bhāvārtha :pratyek dravya sadā svabhāvamen rahatā hai isaliye ‘sat’ hai . vah svabhāv utpād -vyay -dhrauvyasvarūp pariṇām hai . jaise dravyake vistārakā chhoṭese chhoṭā ansh vah pradesh hai, usīprakār dravyake pravāhakā chhoṭese chhoṭā ansh vah pariṇām hai . pratyek pariṇām sva -kālamen apane rūpase utpanna hotā hai, pūrvarūpase naṣhṭa hotā hai aur sarva pariṇāmommen ekapravāhapanā honese pratyek pariṇām utpād -vināshase rahit ekarūpdhruv rahatā hai . aur utpād -vyay -dhrauvyamen samayabhed nahīn hai, tīnon hī ek hī samayamen hain . aise utpād -vyay -dhrauvyātmak pariṇāmoṅkī paramparāmen dravya svabhāvase hī sadā rahatā hai, isaliye dravya svayam bhī, motiyoṅke hārakī bhān̐ti, utpād -vyay -dhrauvyātmak hai ..99..

aur paryāyen utpād -vyay -dhrauvyake dvārā ālambit hain (arthāt utpād -vyay -dhrauvya paryāyāshrit hain ) kyoṅki utpād -vyay -dhrauvya anshoṅke dharma hain (-1anshīke nahīn); bīj, aṅkur aur vr̥ukṣhatvakī bhān̐ti . jaise anshī -vr̥ukṣhake bīj aṅkur -vr̥ukṣhatvasvarūp tīn ansh, vyay -utpād- dhrauvyasvarūp nij dharmonse ālambit ek sāth hī bhāsit hote hain, usīprakār anshī -dravyake, naṣhṭa hotā huā bhāv, utpanna hotā huā bhāv, aur avasthit rahanevālā bhāv;yah tīnon ansh vyay -utpād -dhrauvyasvarūp nijadharmoṅke dvārā ālambit ek sāth hī bhāsit hote hain . kintu yadi (1) bhaṅg, (2) utpād aur (3) dhrauvyako (anshīkā na mānakar) dravyakā hī mānā jāy to sārā 2viplav ko prāpta hogā . yathā(1) pahale, yadi dravyakā hī bhaṅg mānā jāy to 3kṣhaṇabhaṅgase lakṣhit samasta dravyoṅkā ek kṣhaṇamen hī sanhār ho jānese dravyashūnyatā ā jāyagī, athavā satkā uchchhed ho jāyagā . nishchitan pradeshābhede‘pi svakīyasvakīyasañgnālakṣhaṇaprayojanādibheden . tamhā davvan havadi savvan yato nishchayādhārādheyabhāven tiṣhṭhantyutpādādayastasmātkāraṇādutpādāditrayan svasamvedanagnānādiparyāyatrayan chānvay- samay par honevālā utpād jisakā chihna ho aisā pratyek dravya anant dravyatvako prāpta ho jāyagā) athavā asatkā utpād ho jāyagā; (3) yadi dravyakā hī dhrauvya mānā jāy to kramashaḥ honevāle bhāvoṅke abhāvake kāraṇ dravyakā abhāv āyagā, athavā kṣhaṇikapanā hogā .

isaliye utpād -vyay -dhrauvyake dvārā paryāyen ālambit hon, aur paryāyoṅke dvārā dravya ālambit ho, ki jisase yah sab ek hī dravya hai .

bhāvārtha :bīj, aṅkur aur vr̥ukṣhatva, yah vr̥ukṣhake ansh hain . bījakā nāsh, aṅkurakā utpād aur vr̥ukṣhatvakā dhrauvyatīnon ek hī sāth hote hain . isaprakār nāsh bījake āshrit hai, utpād aṅkurake āshrit hai, aur dhrauvya vr̥ukṣhatvake āshrit hai; nāsh, utpād aur dhrauvya bīj aṅkur aur vr̥ukṣhatvase bhinna padārtharūp nahīn hai . tathā bīj, aṅkur aur vr̥ukṣhatva bhī vr̥ukṣhase bhinna padārtharūp nahīn hain . isaliye yah sab ek vr̥ukṣha hī hain . isīprakār naṣhṭa hotā huā bhāv, utpanna hotā huā bhāv aur dhrauvya bhāv sab dravyake ansh hain . naṣhṭa hote huye bhāvakā nāsh, utpanna hote huye bhāvakā utpād aur sthāyī bhāvakā dhrauvya ek hī sāth hai . isaprakār nāsh naṣhṭa hote bhāvake āshrit hai, utpād utpanna hote bhāvake āshrit hai aur dhrauvya sthāyī bhāvake āshrit hai . nāsh, utpād aur dhrauvya un bhāvonse bhinna padārtharūp nahīn hain . aur ve bhāv bhī dravyase bhinna padārtharūp nahīn hain . isaliye yah sab, ek dravya hī hain ..101..

