[ki ntu ] kintu [atra api ] yahAn itanA visheSh jAnanA chAhiye ki AtmAmen [avashata yat ka rma samullasati ] avashapanen jo ka rma pragaT hotA hai [tat bandhAy ] vah to bandhakA kAraN hai, aur [mokShAy ] mokShakA kAraN to, [ek m ev paraman gnAnan sthitam ] jo ek param gnAn hai vah ek hI hai — [svata vimuktan ] jo ki svata vimukta hai (arthAt tInonkAl paradraDDavya-bhAvonse bhinna hai) .
bhAvArtha : — jab tak yathAkhyAt chAritra nahIn hotA tab tak samyagdRuShTike do dhArAen rahatI hain, — shubhAshubh karmadhArA aur gnAnadhArA . un dononke ek sAth rahanemen koI bhI virodh nahIn hai . (jaise mithyAgnAn aur samyaggnAnake paraspar virodh hai vaise karmasAmAnya aur gnAnake virodh nahIn hai .) aisI sthitimen karma apanA kArya karatA hai aur gnAn apanA kArya karatA hai . jitane anshamen shubhAshubh karmadhArA hai utane anshamen karmabandha hotA hai aur jitane anshamen gnAnadhArA hai utane anshamen karmakA nAsh hotA hai . viShay-kaShAyake vikalpa yA vrat-niyamake vikalpa — athavA shuddha svarUpakA vichAr tak bhI — karmabandhakA kAraN hai; shuddha pariNatirUp gnAnadhArA hI mokShakA kAraN hai .110.

[gnAnanay-eShiNa api magnA ] gnAnanayake ichchhuk (pakShapAtI) puruSh bhI DUbe hue hain, [yat ] kyonki [atisvachchhandamanda-udyamA ] ve svachchhandatAse atyanta manda-udyamI hain ( – ve svarUpaprAptikA puruShArtha nahIn ka rate, pramAdI hain aur viShayak ShAyamen vartate hain) . [te vishvasya upari taranti ] ve jIv vishvake U par tairate hain [ye svayam satatan gnAnan bhavanta ka rma na ku rvanti ] jo ki svayam nirantar gnAnarUp hote hue – pariNamate hue ka rma nahIn karate [cha ] aur [jAtu pramAdasya vashan na yAnti ] ka bhI bhI pramAdavash bhI nahIn hote ( – svarUpamen udyamI rahate hain) .
