athātmano‘tyantavibhaktatvāy paradravyasanyogakāraṇasvarūpamālochayati — appā uvaogappā uvaogo ṇāṇadansaṇan bhaṇido .
bhedagnānī vishuddhagnānadarshanasvabhāvamātmatattvan vihāy deharāgādiparadravye mohan na gachchhatītyarthaḥ ..154.. evan naranārakādiparyāyaiḥ sah paramātmano visheṣhabhedakathanarūpeṇ prathamasthale gāthātrayan gatam . athātmanaḥ pūrvoktaprakāreṇ naranārakādiparyāyaiḥ sah bhinnatvaparignānan jātan, tāvadidānīn teṣhān sanyogakāraṇan kathyate — appā ātmā bhavati . kathambhūtaḥ . uvaogappā chaitanyānuvidhāyī yo‘sāvupayogasten nirvr̥uttatvādupayogātmā . uvaogo ṇāṇadansaṇan bhaṇido sa chopayogaḥ savikalpan gnānan nirvikalpan darshanamiti bhaṇitaḥ . so vi suho so‘pi gnānadarshanopayogo dharmānurāgarūpaḥ shubhaḥ, asuho viṣhayānurāgarūpo
bhāvārtha : — manuṣhya, dev ityādi anekadravyātmak paryāyommen bhī jīvakā svarūpaastitva aur pratyek paramāṇukā svarūp – astitva sarvathā bhinna – bhinna hai . sūkṣhmatāse dekhane par vahān̐ jīv aur pudgalakā svarūp – astitva (arthāt apane – apane dravya – guṇ – paryāy aur dhrauvya – utpād – vyay) spaṣhṭatayā bhinna jānā jā sakatā hai . sva – parakā bhed karaneke liye jīvako is svarūpāstitvako pad – pad par lakṣhyamen lenā yogya hai . yathā – yah (jānanemen ātā huā) chetan dravya – guṇ – paryāy aur chetan dhrauvya – utpād – vyay jisakā svabhāv hai aisā main is (pudgal) se bhinna rahā; aur yah achetan dravya – guṇ – paryāy tathā achetan dhrauvya – utpād – vyay jisakā svabhāv hai aisā pudgal yah (mujhase) bhinna rahā . isaliye mujhe parake prati moh nahīn hai; sva – parakā bhed hai ..154..
ab, ātmāko atyanta vibhakta karaneke liye paradravyake sanyogake kāraṇakā svarūp kahate hain : —
anvayārtha : — [ātmā upayogātmā ] ātmā upayogātmak hai; [upayogaḥ ] upayog [gnānadarshanan bhaṇitaḥ ] gnān – darshan kahā gayā hai; [api ] aur [ātmanaḥ ] ātmākā [saḥ upayogaḥ ] vah upayog [shubhaḥ ashubhaḥ vā ] shubh athavā ashubh [bhavati ] hotā hai ..155..
