एवं च स एव बुध्यते यो व्यवहारेऽनादरपरः यस्तु तत्रादरपरः स न बुध्यत इत्याह —
टीका — व्यवहारे विकल्पाभिधानलक्षणेप्रवृत्तिनिवृत्यादिस्वरूपे वा सुषुप्तोऽप्रयत्नपरो यः स जागर्त्यात्मगोचरे आत्मविषये संवेदनोद्यतो भवति । यस्तु व्यवहारेऽस्मिन्नुक्तप्रकारे जागर्ति स सुषुप्तः आत्मगोचरे ।।७८।।
‘je puruṣhe, mr̥utyurūpī kalpavr̥ukṣha prāpta thavā chhatān, potānā ātmānun hit sādhyun nahi, te sansārarūpī kādavamān pharī phasāī jaī potānun shun kalyāṇ karashe?’1
āvā vichārathī gnānī maraṇathī bhay pāmato nathī, paṇ maraṇane te mitra samān gaṇe chhe, tene ek mahotsav tarīke lekhe chhe, ane tethī te nirākulatāpūrvak ātmasvarūpamān sthir thaī samādhi – maraṇ sādhe chhe. 77.
āvun gnān tene ja thāy ke je vyavahār vishe anādar rākhe chhe, parantu jene tyān (vyavahāramān) ādar chhe tene āvun gnān thatun nathī. te kahe chheḥ —
anvayārtha : — (यः) je (व्यवहारे) vyavahāramān (सुषुप्तः) sūtelo chhe, (सः) te (आत्मगोचरे) ātmānā viṣhayamān (जागर्ति) jāge chhe (च) ane je (अस्मिन् व्यवहारे) ā vyavahāramān (जागर्ति) jāge chhe te (आत्मगोचरे) ātmānā viṣhayamān (सुषुप्तः) sūtelo chhe.
ṭīkā : — vyavahāramān eṭale vikalpa nām jenun lakṣhaṇ chhe temān (‘vikalpanā sthānarūp’) arthāt pravr̥utti – nivr̥utti – ādisvarūp (vyavahāramān) je sūto chhe – prayatnaparāyaṇ nathī, te ātmadarshanamān eṭale ātmaviṣhayamān jāge chhe arthāt samvedanamān (ātmānubhavamān) tatpar hoy chhe, paṇ je ā ukta prakāranā vyavahāramān jāge chhe te ātma – viṣhayamān sūto chhe.
