anvayArtha– [कार्त्स्न्यनिवृत्तौ] sarvathA–sarvadesh tyAgamAn [निरतः] lIn [अयं यतिः] A muni [समयसारभूतः] shuddhopayogarUp svarUpamAn AcharaN karanAr [भवति] hoy chhe. [या तु एकदेशविरतिः] ane je ekadeshavirati chhe [तस्यां निरतः] temAn lAgelo [उपासकः] upAsak arthAt shrAvak [भवति] hoy chhe.

TIkA– ‘‘कार्त्स्न्यनिवृत्तौ निरतः अयं यतिः भवति’’– (antarangamAn to traN kaShAyarahit shuddhinun baL chhe jene tathA) pAnch pApanA sarvathA–sarvadesh tyAgamAn je jIv lAgelo chhe te muni chhe. ‘‘अयं समयसारभूतः’’–A muni shuddhopayogarUp shuddhAtmAsvarUp ja chhe. muni chhe te shuddhopayogasvarUp ja chhe. je shubhopayogarUp bhAv chhe te paN A muninI padavImAn kAlimA samAn chhe. ‘‘तु एकदेशविरतिः तस्यां निरतः उपासकः भवति’’– je pAnch pApanA kadAchit ekadesh tyAgamAn lAgelo jIv chhe te shrAvak chhe.

आत्मपरिणामहिंसनहेतुत्वात्सर्वमेव हिंसैतत्।

शिष्यबोधाय।। ४२।।

TIkA– ‘सर्वं एतत् हिंसा एव’– samasta A pAnch pAp kahyA chhe te hinsA ja chhe. shA mATe? ‘आत्मपरिणामहिंसनहेतुत्वात्’– AtmAnA shuddhopayogarUp pariNamananA ghAtanA kAraN chhe tethI sarva hinsA ja chhe.

यत्खलुकषाययोगात्प्राणानां व्यभावरुपाणाम्।
व्यपरोपणस्य करणं सुनिश्चिता भवति सा हिंसा।। ४३।।

anvayArtha– [कषाययोगात्] kaShAyarUpe pariNamelA man, vachan, kAyAnA yogathI [यत्] je [द्रव्यभावरुपाणाम्] dravya ane bhAvarUp be prakAranA [प्राणानां] prANonun [व्यपरोपणस्य करणं] vyaparopaN karavun–ghAt karavo [सा] te [खलु] nishchayathI [सुनिश्चिता] sArI rIte nakkI karelI [हिंसा] hinsA [भवति] chhe.

TIkA– ‘खलु कषाययोगात् यत् द्रव्यभावरुपाणां प्राणानां व्यपरोपणस्यकरणं सा सुनिश्चिता हिंसा भवति’– nishchayathI kaShAyarUp pariNamelA man, vachan, kAyAnA yoganA hetuthI dravyabhAvarUp be prakAranA prANone pIDavA, ghAtavA te kharekhar hinsA chhe.

bhAvArtha– potAnA manamAn, vachanamAn ke sharIramAn krodh–kaShAy pragaT thayo. tenAthI pratham to potAnA shuddhopayogarUp bhAvaprANano ghAt thayo. A hinsA to potAnA bhAvaprANanA vyaparopaNathI thaI, te to pahelAn ja thaI. bIjA hinsA to thAy ke na paN thAy. pAchhaLathI kadAchit tIvra kaShAyarUp thAy ane potAnA dIrghashvAsAdithI athavA hAth–pagavaDe potAnA angane pIDA upajAvI athavA ApaghAt karI marI gayo te potAnA dravyaprANanA ghAtarUp hinsA thaI. vaLI je kaShAyathI anya jIvane kuvachan kahyA, marmabhedI hAsya karyun athavA je rIte tenun antarang pIDit thaI kaShAyarUp pariName tevun kArya karyun, tyAn paranA bhAvaprANanA vyaparopaNathI hinsA thAy chhe. jyAn kaShAyanA vashe pramAdI thayo, bIjA jIvanA sharIrane pIDA karI athavA prANanAsh karyA tyAn paranA dravyaprANanA ghAtathI hinsA thaI.
