja ekāgra thayā vinā vastu (chaitanyatattva) hāth nahi āve. jyān vastu chhe tyān pariṇāmane vāḷ‌yā vinā vastunun gnān kem thāy? emān ja ekāgra thayā vinā vastunun ācharaṇ kem thāy? bāpu! anant tīrthaṅkaroe divya-deshanā dvārā dharma pāmavāno

bhagavānane vāṇī nīkaḷe chhe te ichchhā vinā sahaj nīkaḷe chhe. ane chhadmastha munione je vāṇī hoy chhe tyān sāthe vikalpa chhe; tyān chāritramohano eṭalo doṣh chhe. have āmānthī koīne prashna thāy ke-rāg te hinsā chhe, to e rāg (hinsā) dvārā tamāre ahinsā samajāvavī chhe? ek bāju nimittathī thāy nahīn em kaho chho ane vaḷī nimitta dvārā samajāvo chho-kevī vāt?

samādhānaḥ– bhāī! em na bolāy bhagavān! eno upakār levāy. (chhadmastha dashāmān to) rāg dvārā ja vastunā svarūpanun kathan karī shakāy chhe. samayasār gāthā 8 mān ā vāt āchārya bhagavāne līdhī chhe-ke vyavahār vinā paramārtha samajāvī shakāto nathī.

tyāre emānthī koī kāḍhe ke-lyo, vyavahārathī samajī shakāy chhe ke nahīn? are bhagavān! em artha nathī bāpu! tyān ja khulāso karyo chhe ke-kahenāre ane sāmbhaḷanāre, vyavahār (nishchay samajatān vachamān) āve chhe, paṇ vyavahārane anusaravun nahi. vyavahāranā bhed pāḍayā vinā samajāvāy nahi māṭe bhed pāḍīne santo samajāve chhe parantu tethī bhedanun lakṣha karavun-bhedamān ja aṭakī rahevun em kayān chhe? lakṣha to abhedanun ja karavānī vāt chhe. vyavahār nishchayano pratipādak chhe tethī darshāvyo chhe, parantu vyavahār anusaravā yogya nathī em tyān spaṣhṭa kahyun chhe. samajāṇun kāī...?

ahīn kahe chhe-svarūpano āshray karīne jeo antar-ekāgratāno nirantar abhyās kare chhe teo rāgarahit chittavāḷā thayā thakā bandharahit bhagavān samayasārane dekhe chhe-anubhave chhe arthāt antar-ekāgratānī pūrṇatā karīne kevaḷagnānane prāpta thaī jāy chhe.

‘āvā pariṇamanane līdhe vr̥utti gnānamān vaḷ‌yā kare ane sthiratā vadhatī jāy te shuddhanay vaḍe ekāgratāno abhyās chhe.’ samyagdarshanamān pratham ānandano svād āvyo pachhī antaramān draṣhṭinā baḷe jhukatān jeṭalī sthiratā vadhe teṭalā pramāṇamān ānand ane shuddhi vadhatān jāy chhe tene ekāgratāno abhyās kahe chhe. āvo antar-ekāgratāno abhyās nirantar karavānun kahyun chhe. vratādinā vikalpano abhyās karavo em nahi paṇ antar-ekāgratāno abhyās karavānun kahyun chhe. have kahe chhe-

shuddhanay gnānano ansh chhe ane shrutagnān to parokṣha chhe tethī te apekṣhāe shuddha nay dvārā thato shuddha svarūpano anubhav paṇ parokṣha chhe.’ jene ātmāno anubhav thāy chhe, samyagdarshan thāy chhe enī paryāyamān bhāvashrutagnān pragaṭ thāy chhe. te bhāvashrutagnānano shuddhanay ek ansh chhe. ahīn dravyashrut je shabda-vāṇī tenī vāt nathī kemake e to par chhe. ahīn to shuddhanay bhāvashrutagnānano ek ansh chhe em vāt chhe. e shuddhanay dvārā ātmā pratyakṣha jaṇāto nathī. pratyakṣha to kevaḷagnān pragaṭatān jaṇāy chhe. chhatān anubhavanā kāḷamān ānandanā vedanane ātmā pratyakṣha vede chhe. hun ātmā atīndriy ānandasvarūp chhun evī draṣhṭi thatān paryāyamān atīndriy ānand pratyakṣha vedanamān āve chhe tene tethī svānubhav pratyakṣha paṇ kahe chhe ane tene bhāvashrutagnān ane jainashāsan kahe chhe; (juo samayasār gāthā 1p). vachche je rāg āve te kāī jainashāsan nathī.

