ih tāvanna kaścijjāyate na mriyate ca . ath ca manuṣyadevatiryaṅnārakātmako jīvalokaḥ pratikṣaṇapariṇāmitvādutsaṁgitakṣaṇabhaṁgotpādaḥ . na ca vipratiṣiddhametat, saṁbhavavilayayorekatva- komalaśītalanirmalādisvabhāvaṁ na labhate, tathāyaṁ jīvo‘pi vr̥kṣasthānīyakarmodayapariṇataḥ sanparamāhlādaik- lakṣaṇasukhāmr̥tāsvādanairmalyādisvakīyaguṇasamūhaṁ na labhat iti ..118.. ath jīvasya dravyeṇ nityatve‘pi paryāyeṇ vinaśvaratvaṁ darśayati – jāyadi ṇev ṇa ṇassadi jāyate naiv na naśyati dravyārthikanayen . kva . khaṇabhaṁgasamubbhave jaṇe koī kṣaṇabhaṅgasamudbhave jane ko‘pi . kṣaṇaṁ kṣaṇaṁ prati svabhāvakī anupalabdhi hai, karmādik anya kisī kāraṇase nahīṁ . ‘karma jīvake svabhāvakā parābhav karatā hai’ aisā kahanā to upacār kathan hai; paramārthase aisā nahīṁ hai ..118..
ab, jīvakī dravyarūpase 1avasthitatā hone par bhī paryāyoṁse anavasthitatā (anityatā -asthiratā) prakāśate haiṁ : —
anvayārtha : — [kṣaṇabhaṅgasamudbhave jane ] pratikṣaṇ utpād aur vināśavāle jīvalokameṁ [kaścit ] koī [na ev jāyate ] utpanna nahīṁ hotā aur [na naśyati ] na naṣṭa hotā hai; [hi ] kyoṁki [yaḥ bhavaḥ saḥ vilayaḥ ] jo utpād hai vahī vināś hai; [saṁbhav -vilayau iti tau nānā ] aur utpād tathā vināś, isaprakār ve anek (bhinna) bhī haiṁ ..119..
ṭīkā : — pratham to yahān̐ na koī janma letā hai aur na maratā hai (arthāt is lokameṁ koī na to utpanna hotā hai aur na nāśako prāpta hotā hai ) . aur (aisā hone par bhī) manuṣya- dev -tiryaṁc -nārakātmak jīvalok pratikṣaṇ pariṇāmī honese kṣaṇ -kṣaṇameṁ honevāle vināś aur 1. avasthitatā = sthirapanā; ṭhīk rahanā .
kāraṇ janam te nāś che; vaḷī janma nāś vibhinna che. 119.
