ath kevalināmev pāramārthikasukhamiti shraddhāpayati —
ṇo saddahanti sokkhan suhesu paraman ti vigadaghādīṇan .
suṇidūṇ te abhavvā bhavvā vā tan paḍichchhanti ..62..
na shraddadhati saukhyan sukheṣhu paramamiti vigataghātinām .
shrutvā te abhavyā bhavyā vā tatpratīchchhanti ..62..
sukhapratipakṣhabhūtamākulatvotpādakamaniṣhṭan duḥkhamagnānan cha naṣhṭan, yatashcha pūrvoktalakṣhaṇasukhāvinābhūtan
trailokyodaravivaravartisamastapadārthayugapatprakāshakamiṣhṭan gnānan cha labdhan, tato gnāyate kevalinān gnānamev
sukhamityabhiprāyaḥ ..61.. ath pāramārthikasukhan kevalināmev, sansāriṇān ye manyante te‘bhavyā iti
nirūpayati — ṇo saddahanti naiv shraddadhati na manyante . kim . sokkhan nirvikāraparamāhlādaikasukham . kathambhūtan
na manyante . suhesu paraman ti sukheṣhu madhye tadev paramasukham . keṣhān sambandhi yatsukham . vigadaghādīṇan
vigataghātikarmaṇān kevalinām . kin kr̥utvāpi na manyante . suṇidūṇ ‘jādan sayan samattan’ ityādi-
pūrvoktagāthātrayakathitaprakāreṇ shrutvāpi . te abhavvā te abhavyāḥ . te hi jīvā vartamānakāle

(prakārāntarase kevalagnānakī sukhasvarūpatā batalāte hain : — ) aur, keval arthāt
kevalagnān sukh hī hai, kyoṅki sarva aniṣhṭoṅkā nāsh ho chukā hai aur sampūrṇa iṣhṭakī prāpti ho
chukī hai . keval -avasthāmen, sukhopalabdhike vipakṣhabhūt duḥkhoṅke sādhanabhūt agnānakā
sampūrṇatayā nāsh ho jātā hai aur sukhakā sādhanabhūt paripūrṇa gnān utpanna hotā hai, isaliye keval
hī sukh hai . adhik vistārase bas ho ..61..
ab, aisī shraddhā karāte hain ki kevalagnāniyoṅko hī pāramārthik sukh hotā hai : —
anvayārtha : — ‘[vigataghātinān ] jinake ghātikarma naṣhṭa ho gaye hain unakā [saukhyan ]
sukh [sukheṣhu paraman ] (sarva) sukhommen param arthāt utkr̥uṣhṭa hai’ [iti shrutvā ] aisā vachan sunakar
[na shraddadhati ] jo shraddhā nahīn karate [te abhavyāḥ ] ve abhavya hain; [bhavyāḥ vā ] aur bhavya [tat ]
use [pratīchchhanti ] svīkār (-ādar) karate hain – usakī shraddhā karate hain ..62..
suṇī ‘ghātikarmavihīnanun sukh sau sukhe utkr̥uṣhṭa chhe’,
shraddhe na teh abhavya chhe, ne bhavya te sammat kare. 62.
