parajIvAnahan hinasmi, na hinasmi, dukhayAmi, sukhayAmi iti ya evAyamagnAnamayo- dhyavasAyo mithyAdraShTe, sa ev svayam rAgAdirUpatvAttasya shubhAshubhabandhahetu .

athAdhyavasAyan bandhahetutvenAvadhArayati dRushyate ] jo yah agnAnasvarUp 1adhyavasAy dikhAI detA hai [sa ev] vah adhyavasAy hI, [viparyayAt ] viparyayasvarUp (mithyA) honese, [asya bandhahetu ] us mithyAdRuShTike bandhakA kAraN hai .

bhAvArtha :mithyA abhiprAy hI mithyAtva hai aur vahI bandhakA kAraN haiaisA jAnanA chAhie .170.

ab, yah kahate hain ki yah agnAnamay adhyavasAy hI bandhakA kAraN hai :
yah buddhi terI‘dukhit avaru sukhI karUn hUn jIvako’ .

TIkA :shIl aur tapase paripUrNa, tIn gupti aur pAnch samitiyonke prati sAvadhAnIse yukta, ahinsAdi pAnch mahAvratarUp vyavahArachAritra (kA pAlan) abhavya bhI karatA hai; tathApi vah (abhavya) nishchAritra (-chAritrarahit), agnAnI aur mithyAdRuShTi hI hai, kyonki (vah) nishchayachAritrake kAraNarUp gnAnshraddhAnase shUnya hai .

bhAvArtha :abhavya jIv mahAvrat-samiti-guptirUp vyavahAr chAritrakA pAlan kare tathApi nishchay samyaggnAnashraddhAnake binA vah chAritra ‘samyak chAritra’ nAmako prApta nahIn hotA; isaliye vah agnAnI, mithyAdRuShTi aur nishchAritra hI hai ..273..

ab shiShya pUchhatA hai kiuse (abhavyako) gyArah angakA gnAn to hotA hai; phi ra bhI usako agnAnI kyon kahA hai ? isakA uttar kahate hain :

mokShakI shraddhAvihIn, abhavya jIv shAstron paDhai .
par gnAnakI shraddhArahitako, paThan ye nahin guN karai ..274..

gAthArtha :[mokSham ashraddadhAna ] mokShakI shraddhA na karatA huA [ya abhavyasattva ] jo abhavya jIv hai vah [tu adhIyIt ] shAstra to paDhatA hai, [tu ] parantu [gnAnan ashraddadhAnasya ] gnAnakI shraddhA na karanevAle usakoe [pATha ] shAstrapaThan [guNam na karoti ] guN nahIn karatA .

gnAnakI shraddhA na karanevAle abhavyake shAstrapaThanake dvArA nahIn kiyA jA sakatA (arthAt shAstrapaThan
usako shuddhAtmagnAn nahIn kar sakatA); isaliye usake shAstrapaThanake guNakA abhAv hai; aur
isaliye gnAn-shraddhAnake abhAvake kAraN vah agnAnI siddha huA

bhAvArtha :abhavya jIv gyArah angonko paDhe tathApi use shuddha AtmAkA gnAn-shraddhAn nahIn hotA; isaliye use shAstrapaThanane guN nahIn kiyA; aur isaliye vah agnAnI hI hai ..274..

shiShya puna pUchhatA hai kiabhavyako dharmakA shraddhAn to hotA hai; phi ra bhI yah kyon kahA hai ki ‘usake shraddhAn nahIn hai’ ? isakA uttar kahate hain :

vah dharmako shraddhe, pratIt, ruchi aru sparshan kare .
so bhogahetU dharmako, nahin karmakShayake hetuko ..275..