‘vaḷī te anubhav ekadesh shuddha chhe te apekṣhāe tene vyavahārathī pratyakṣha paṇ kahevāmān āve chhe.’ juo, anantaguṇano piṇḍ asaṅkhyapradeshī ātmā pratyakṣha to kevaḷagnān thatān dekhāy chhe paṇ nīche samyagdarshanamān parokṣha shrutagnānanī apekṣhāe tathā shrutagnānano peṭābhed je shuddhanay tenī apekṣhāe ātmānun pūrṇa svarūp parokṣhapaṇe pratītimān āve chhe tethī tene vyavahāre pratyakṣha paṇ kahevāmān āve chhe. chhatān vedananī apekṣhāe chothe guṇasthāne samyagdraṣhṭi nirvikalpa ānandanun vedan pratyakṣha potāthī vede chhe. anubhav paripūrṇa nahi paṇ ekadesh shuddha hovāthī tene vyavahārathī pratyakṣha paṇ kahe chhe.

‘sākṣhāt shuddhanay to kevaḷagnān thaye thāy chhe.’ matalab ke pūrṇa pavitratānun pariṇaman kevaḷagnān thatān thāy chhe. kharekhar to kevaḷagnān pratyakṣha pramāṇ chhe ane shuddhanay to parokṣha shrutagnānapramāṇano ansh chhe. paṇ kevaḷagnān thatān shuddhanayanun pūrṇa pariṇaman thaī gayun e apekṣhāe sākṣhāt shuddhanay to kevaḷagnān thaye thāy chhe em kahyun chhe. paryāyamān jyāre trikāḷī vastu eṭale ke anantaguṇ ane asaṅkhyāt pradesh sahit shuddha chaitanyavastu pratyakṣha thaī tyāre shuddhanay sākṣhāt pūrṇa thayo arthāt shuddhanayanun phaḷ pragaṭ thayun tethī kevaḷagnān thatān sākṣhāt shuddhanay thayo em kahyun chhe. ahāhā...! vastu potānī apekṣhāe potāthī to vyakta-pragaṭ-pratyakṣha ja chhe paṇ paryāyamān pratyakṣha bhāsī tyāre shuddhanay pūrṇa thayo em vāt chhe.

have āvo upadesh, lyo; koīne vaḷī thāy ke ā te kevo upadesh! bhakti karavī, vrat pāḷavān, tap karavun, upavāsādik karavā -evo upadesh hoy to samajamān paṇ āve. paṇ bāpu! e to badhā rāganā prakār chhe; dharmīne paṇ ashubhathī bachavā shubharāg āve chhe paṇ e kāī dharma nathī, jainashāsan nathī. samyagdarshan-gnān-chāritranā pariṇām vā shuddhanay dvārā antar- ekāgratāno abhyās thāy e ja dharma chhe. samajāṇun kāī...! bhāī! ā samajyā vinā ja eṇe chorāsī lākh yonimān-pratyek yonimān anant anantavār avatār dhāraṇ karyā chhe.

‘नयपरिहीनास्तु’ -bas eṭalun ja kaheshe. eno artha e ke shuddhanayane ja tyān nay kahyo chhe. (arthāt āshrayayogya nay ek ja chhe em kahe chhe). ‘shuddhanayathī chyut thaīne’-enā be artha- (1) shuddha chaitanyasvabhāvano anubhav eṭale ke samyagdarshan pragaṭatān atīndriy ānandano je anubhav hato enāthī chyut thaīne mithyādraṣhṭi thatān anantasansāranun kāraṇ evā darshanamohanīy karmane bāndhe chhe. (2) gnātā, gney, gnānanā bhedane chhoḍī shuddhopayogamān rahevun te shuddhanay; enāthī (shuddhopayogathī) chyut thaīne je vikalpamān āvyo te paṇ (kiñchit) karmane bāndhe chhe. ahīn kahe chhe-

have evā jīvo jemaṇe gnānane chhoḍayun chhe arthāt ānandakand svarūp bhagavān ātmāne chhoḍī dīdho chhe ane rāganī ruchisahit rāgane pakaḍayo chhe teo pūrve bandhāyelā dravyāsravo vaḍe karmone bāndhe chhe.

