śubhopayogasya sarvajñavyavasthāpitavastuṣu praṇihitasya puṇyopacayapūrvako‘punarbhāvopalambhaḥ kil phalaṁ; tattu kāraṇavaiparītyādviparyay ev . tatra chadmasthavyavasthāpitavastūni kāraṇavaiparītyaṁ; teṣu vrataniyamādhyayanadhyānadānaratatvapraṇihitasya śubhopayogasyāpunarbhāvaśūnyakevalapuṇyāpasad- prāptiḥ phalavaiparītyaṁ; tatsudevamanujatvam ..256.. draṣṭāntamāh — ṇāṇābhūmigadāṇih bījāṇiv sassakālamhi nānābhūmigatānīh bījāni iv sasyakāle dhānya- niṣpattikāl iti . ayamatrārthaḥ — yathā jaghanyamadhyamotkr̥ṣṭabhūmiviśeṣeṇ tānyev bījāni bhinnabhinna- phalaṁ prayacchanti, tathā sa ev bījasthānīyaśubhopayogo bhūmisthānīyapātrabhūtavastuviśeṣeṇ bhinnabhinna- phalaṁ dadāti . ten kiṁ siddham . yadā pūrvasūtrakathitanyāyen samyaktvapūrvakaḥ śubhopayogo bhavati tadā mukhyavr̥ttyā puṇyabandho bhavati, paraṁparayā nirvāṇaṁ ca . no cetpuṇyabandhamātramev ..255.. ath kāraṇ- vaiparītyāphalamapi viparītaṁ bhavatīti tamevārthaṁ draḍhayati — ṇa lahadi na labhate . sa kaḥ kartā . vad- ab kāraṇakī viparītatā aur phalakī viparītatā batalāte haiṁ : —
anvayārtha : — [chadmasthavihitavastuṣu ] jo jīv chadmasthavihit vastuoṁmeṁ (chadmastha- ajñānīke dvārā kathit dev – guru – dharmādimeṁ) [vrataniyamādhyayanadhyānadānarataḥ ] vrat – niyam – adhyayan – dhyān – dānameṁ rat hotā hai vah jīv [apunarbhāvaṁ ] mokṣako [na labhate ] prāpta nahīṁ hotā, (kintu) [sātātmakaṁ bhāvaṁ ] sātātmak bhāvako [labhate ] prāpta hotā hai ..256..
