kahānajainashāstramāḷā ]
कदाचिदपि श्रुतपूर्वं, न कदाचिदपि परिचितपूर्वं, न कदाचिदप्यनुभूतपूर्वं च निर्मलविवेकालोक- विविक्तं केवलमेकत्वम् । अत एकत्वस्य न सुलभत्वम् ।
nahi karī hovāthī, nathī pūrve kadī sāmbhaḷavāmān āvyun, nathī pūrve kadī parichayamān āvyun ane nathī pūrve kadī anubhavamān āvyun. tethī bhinna ātmānun ekapaṇun sulabh nathī.
bhāvārthaḥ — ā lokamān sarva jīvo sansārarūpī chakra par chaḍī pāñch parāvartanarūp bhramaṇ kare chhe. tyān temane mohakarmanā udayarūp pishāch dhonsare joḍe chhe, tethī teo viṣhayonī tr̥uṣhṇārūp dāhathī pīḍit thāy chhe ane te dāhano ilāj indriyonā rūpādi viṣhayone jāṇīne te par doḍe chhe; tathā paraspar paṇ viṣhayono ja upadesh kare chhe. e rīte kām (viṣhayonī ichchhā) tathā bhog (temane bhogavavun) — e benī kathā to anant vār sāmbhaḷī, parichayamān līdhī ane anubhavī tethī sulabh chhe. paṇ sarva paradravyothī bhinna ek chaitanyachamatkārasvarūp potānā ātmānī kathānun gnān potāne to potāthī kadī thayun nahi, ane jemane te gnān thayun hatun temanī sevā kadī karī nahi; tethī tenī kathā (vāt) na kadī sāmbhaḷī, na teno parichay karyo ke na teno anubhav thayo. māṭe tenī prāpti sulabh nathī, durlabh chhe.
have āchārya kahe chhe ke, tethī ja jīvone te bhinna ātmānun ekatva ame darshāvīe chhīeḥ —
gāthārthaḥ — [तम्] te [एकत्वविभक्त] ekatvavibhakta ātmāne [अहं] hun [आत्मनः] ātmānā [स्वविभवेन] nij vaibhav vaḍe [दर्शये] dekhāḍun chhun; [यदि] jo hun [दर्शयेयं] dekhāḍun to [प्रमाणं] pramāṇ (svīkār) karavun ane [स्खलेयं] jo koī ṭhekāṇe chūkī jāun to [छलं] chhaḷ [न] na [गृहीतव्यम्] grahaṇ karavun.