samyagdraṣhṭi dharmīe vyavahāraratnatray ādi samasta rāgane (abhiprāyathī) chhoḍayo chhe ane svabhāvane grahaṇ karyo chhe. tethī dravyāsravo hovā chhatān gnānīne rāgano sambandh nathī tethī karmabandhan thatun nathī. jyāre svarūpane chhoḍīne rāganā sambandhamān āve chhe evā agnānī jīvone pūrvabaddha karma navā karmabandhanun kāraṇ thāy chhe arthāt navān karma bāndhe chhe-‘कृत–विचित्र– विकल्पजालम्’– ke je karmabandh vichitra bhedonā samūhavāḷo hoy chhe arthāt je karmabandh anek prakārano hoy chhe. vastu abaddhasvabhāv kaho ke muktasvabhāv kaho, jyān tenī draṣhṭi chhūṭīne rāganā sambandhamān āvyo tyān gnānāvaraṇīy, darshanāvaraṇīy, mohanīy, antarāy ādi āṭh karmo anek prakāre bandhāy chhe. ahīn mithyātva ane anantānubandhī rāganī apekṣhāe vāt chhe. samyagdraṣhṭine te prakārano rāgey nathī ane bandhey nathī.

bhāī! ā tattvanī vātano parichay karī khūb abhyās karavo joīe. bākī to digambar sādhu thaīne pañchamahāvrat līdhān, hajāro rāṇīono tyāg karyo, sharīranī chāmaḍīne utārīne khār chhāṇṭe toy krodh na karyo-evun evun to ghaṇuny badhun karyun; paṇ tethī shun? āvī kriyāo anant vār karī paṇ antaramān ek kṣhaṇ māṭe sācho dharma-samyagdarshan pragaṭ karyun nahi. shubharāg-rāganī mandatānā shukal leshyānā pariṇām anantavār karyā paṇ rāgathī bhinna potānī shuddha chaitanyamay chījanī draṣhṭi karī nahi to janma-maraṇanā duḥkhano ant na āvyo. chhahaḍhālāmān shrī dolatarāmajīe kahyun chhe ne ke-

‘‘munivrat dhār anantavār, grīvak upajāyo;
pai nij ātamagnān vinā sukh lesh na pāyo.’’

svargamān grīvānā sthāne nav pāṭaḍā chhe. tyān puṇya karīne anantavār janma līdho paṇ rāgathī khasīne shuddha chaitanyasvabhāvano anubhav kadī karyo nahi to lesh paṇ sukh na thayun arthāt duḥkh ja thayun. bhāī! pañchamahāvratādinā pālanano rāg paṇ āsrav ane duḥkh ja chhe. chhahaḍhālāmān kahyun chhe ke-

‘‘rāg āg dahai sadā, tātai samāmr̥ut seīe.’

shubharāg chhe te paṇ āg chhe kemake te kaṣhāy chhe ne! ātmāne kaṣhe eṭale duḥkh de e shubharāg kaṣhāy chhe.

‘shuddhanayathī chyut thavun eṭale ‘‘hun shuddha chhun’’ evā pariṇamanathī chhūṭīne ashuddharūpe pariṇamavun te arthāt mithyādraṣhṭi banī javun te.’ shuddha chaitanyaghanasvarūp bhagavān ātmāno anubhav thavo te shuddhanay chhe. tenāthī chyut thavun eṭale pūrṇānandanā nāthanī je draṣhṭi thaī hatī te chhūṭīne hun rāg chhun, puṇya chhun -evī draṣhṭi thavī arthāt mithyādraṣhṭi banī javun te.