(yahān̐ uparokta shaṅkākā samādhān kiyā jātā hai :isaprakār utpādādikā kṣhaṇabhed hr̥udayabhūmimen tabhī utar sakatā hai jab yah mānā jāy ki ‘dravya svayam hī utpanna hotā hai, svayam hī dhruv rahatā hai aur svayam hī nāshako prāpta hotā hai !’ kintu aisā to mānā nahīn gayā hai; (kyoṅki yah svīkār aur siddha kiyā gayā hai ki) paryāyoṅke hī utpādādi hain; (tab phi ra) vahān̐ kṣhaṇabhed -kahān̐se ho sakatā hai ? yah samajhate hain :

jaise kumhār, daṇḍa, chakra aur ḍorī dvārā āropit kiye jānevāle sanskārakī upasthitimen jo rāmapātrakā janmakṣhaṇ hotā hai vahī mr̥uttikāpiṇḍakā nāshakṣhaṇ hotā hai, aur vahī donon 1koṭiyommen rahanevālā miṭṭīpanakā sthitikṣhaṇ hotā hai; isīprakār antaraṅg aur bahiraṅg sādhanon dvārā kiye jānevāle sanskāroṅkī upasthitimen, jo uttar paryāyakā janmakṣhaṇ hotā hai vahī pūrva paryāyakā nāsh kṣhaṇ hotā hai, aur vahī donon koṭiyommen rahanevāle dravyatvakā sthitikṣhaṇ hotā hai .

aur, jaise pītabhāvase utpanna hotā haritabhāvase naṣhṭa hotā aur āmraphalarūpase sthir rahatā honese āmraphal ek vastukī paryāyon dvārā utpād -vyay -dhrauvya hai, usīprakār uttar avasthāmen avasthit guṇase utpanna, pūrva avasthāmen avasthit guṇase naṣhṭa aur dravyatva guṇase sthir honese, dravya ekadravyaparyāyake dvārā utpād -vyay -dhrauvya hai .

yadi hi dravyan svarūpat ev sanna syāttadā dvitayī gatiḥ asadvā bhavati, sattātaḥ pr̥uthagvā bhavati . tatrāsadbhavad dhrrauvyasyāsambhavādātmānamadhārayad dravyamevāstan gachchhet; sattātaḥ vibhāvaguṇāntaran pariṇamati, pudgaladravyan vā pūrvoktashuklavarṇādiguṇan tyaktvā raktādiguṇāntaran pariṇamati, haritaguṇan tyaktvā pāṇḍuraguṇāntaramāmraphalamiveti bhāvārthaḥ ..104.. evan svabhāvavibhāvarūpā dravyaparyāyā guṇaparyāyāshcha nayavibhāgen dravyalakṣhaṇan bhavanti iti kathanamukhyatayā gāthādvayen chaturthasthalan gatam . ath

ab, sattā aur dravya arthāntar (bhinna padārtha, anya padārtha) nahīn honeke sambandhamen yukti upasthit karate hain :

anvayārtha :[yadi ] yadi [dravyan ] dravya [sat na bhavati ] (svarūpase hī) sat na ho to(1) [dhruvan asat bhavati ] nishchayase vah asat hogā; [tat kathan dravyan ] (jo asat hogā) vah dravya kaise ho sakatā hai ? [punaḥ vā ] athavā (yadi asat na ho) to (2) [anyat bhavati ] vah sattāse anya (pr̥uthak) ho ! (so bhī kaise ho sakatā hai ?) [tasmāt ] isaliye [dravyan svayam ] dravya svayam hī [sattā ] hai ..105..

ṭīkā :yadi dravya svarūpase hī 1sat na ho to dūsarī gati yah ho ki vah (1) 2asat hogā, athavā (2) sattāse pr̥uthak hogā . vahān̐, (1) yadi vah asat hogā to, dhrauvyake asambhavake kāraṇ svayam sthir na hotā huā dravyakā hī 3asta ho jāyagā; aur 1. sat = maujūd . 2. asat = nahīn maujūd aisā . 3. asta = naṣhṭa . kintu yadi dravya svarūpase hī sat ho to(1) dhrauvyake sadbhāvake kāraṇ svayam sthir rahatā huā, dravya udit hotā hai, (arthāt siddha hotā hai); aur (2) sattāse apr̥uthak rahakar svayam sthir (-vidyamān) rahatā huā, itanā hī mātra jisakā prayojan hai aisī sattāko udit (siddha) karatā hai .

isaliye dravya svayam hī sattva (sattā) hai aisā svīkār karanā chāhiye, kyoṅki bhāv aur 2bhāvavānkā apr̥uthaktva dvārā ananyatva hai ..105.. 1. sattākā kārya itanā hī hai ki vah dravyako vidyamān rakhe . yadi dravya sattāse bhinna rahakar bhī

sthir rahe to phi ra sattākā prayojan hī nahīn rahatā, arthāt sattāke abhāvakā prasaṅg ā jāyagā .

