अभव्यो हि नित्यकर्मफलचेतनारूपं वस्तु श्रद्धत्ते, नित्यज्ञानचेतनामात्रं न तु श्रद्धत्ते,
नित्यमेव भेदविज्ञानानर्हत्वात् । ततः स कर्ममोक्षनिमित्तं ज्ञानमात्रं भूतार्थं धर्मं न श्रद्धत्ते, भोग-
निमित्तं शुभकर्ममात्रमभूतार्थमेव श्रद्धत्ते । तत एवासौ अभूतार्थधर्मश्रद्धानप्रत्ययनरोचनस्पर्शनै-
रुपरितनग्रैवेयकभोगमात्रमास्कन्देत्, न पुनः कदाचनापि विमुच्येत । ततोऽस्य भूतार्थधर्म-
श्रद्धानाभावात् श्रद्धानमपि नास्ति । एवं सति तु निश्चयनयस्य व्यवहारनयप्रतिषेधो युज्यत एव ।
karmakṣhayanā nimittarūp dharmane nahi. (karmakṣhayanā nimittarūp dharmane nathī shraddhato, nathī tenī pratīt karato, nathī tenī ruchi karato ane nathī tene sparshato.)
ṭīkāḥ — abhavya jīv nityakarmaphaḷachetanārūp vastune shraddhe chhe parantu nityagnānachetanā- mātra vastune nathī shraddhato kāraṇ ke te (abhavya) sadāy (svaparanā) bhedavignānane ayogya chhe. māṭe te (abhavya jīv) karmathī chhūṭavānā nimittarūp, gnānamātra, bhūtārtha (satyārtha) dharmane nathī shraddhato, bhoganā nimittarūp, shubhakarmamātra, abhūtārtha dharmane ja shraddhe chhe; tethī ja te abhūtārtha dharmanān shraddhān, pratīt, ruchi ane sparshanathī uparanā graiveyak sudhīnā bhogamātrane pāme chhe parantu kadāpi karmathī chhūṭato nathī. tethī tene bhūtārtha dharmanā shraddhānanā abhāvane līdhe (sāchun) shraddhān paṇ nathī.
ām hovāthī nishchayanay vaḍe vyavahāranayano niṣhedh yogya ja chhe.
bhāvārthaḥ — abhavya jīvane bhedagnān thavānī yogyatā nahi hovāthī te karmaphaḷachetanāne jāṇe chhe parantu gnānachetanāne jāṇato nathī; tethī shuddha ātmik dharmanun shraddhān tene nathī. te shubh karmane ja dharma samajī shraddhān kare chhe tethī tenā phaḷ tarīke graiveyak sudhīnā bhogane pāme chhe parantu karmano kṣhay thato nathī. ā rīte satyārtha dharmanun shraddhān nahi hovāthī tene shraddhān ja kahī shakātun nathī.
ā pramāṇe vyavahāranayane āshrit abhavya jīvane gnān-shraddhān nahi hovāthī nishchayanay vaḍe karavāmān āvato vyavahārano niṣhedh yogya ja chhe.
ahīn eṭalun visheṣh jāṇavun ke — ā hetuvādarūp anubhavapradhān granth chhe tethī temān bhavya -abhavyano anubhavanī apekṣhāe nirṇay chhe. have jo āne ahetuvād āgam sāthe meḷavīe to — abhavyane vyavahāranayanā pakṣhano sūkṣhma, kevaḷīgamya āshay rahī jāy chhe ke je chhadmasthane anubhavagochar nathī paṇ hoto, mātra sarvagnadev jāṇe chhe; e rīte kevaḷ vyavahārano pakṣha rahevāthī tene sarvathā ekāntarūp mithyātva rahe chhe. abhavyane ā vyavahāranayanā pakṣhano āshay sarvathā kadī paṇ maṭato ja nathī.
