भेददर्शनात्त्रसस्थावराणां भस्मन इव निःशङ्कमुपमर्दनेन हिंसाऽभावाद्भवत्येव बन्धस्याभावः । तथा रक्तद्विष्टविमूढो जीवो बध्यमानो मोचनीय इति रागद्वेषमोहेभ्यो जीवस्य परमार्थतो भेददर्शनेन मोक्षोपायपरिग्रहणाभावात् भवत्येव मोक्षस्याभावः ।
paramārthano kahenār chhe tethī, aparamārthabhūt hovā chhatān paṇ, dharmatīrthanī pravr̥utti karavā māṭe (vyavahāranay) darshāvavo nyāyasaṅgat ja chhe. parantu jo vyavahār na darshāvavāmān āve to, paramārthe ( – paramārthanaye) sharīrathī jīv bhinna darshāvavāmān āvato hovāthī, jem bhasmane masaḷī nākhavāmān hinsāno abhāv chhe tem, trasasthāvar jīvonun niḥshaṅkapaṇe mardan (ghāt) karavāmān paṇ hinsāno abhāv ṭharashe ane tethī bandhano ja abhāv ṭharashe; vaḷī paramārtha dvārā rāg-dveṣh-mohathī jīv bhinna darshāvavāmān āvato hovāthī, ‘rāgī, dveṣhī, mohī jīv karmathī bandhāy chhe tene chhoḍāvavo’ — em mokṣhanā upāyanā grahaṇano abhāv thashe ane tethī mokṣhano ja abhāv thashe. (ām jo vyavahāranay na darshāvavāmān āve to bandh-mokṣhano abhāv ṭhare chhe.)
bhāvārthaḥ — paramārthanay to jīvane sharīr tathā rāgadveṣhamohathī bhinna kahe chhe. jo teno ekānt karavāmān āve to sharīr tathā rāgadveṣhamoh pudgalamay ṭhare ane to pachhī pudgalane ghātavāthī hinsā thatī nathī ane rāgadveṣhamohathī bandh thato nathī. ām, paramārthathī je sansār- mokṣha banneno abhāv kahyo chhe te ja ekānte ṭharashe. parantu āvun ekāntarūp vastunun svarūp nathī; avastunun shraddhān, gnān, ācharaṇ avasturūp ja chhe. māṭe vyavahāranayano upadesh nyāyaprāpta chhe. ā rīte syādvādathī banne nayono virodh maṭāḍī shraddhān karavun te samyaktva chhe.
have shiṣhya pūchhe chhe ke ā vyavahāranay kayā draṣhṭāntathī pravartyo chhe? teno uttar kahe chheḥ —
