मुञ्चति; तथा किलाभव्यः प्रकृतिस्वभावं स्वयमेव न मुञ्चति, प्रकृतिस्वभावमोचन- समर्थद्रव्यश्रुतज्ञानाच्च न मुञ्चति, नित्यमेव भावश्रुतज्ञानलक्षणशुद्धात्मज्ञानाभावेनाज्ञानित्वात् । अतो नियम्यतेऽज्ञानी प्रकृतिस्वभावे स्थितत्वाद्वेदक एव ।
chhoḍāvavāne (maṭāḍavāne) samartha evā sākarasahit dūdhanā pānathī paṇ chhoḍato nathī, tem kharekhar abhavya prakr̥itisvabhāvane potānī meḷe chhoḍato nathī ane prakr̥itisvabhāv chhoḍāvavāne samartha evā dravyashrutanā gnānathī paṇ chhoḍato nathī; kāraṇ ke tene sadāy, bhāvashrutagnānasvarūp shuddhātmagnānanā ( – shuddha ātmānā gnānanā) abhāvane līdhe, agnānīpaṇun chhe. āthī evo niyam karavāmān āve chhe (arthāt evo niyam ṭhare chhe) ke agnānī prakr̥itisvabhāvamān sthit hovāthī vedak ja chhe ( – karmano bhoktā ja chhe).
bhāvārthaḥ — ā gāthāmān, agnānī karmanā phaḷano bhoktā ja chhe — evo niyam kahyo. ahīn abhavyanun udāharaṇ yukta chhe. abhavyano evo svayamev svabhāv chhe ke dravyashrutanun gnān ādi bāhya kāraṇo maḷavā chhatān abhavya jīv, shuddha ātmānā gnānanā abhāvane līdhe, karmanā udayane bhogavavāno svabhāv badalato nathī; māṭe ā udāharaṇathī spaṣhṭa thāy chhe ke shāstronun gnān vagere hovā chhatān jyān sudhī jīvane shuddha ātmānun gnān nathī arthāt agnānīpaṇun chhe tyān sudhī te niyamathī bhoktā ja chhe.
have gnānī to karmaphaḷano avedak ja chhe — evo niyam karavāmān āve chheḥ —
gāthārthaḥ — [निर्वेदसमापन्नः] nirvedaprāpta (vairāgyane pāmelo) [ज्ञानी] gnānī [मधुरम् कटुकम्] mīṭhā-kaḍavā [बहुविधम्] bahuvidh [कर्मफलम्] karmaphaḷane [विजानाति] jāṇe chhe [तेन] tethī [सः] te [अवेदकः भवति] avedak chhe.