ātmā shuddha chaitanyaghan prabhu atīndriy mahāpadārtha chhe. evā chaitanyamahāprabhunī antardraṣhṭipūrvak jene anubhav thayo tene shuddhanayanun grahaṇ thayun ane hun shuddha chidānandaghanasvarūp ātmā chhun evun je atīndriy ānandanun pariṇaman enāthī bhraṣhṭa thaī rāganī ekatānā ashuddha pariṇamanamān āvī javun tene shuddhanayathī bhraṣhṭa thavun kahe chhe. ‘em thatān jīvane mithyātvasambandhī rāgādik utpanna thāy chhe, tethī dravyāsravo karmabandhanān kāraṇ thāy chhe ane tethī anek prakāranān karma bandhāy chhe.’ puṇyanā pariṇām mane lābhadāyak chhe evī mithyā mānyatāthī pariṇamatān anantānubandhī rāgadveṣh utpanna

‘ā rīte ahīn shuddhanayathī chyut thavāno artha shuddhatānā bhānathī (samyaktvathī) chyut thavun em karavo.’ juo! jayachandajī paṇḍite kevo saras khulāso karyo chhe! shuddhanayathī chyut thavun eṭale shuddha chidānandaghanasvarūp hun chhun evā vishvāsanā pariṇamanathī patit thaī hun rāgī ane alpagna chhun em mānavun. ahā! te ātmā mithyādraṣhṭi thaī gayo. shuddhanayathī chyut thavāno artha shuddha svarūpanī pratītithī chyut thavun te mukhya chhe.

‘upayoganī apekṣhā ahīn gauṇ chhe, arthāt shuddhanayathī chyut thavun eṭale shuddha upayogathī chyut thavun evo artha ahīn mukhya nathī.’ shun kīdhun ā? antaramān gnātā-gnān-gney evā bhedanun lakṣha chhoḍī gnāyakanā anubhavamān upayoganī jamāvaṭ thavī tene shuddhopayog kahe chhe. evā shuddha upayogathī chhūṭī vikalpamān-rāgamān āvavun e artha ahīn gauṇ chhe. shuddha chaitanyamahāprabhuno anubhav thaīne enī pratīti āvavī te samyagdarshan chhe. āvo samyagdraṣhṭi shuddha upayogamānthī chhūṭī ashuddha upayogamān āve te artha ahīn mukhya nathī paṇ shuddha svabhāvathī bhraṣhṭa thaī rāganī ruchimān-premamān āvī javun te artha mukhya chhe.

‘kāraṇ ke shuddhopayogarūp rahevāno kāḷ alpa hovāthī mātra alpa kāḷ shuddhopayogarūp rahīne pachhī tenāthī chhūṭī gnān anya gneyomān upayukta thāy topaṇ mithyātva vinā je rāgano ansh chhe te abhiprāyapūrvak nahi hovāthī gnānīne mātra alpa bandh thāy chhe ane alpa bandh sansāranun kāraṇ nathī. māṭe ahīn upayoganī apekṣhā mukhya nathī.’

dhyānamān hato te pharīne vikalpamān āvī jāy chhe. shuddha upayogamān jhājho kāḷ rahī shakātun nathī eṭale rāgane jāṇavānī dashāmān āve chhe kharo; svanā jāṇapaṇā pūrvak rāgane jāṇavānī dashāmān āve chhe paṇ rāg karavā jevo chhe evo abhiprāy nahi hovāthī gnānīne mātra alpa bandh thāy chhe. samakitīne abhiprāyamān rāg kartavya nathī ane tethī je rāgano ansh utpanna thāy chhe tenāthī alpa bandh thāy chhe. alpa bandh sansāranun kāraṇ nahi thato hovāthī ahīn upayoganī apekṣhā mukhya nathī.

ahāhā...! shāstranī ek paṇ kaḍī yathārtha samaje to tenā khyālamān āvī jāy ke andar vastu shun chhe? bhāī! vastunī draṣhṭi thayā vinā bhale shāstrano ghaṇo abhyās hoy, ane lākho māṇasone samajāvavānī shakti paṇ hoy paṇ e koī chīj nathī. potānā ātmāne pakaḍavānī antardraṣhṭi thavī te chīj chhe. āvo sūkṣhma mārga chhe; tene dhīraj ane shāntithī abhyās karī prāpta karavo joīe. are! laukik keḷavaṇī pāchhaḷ varṣhonān varṣho kāḍhī nākhe chhe ane ā abhyās māṭe ene nivr̥utti maḷatī nathī!

