kramapravr̥ttimāsādya tattadvayatirekamāpannābhirhemāṁgadādiparyāyamātrīkriyet . tato dravyārthādeśā- tsadutpādaḥ, paryāyārthādeśādasat ityanavadyam ..111.. ath sadutpādamananyatven niścinoti — jīvo bhavaṁ bhavissadi ṇaro‘maro vā paro bhavīy puṇo .
kiṁ davvattaṁ pajahadi ṇa jahaṁ aṇṇo kahaṁ hodi ..112.. punarasadbhāvanibaddha evotpādaḥ . kasmāditi cet . pūrvaparyāyādanyatvāditi . yathedaṁ jīvadravye sadutpādā- sadutpādavyākhyānaṁ kr̥taṁ tathā sarvadravyeṣu yathāsaṁbhavaṁ jñātavyamiti ..111.. ath pūrvoktamev sadutpādaṁ dravyādabhinnatven vivr̥ṇoti — jīvo jīvaḥ kartā bhavaṁ bhavan pariṇaman san bhavissadi bhaviṣyati tāvat . kramapravr̥tti prāpta karake us -us vyatirekavyaktitvako prāpta hotī huī, suvarṇako bājūbaṁdhādi paryāyamātra (-paryāyamātrarūp) karatī haiṁ .
isaliye dravyārthik kathanase sat -utpād hai, paryāyārthik kathanase asat -utpād hai — yah bāt anavadya (nirdoṣ, abādhya) hai .
bhāvārtha : — jo pahale vidyamān ho usīkī utpattiko sat -utpād kahate haiṁ aur jo pahale vidyamān na ho usakī utpattiko asat -utpād kahate haiṁ . jab paryāyoṁko gauṇ karake dravyakā mukhyatayā kathan kiyā jātā hai, tab to jo vidyamān thā vahī utpanna hotā hai, (kyoṁki dravya to tīnoṁ kālameṁ vidyamān hai); isaliye dravyārthik nayase to dravyako sat -utpād hai; aur jab dravyako gauṇ karake paryāyoṁkā mukhyatayā kathan kiyā jātā hai tab jo vidyamān nahīṁ thā vah utpanna hotā hai (kyoṁki vartamān paryāy bhūtakālameṁ vidyamān nahīṁ thī), isaliye paryāyārthik nayase dravyake asat -utpād hai .
yahān̐ yah lakṣyameṁ rakhanā cāhiye ki dravya aur paryāyeṁ bhinna -bhinna vastuen̐ nahīṁ haiṁ; isaliye paryāyoṁkī vivakṣāke samay bhī, asat -utpādameṁ, jo paryāyeṁ haiṁ ve dravya hī haiṁ, aur dravyakī vivakṣāke samay bhī sat -utpādameṁ, jo dravya hai ve hī paryāyeṁ hī haiṁ ..111..
