bālavr̥uddhashrāntaglānenāpi sanyamasya shuddhātmatattvasādhanatven mūlabhūtasya chhedo na yathā syāttathā sanyatasya svasya yogyamatikarkashamevācharaṇamācharaṇīyamityutsargaḥ . bālavr̥uddhashrāntaglānen sharīrasya shuddhātmatattvasādhanabhūtasanyamasādhanatven mūlabhūtasya chhedo na yathā syāttathā bālavr̥uddha- shrāntaglānasya svasya yogyan mr̥udvevācharaṇamācharaṇīyamityapavādaḥ . bālavr̥uddhashrāntaglānen sanyamasya shuddhātmatattvasādhanatven mūlabhūtasya chhedo na yathā syāttathā sanyatasya svasya yogyamati- karkashamācharaṇamācharatā sharīrasya shuddhātmatattvasādhanabhūtasanyamasādhanatven mūlabhūtasya chhedo na yathā syāt tathā bālavr̥uddhashrāntaglānasya svasya yogyan mr̥udvapyācharaṇamācharaṇīyamityapavādasāpekṣha utsargaḥ . bālavr̥uddhashrāntaglānen sharīrasya shuddhātmatattvasādhanabhūtasanyamasādhanatven mūlabhūtasya chhedo na yathā
appaḍikuṭṭhan piṇḍan pāṇigayan ṇev deyamaṇṇassa apratikr̥uṣhṭa āgamāviruddha āhāraḥ pāṇigato hastagato naiv deyo, na dātavyo‘nyasmai, dattā bhottumajoggan datvā pashchādbhoktumayogyan, bhutto vā hodi paḍikuṭṭho kathañchit bhukto vā, bhojanan kr̥utavān, tarhi pratikr̥uṣhṭo bhavati, prāyashchittayogyo bhavatīti . ayamatra bhāvaḥ — hastagatāhāran yo‘sāvanyasmai na dadāti tasya nirmohātmatattvabhāvanārūpan nirmohatvan gnāyat iti ..“34.. ath nishchayavyavahārasañgnayorutsargāpavādayoḥ kathañchitparasparasāpekṣhabhāvan sthāpayan chāritrasya rakṣhān darshayati – charadu charatu, ācharatu . kim . chariyan chāritramanuṣhṭhānam . kathambhūtam . sajoggan svayogyan, svakīyāvasthāyogyam . kathan yathā bhavati . mūlachchhedo jadhā ṇa havadi mūlachchhedo yathā na bhavati . sa kaḥ kartā charati . bālo vā vuḍḍho vā samabhihado vā puṇo gilāṇo vā bālo vā, vr̥uddho vā, shrameṇābhihataḥ pīḍitaḥ shramābhihato vā, glāno vyādhistho veti . tadyathā — utsargāpavādalakṣhaṇan kathyate tāvat . svashuddhātmanaḥ
ṭīkā : — bāl -vr̥uddha -shramit yā glān (shramaṇ) ko bhī sanyamakā — jo ki shuddhātmatattvakā sādhan honese mūlabhūt hai usakā — chhed jaise na ho usaprakār, sanyat aise apane yogya ati karkash (-kaṭhor) ācharaṇ hī ācharanā; isaprakār utsarga hai .
bāl -vr̥uddha -shramit yā glān (shramaṇ) ko bhī sharīrakā — jo ki shuddhātmatattvake sādhanabhūt sanyamakā sādhan honese mūlabhūt hai usakā — chhed jaise na ho usaprakār, bāl – vr̥uddha – shrānt – glānako apane yogya mr̥udu ācharaṇ hī ācharanā; isaprakār apavād hai .
bāl – vr̥uddha – shrānt – glānake sanyamakā — jo ki shuddhātmatattvakā sādhan honese mūlabhūt hai usakā — chhed jaise na ho us prakārakā sanyat aisā apane yogya ati kaṭhor ācharaṇ ācharate hue, (usake) sharīrakā — jo ki shuddhātmatattvake sādhanabhūt sanyamakā sādhan honese mūlabhūt hai usakā (bhī) — chhed jaise na ho usaprakār bāl – vr̥uddha – shrānt – glān aise apane yogya mr̥udu ācharaṇ bhī ācharanā . isaprakār 1apavādasāpekṣha utsarga hai .