prashnaḥ– laukik keḷavaṇī levāthī to paisā kamāvāy chhe ne?

uttaraḥ– bhāī! paisā to āvavānā hoy to āve, laukik bhaṇe māṭe āve chhe em nathī. lakṣhmī to puṇyane laīne āve chhe; duniyāmān chatur hoy, khūb bhaṇelo hoy eṭale lakṣhmī maḷe chhe e vātamān kāī tathya nathī. aṇaghaḍ ane abhaṇ hoy evā paṇ lākho-karoḍonī sampatti kamāy chhe. dhan maḷavun e kāī puruṣhārthanun kārya nathī, dharma maḷavo e puruṣhārthanun kārya chhe ane e ja kartavya chhe. dhanamān shun bharyun chhe? (dhanathī sukh nathī, dharma vaḍe sukh chhe).

have kahe chhe-‘have jo upayoganī apekṣhā laīe to ā pramāṇe artha ghaṭe chheḥ-

jīv shuddha svarūpanā nirvikalpa anubhavathī chhūṭe parantu samyaktvathī na chhūṭe to tene chāritramohanā rāgathī kāīk bandh thāy chhe.’ mithyātva nathī tethī anant sansāranā kāraṇarūp bandh thato nathī kāraṇ ke mithyātva e ja kharekhar sansār chhe. ‘te bandh jo ke agnānanā pakṣhamān nathī topaṇ te bandh to chhe ja. māṭe tene maṭāḍavāne samyagdraṣhṭi gnānīne shuddhanayathī na chhūṭavāno arthāt shuddhopayogamān līn rahevāno upadesh chhe,’ andar nirvikalpa ṭharavāno upadesh chhe.

‘kevalagnān thatān sākṣhāt shuddhanay thāy chhe.’ kharekhar to trikāḷī shuddha vastu te shuddhanay chhe. (samayasār gāthā 11). parantu eno āshray kevaḷagnān pragaṭ thatān pūrṇa thaī gayo, have pachhī āshray levānun rahyun nahi e apekṣhāe kevaḷagnān thatān sākṣhāt shuddhanay thāy chhe em kahyun chhe. shuddhanayano (āshrayano) abhāv thayo tyāre sākṣhāt

shuddhanay thāy chhe em kahyun. kevaḷagnānamān nay kayān chhe? tyān to gnān pratyakṣha pramāṇ thaī gayun chhe. anant ānand, anant gnān, anant shānti, anant svachchhatā, anant prabhutā paryāyamān paripūrṇa khīlīne pragaṭ thaī gayā chhe. kevaḷagnān thatān to jevī shuddha vastu chhe evī shuddhatā pragaṭ thaī gaī tyān pachhī nay hoto nathī. (shuddhanayano āshray hoto nathī).

bāpu! tun potānī jātane bhūlīne kajātane (rāgane) sevī rahyo chhe. dharma asalī shun ne nakalī shun enī tane khabar nathī. dayā, dān, vratādinā rāgane dharma mānavo e nakalī dharma chhe, jyāre andar chidānandaghan potāno bhagavān chhe teno anubhav karavo te asalī dharma chhe. vyavahār dharmane paṇ dharma nām to chhe paṇ e paramārtha dharma nathī.

samayasār nirjarā adhikāramān ‘gnānī dharmane ichchhato nathī’ evo pāṭh chhe. tyān dharma eṭale puṇya artha karyo chhe, samakitī dharmīne, pūrṇa vītarāg na thāy tyān sudhī vyavahār (shubhabhāv) hoy chhe ane upachārathī tene dharmanun kāraṇ (sādhan) paṇ kahyun chhe paṇ e kāī kharun kāraṇ nathī. (nimittanun gnān karāvavā upachārathī tene kāraṇ kahyun chhe). dayā, dān, bhakti ādinā pariṇām dharmīne āve chhe paṇ enā upar dharmīnī draṣhṭi nathī; dharmī to eno jāṇanār rahe chhe. jem kheḍūtanī najar anāj par hoy chhe, ghās par nahi tem dharmīnī draṣhṭi chaitanyasvabhāv par hoy chhe, puṇyabhāv par nahi. chothe guṇasthāne koī samakitī chha khaṇḍanā rājyanā vaibhavamān hoy, chhannu hajār rāṇīonā vr̥undamān hoy chhatān e rājavaibhav ke e rāṇīo mārī chhe em enī draṣhṭi nathī. tethī to kahyun chhe ke ‘bharat gharamān vairāgī.’ samajāṇun kāī...!

