tattvataḥ samastamapi vastujātaṁ paricchindataḥ kṣīyat evātattvābhiniveśasaṁskārakārī moho- pacayaḥ . ato hi mohakṣapaṇe paramaṁ śabdabrahmopāsanaṁ bhāvajñānāvaṣṭambhadr̥ḍhīkr̥tapariṇāmen samyagadhīyamānamupāyāntaram ..86..
davvāṇi guṇā tesiṁ pajjāyā aṭṭhasaṇṇayā bhaṇiyā .
pramāṇairbudhyamānasya jānato jīvasya niyamānniścayāt . kiṁ phalaṁ bhavati . khīyadi mohovacayo durabhiniveśasaṁskārakārī mohopacayaḥ kṣīyate pralīyate kṣayaṁ yāti . tamhā satthaṁ samadhidavvaṁ tasmācchāstraṁ samyagadhyetavyaṁ paṭhanīyamiti . tadyathā – vītarāgasarvajñapraṇītaśāstrāt ‘ego me sassado appā’ ityādi paramātmopadeśakaśrutajñānen tāvadātmānaṁ jānīte kaścidbhavyaḥ, tadanantaraṁ viśiṣṭābhyāsavaśen paramasamādhikāle rāgādivikalparahitamānasapratyakṣeṇ ca tamevātmānaṁ paricchinatti, tathaivānumānen vā . (mohasamūh) avaśya hī kṣayako prāpta hotā hai . isaliye mohakā kṣay karanemeṁ, param śabdabrahmakī upāsanākā bhāvajñānake avalamban dvārā dr̥rḥ kiye gaye pariṇāmase samyak prakār abhyās karanā so upāyāntar hai . (jo pariṇām bhāvajñānake avalambanase dr̥rḥīkr̥t ho aise pariṇāmase dravya śrutakā abhyās karanā so mohakṣay karaneke liye upāyāntar hai) ..86..
ab, jinendrake śabda brahmameṁ arthoṁkī vyavasthā (-padārthoṁkī sthiti) kis prakār hai so vicār karate haiṁ : —
anvayārtha : — [dravyāṇi ] dravya, [guṇāḥ] guṇ [teṣāṁ paryāyāḥ ] aur unakī paryāyeṁ [arthasaṁjñayā ] ‘artha’ nāmase [bhaṇitāḥ ] kahī gaī haiṁ . [teṣu ] unameṁ, [guṇaparyāyāṇām ātmā dravyam ] guṇ -paryāyoṁkā ātmā dravya hai (guṇ aur paryāyoṁkā svarūp -sattva dravya hī hai, ve bhinna vastu nahīṁ haiṁ) [ iti upadeśaḥ ] isaprakār (jinendrakā) upadeś hai ..87..
dravyo, guṇo ne paryayo sau ‘artha’ saṁjñāthī kahyāṁ; guṇ -paryayono ātamā che dravya jin – upadeśamāṁ. 87.