pravibhaktapradeshatvan hi pr̥uthaktvasya lakṣhaṇam . tattu sattādravyayorna sambhāvyate, guṇaguṇinoḥ pravibhaktapradeshatvābhāvāt, shuklottarīyavat . tathā hiyathā ya ev shuklasya guṇasya pradeshāsta khapuṣhpavadavidyamānadravyeṇ sah kathan sattā samavāyan karoti, karotīti chettarhi khapuṣhpeṇāpi sah sattā kartr̥u samavāyan karotu, na cha tathā . tamhā davvan sayan sattā tasmādabhedanayen shuddhachaitanyasvarūpasattaiv paramātmadravyan bhavatīti . yathedan paramātmadravyeṇ sah shuddhachetanāsattāyā abhedavyākhyānan kr̥utan tathā sarveṣhān chetanāchetanadravyāṇān svakīyasvakīyasattayā sahābhedavyākhyānan kartavyamityabhiprāyaḥ ..105..

ath pr̥uthaktvalakṣhaṇan kimanyatvalakṣhaṇan cha kimiti pr̥uṣhṭe pratyuttaran dadātipavibhattapadesattan pudhattan pr̥uthaktvan bhavati pr̥uthaktvābhidhāno bhedo bhavati . kimvishiṣhṭam . prakarṣheṇ vibhaktapradeshatvan bhinnapradeshatvam . kimvat . daṇḍadaṇḍivat . itthambhūtan pr̥uthaktvan shuddhātmadravyashuddhasattāguṇayorna ghaṭate .

ab, pr̥uthaktvakā aur anyatvakā lakṣhaṇ spaṣhṭa karate hain :

anvayārtha :[pravibhaktapradeshatvan ] vibhaktapradeshatva vah [pr̥uthaktvan ] pr̥uthaktva hai, [iti hi ] aisā [vīrasya shāsanan ] vīrakā upadesh hai . [atadbhāvaḥ ] atadbhāv (usarūp na honā) vah [anyatva ] anyatva hai . [na tat bhavat ] jo usarūp na ho [kathan ekam bhavati ] vah ek kaise ho sakatā hai ? (kathañchit sattā dravyarūp nahīn hai aur dravya sattārūp nahīn hai, isaliye ve ek nahīn hain .)..106..

aisā hone par bhī unamen (-sattā aur dravyamen) anyatva hai, kyoṅki (unamen) anyatvake lakṣhaṇakā sadbhāv hai . 1atadbhāv anyatvakā lakṣhaṇ hai . vah to sattā aur dravyake hai hī, kyoṅki guṇ aur guṇīke 2tadbhāvakā abhāv hotā haishuklatva aur vastrakī bhān̐ti . vah is prakār hai ki :jaise ek chakṣhuindriyake viṣhayamen ānevālā aur anya sab indriyoṅke samūhako gochar na honevālā shuklatva guṇ hai vah samasta indriy samūhako gochar honevālā aisā vastra nahīn hai; aur jo samasta indriyasamūhako gochar honevālā vastra hai vah ek chakṣhuindriyake viṣhayamen ānevālā tathā anya samasta indriyoṅke samūhako gochar na honevālā aisā shuklatva guṇ nahīn hai, isaliye unake tadbhāvakā abhāv hai; isīprakār, 3kisīke āshray rahanevālī, 1. atadbhāv = (kathañchit) usakā na honā; (kathañchit) usarūp na honā (kathañchit) atadrūpatā . dravya

bhāvārtha :bhinnapradeshatva vah pr̥uthaktvakā lakṣhaṇ hai, aur atadbhāv vah anyatvakā lakṣhaṇ hai . dravyamen aur guṇamen pr̥uthaktva nahīn hai phi ra bhī anyatva hai .

prashna :jo apr̥uthak hote hain unamen anyatva kaise ho sakatā hai ?

aur usakī shubhratāke pradesh bhinna nahīn hain, isaliye unamen pr̥uthaktva nahīn hai . aisā hone par bhī shubhratā to mātra ān̐khonse hī dikhāī detī hai, jībh, nāk ādi sheṣh chār indriyonse gnāt nahīn hotī . aur vastra pān̐chon indriyonse gnāt hotā hai . isaliye (kathañchit) vastra vah shubhratā nahīn hai aur shubhratā vah vastra nahīn hai . yadi aisā na ho to vastrakī bhān̐ti shubhratā bhī jībh, nāk ityādi sarva indriyonse gnāt honā chāhiye . kintu aisā nahīn hotā . isaliye vastra aur shubhratāmen apr̥uthaktva hone par bhī anyatva hai yah siddha hotā hai .

isīprakār dravyamen aur sattādi guṇommen apr̥uthaktva hone par bhī anyatva hai; kyoṅki dravyake aur guṇake pradesh abhinna hone par bhī dravyamen aur guṇamen sañgnā -saṅkhyā -lakṣhaṇādi bhed honese (kathañchit) dravya guṇarūp nahīn hai aur guṇ vah dravyarūp nahīn hai ..106..

ab, atadbhāvako udāharaṇ dvārā spaṣhṭarūpase batalāte hain :
‘sat dravya’, ‘sat paryāy,’ ‘sat guṇ’sattvano vistār chhe;
nathī te -paṇe anyonya teh atatpaṇun gnātavya chhe. 107.