puruṣhe grahel ahār je, udarāgnine sanyog te
bahuvidh māns, vasā ane rudhirādi bhāve pariṇame; 179.
tyam gnānīne paṇ pratyayo je pūrvakāḷanibaddha te
bahuvidh bāndhe karma, jo jīv shuddhanayaparichyut bane. 180.

धीरोदारमहिम्न्यनादिनिधने बोधे निबध्नन्धृतिं
त्याज्यः शुद्धनयो न जातु कृतिभिः सर्वङ्कषः कर्मणाम्।
तत्रस्थाः स्वमरीचिचक्रमचिरात्संह्य्त्य निर्यद्बहिः
पूर्ण ज्ञानघनौघमेकमचलं पश्यन्ति शान्तं महः।। १२३।।

ānun draṣhṭānt jagatamān prasiddha-jāṇītun chhe); kāraṇ ke udarāgni, puruṣhe grahelā āhārane ras, rudhir, māns ādi bhāve pariṇamāve chhe em jovāmān āve chhe.

bhāvārthaḥ– gnānī shuddhanayathī chhūṭe tyāre tene rāgādibhāvono sadbhāv thāy chhe, rāgādibhāvonā nimitte dravyāsravo avashya karmabandhanā kāraṇ thāy chhe ane tethī kārmaṇavargaṇā bandharūpe pariṇame chhe. ṭīkāmān je em kahyun chhe ke “dravyapratyayo pudgalakarmane bandharūpe pariṇamāve chhe”, te nimittathī kahyun chhe. tyān em samajavun ke “dravyapratyayo nimittabhūt thatān kārmaṇavargaṇā svayam bandharūpe pariṇame chhe”.

have ā sarva kathananā tātparyarūp shlok kahechheḥ-

shlokārthaḥ– [अत्र] ahīn [इदम् एव तात्पर्य] ā ja tātparya chhe ke [शुद्धनयः न हि हेयः] shuddhanay tyāgavāyogya nathī; [हि] kāraṇ ke [तत्–अत्यागात् बन्धः नास्ति] tenā atyāgathī (karmano) bandh thato nathī ane [तत्–त्यागात् बन्धः एव] tenā tyāgathī bandh ja thāy chhe. 122.

pharī, ‘shuddhanay chhoḍavāyogya nathī’ evā arthane draḍh karanārun kāvya kahe chheḥ-

shlokārthaḥ– [धीर–उदार–महिम्नि अनादिनिधने बोधे धृतिं निबध्नन् शुद्धनयः] dhīr (chaḷāchaḷatā rahit) ane udrār (sarva padārthomān vistārayukta) jeno mahimā chhe evā anādinidhan gnānamān sthiratā bāndhato (arthāt gnānamān pariṇatine sthir rākhato) shuddhanay- [कर्मणाम् सर्वकषः] ke je karmone mūḷathī nāsh karanāro chhe te- [कृतिभिः] pavitra dharmī (samyagdraṣhṭi) puruṣhoe [जातु] kadī paṇ [न त्याज्यः] chhoḍavāyogya nathī. नित्योद्योतं किमपि परमं वस्तु सम्पश्यतोऽन्तः।
स्फारस्फारैः स्वरसविसरैः पॢावयत्सर्वभावा–
नालोकान्तादचलमतुलं ज्ञानमुन्मग्नमेतत्।। १२४।।

samuhane (arthāt karmanā nimitte paramān jatī gnānanī visheṣh vyakitaone) alpa kāḷamān sameṭīne, [पूर्ण ज्ञान–धन–ओधम् एकम् अचलं शान्तं महः] pūrṇa, gnānaghananā puñjarūp, ek, achaḷ, shānt tejane-tejaḥpuñjane- [पश्यन्ति] dekhe chhe arthāt anubhave chhe.

bhāvārthaḥ– shuddhanay, gnānanā samasta visheṣhone gauṇ karī tathā paranimittathī thatā samasta bhāvone gauṇ karī, ātmāne shuddha, nitya, abhedarūp, ek chaitanyamātra grahaṇ kare chhe ane tethī pariṇati shuddhanayanā viṣhayasvarūp chaitanyamātra shuddha ātmāmān ekāgra-sthir-thatī jāy chhe. e pramāṇe shuddhanayano āshray karanārā jīvo alpa kāḷamān bahār nīkaḷatī gnānanī visheṣh vyaktione saṅkelīne, shuddhanayamān (ātmānī shuddhatānā anubhavamān) nirvikalpapaṇe ṭharatān sarva karmothī bhinna kevaḷ gnānasvarūp, amūrtik puruṣhākār, vītarāg gnānamūrtisvarūp potānā ātmāne dekhe chhe ane shukaladhyānamān pravr̥utti karīne antarmuhūrtamān kevaḷagnān pragaṭāve chhe. shuddhanayanun āvun māhātmya chhe. māṭe shuddhanayanā ālamban vaḍe jyān sudhī kevaḷagnān ūpaje nahi tyān sudhī samyagdraṣhṭi jīvoe shuddhanay chhoḍavāyogya nathī em shrī guruono upadesh chhe. 123.

have, āsravono sarvathā nāsh karavāthī je gnān pragaṭ thayun te gnānanā mahimānun kāvya kahe chheḥ-

इति श्रीमदमृतचन्द्रसूरिविरचितायां समयसारव्याख्यायामात्मख्यातौ आस्रवप्ररूपकः चतुर्थोऽङ्कः।।

bhāvārthaḥ– je puruṣh antaraṅgamān chaitanyamātra param vastune dekhe chhe ane shuddhanayanā ālamban vaḍe temān ekāgra thato jāy chhe te puruṣhane, tatkāḷ sarva rāgādik āsravabhāvono sarvathā abhāv thaine, sarva atīt, anāgat ne vartamān padārthone jāṇanārun nishchaḷ, atul kevaḷagnān pragaṭ thāy chhe. te gnān sarvathī mahān chhe, tenā samān anya koī nathī. 124.

ṭīkāḥ– ā rīte āsrav (raṅgabhūmimānthī) bahār nīkaḷī gayo.

bhāvārthaḥ– āsravano svāṅg raṅgabhūmimān āvyo hato tene gnāne tenā yathārtha svarūpe jāṇī līdho tethī te bahār nīkaḷī gayo.

yog kaṣhāy mithyātva asanyam āsrav dravyat āgam gāye,
rāg virodh vimoh vibhāv agnānamayī yah bhāv jatāye;
je munirāj karai ini pāl suriddhi samāj laye siv thāye,
kāy navāy namūn chit lāy kahūn jay pāl lahūn man bhāye.

ām shrī samayasāranī (shrīmadbhagavatkundakundāchāryadevapraṇīt shrīsamayasār paramāgamanī) shrīmad amr̥utachandrāchāryadevavirachit ātmakhyāti nāmanī ṭīkāmān āsravno prarūpak chotho aṅk samāpta thayo.

have ā ja arthane draṣhṭānt dvārā draḍh kare chheḥ-

juo, gāthā 180 mān ‘णयपरिहीणा’–nayaparihīnā shabda mūkīne āchārya bhagavāne shuddhanay e ja vāstavik-kharekhar nay chhe, jyāre vyavahāranay te upacharit (kathan karato) hovāthī vyavahār chhe em kahyun chhe.

shuddha chaitanyapiṇḍ prabhu ātmāno anubhav thavo draṣhṭi thavī e shuddhanay chhe, ane ene chhoḍī dayā, dān, vrat, bhakti ādinā shubhabhāvamān ekatābuddhi thavī e ‘nayaparihīnā’ eṭale nayathī paribhraṣhṭa chhe kemake te shuddhanayathī paribhraṣhṭa thaī gayo chhe. bījī rīte kahīe to ānandanā nāth bhagavān gnāyakanī beṭhakamānthī khasī rāganī beṭhakamān gayo te ‘nayaparihīṇā’ eṭale vāstavik nayathī paribhraṣhṭa thayo chhe.
