khaṇḍānvay sahit arthaḥ — bhāvārtha ām chhe ke koī mithyādraṣhṭi evo chhe ke gnānane dravyarūp māne chhe, paryāyarūp mānato nathī; tethī jem jīvadravyane gnānavasturūpe māne chhe tem gney je pudgal-dharma-adharma-ākāsh-kāḷadravya temane paṇ gneyavastu mānato nathī, gnānavastu māne chhe. tenā prati samādhān ām chhe ke gnān gneyane jāṇe chhe evo gnānano svabhāv chhe topaṇ gneyavastu gneyarūp chhe, gnānarūp nathī.
‘‘पशुः स्वच्छन्दम् आचेष्टते’’ (पशुः) ekāntavādī mithyādraṣhṭi jīv, (स्वच्छन्दम्) svechchhāchārapaṇe ‘kāīk heyarūp, kāīk upādeyarūp’ evo bhed nahi karato thako, ‘samasta trailokya upādey’ evī buddhi karato thako (आचेष्टते) — evī pratīti karato thako — niḥshaṅkapaṇe pravarte chhe. konī māphak? ‘‘पशुः इव’’ tiryañchanī māphak. kevo thaīne pravarte chhe? ‘‘विश्वमयः भूत्वा’’ ‘अहं विश्वम् arthāt hun vishva’ em jāṇī pote vishvarūp thaīne pravarte chhe. evo kem chhe? kāraṇ ke ‘‘सक लं स्वतत्त्वाशया द्रष्टवा’’ (सक लं) samasta gneyavastune (स्वतत्त्वाशया) gnānavastunī buddhie (द्रष्टवा) pragāḍh pratīt karīne. evī pragāḍh pratīti kem thāy chhe? kāraṇ ke ‘‘विश्वं ज्ञानम् इति प्रतर्क्य’’ ‘trailokyarūp je kāī chhe te gnānavasturūp chhe’ em jāṇīne. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke gnānavastu paryāyarūpe gneyākār thāy chhe; tyān mithyādraṣhṭi paryāyarūp bhed mānato nathī, samasta gneyane gnānavasturūp māne chhe. tenā prati uttar ām chhe ke gneyavastu gneyarūp chhe, gnānarūp nathī. e ja kahe chhe — ‘‘पुनः स्याद्वाददर्शी स्वतत्त्वं स्पृशेत्’’ (पुनः) ekāntavādī je rīte kahe chhe te rīte gnānane vastupaṇun siddha thatun nathī, syādvādī je rīte kahe chhe te rīte

(ज्ञानं) gnānane arthāt gnānamātra jīvavastune (न इच्छति) sādhī shakato nathī — anubhavagochar karī shakato nathī. kevun chhe gnān? ‘‘स्फु टम् अपि’’ prakāsharūpe joke pragaṭ chhe. kevo chhe ekāntavādī? ‘‘प्रक्षालनं कल्पयन्’’ kalaṅk dhoī nākhavāno abhiprāy kare chhe. shemān? ‘‘ज्ञेयाकारकलङ्कमेचकचिति’’ (ज्ञेय) jeṭalī gneyavastu chhe, te (आकार) gneyane jāṇatān thayun chhe tenī ākr̥utirūp gnān, evun je (कलङ्क) kalaṅk, tenā kāraṇe (मेचक) ashuddha thaī chhe – evī chhe (चिति) jīvavastu, temān. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke — gneyane jāṇe chhe gnān, tene ekāntavādī mithyādraṣhṭi jīv svabhāv mānato nathī, ashuddhapaṇārūpe māne chhe. ekāntavādīno abhiprāy āvo kem chhe? ‘‘एकाकारचिकीर्षया’’ kemake (एकाकार) samasta gneyanā jāṇapaṇāthī rahit thato thako nirvikalparūp gnānano pariṇām (चिकीर्षया) jyāre thāy tyāre gnān shuddha chhe, evo chhe abhiprāy ekāntavādīno. tenā prati ‘ek-anekarūp’ gnānano svabhāv sādhe chhe syādvādī samyagdraṣhṭi jīv — ‘‘अनेकान्तविद् ज्ञानं पश्यति’’ (अनेकान्तविद्) syādvādī jīv (ज्ञानं) gnān arthāt gnānamātra jīvavastune (पश्यति) sādhī shake chhe — anubhav karī shake chhe. kevun chhe gnān? ‘‘स्वतः क्षालितं’’ sahaj ja shuddhasvarūp chhe. syādvādī gnānane kevun jāṇīne anubhave chhe? ‘‘तत् वैचित्र्ये अपि अविचित्रताम् पर्यायैः अनेकतां उपगतं परिमृशन्’’ (तत्) gnānamātra jīvavastu (वैचित्र्ये अपि अविचित्रताम्) anek gneyākāranī apekṣhāe paryāyarūpe anek chhe topaṇ dravyarūpe ek chhe, (पर्यायैः अनेकतां उपगतं) joke dravyarūpe ek chhe topaṇ anek gneyākārarūp paryāyanī apekṣhāe anekapaṇāne pāme chhe; – āvā svarūpane anekāntavādī sādhī shake chhe — anubhav- gochar karī shake chhe; (परिमृशन्) āvī dravyarūp paryāyarūp vastune anubhavato thako ‘syādvādī’ evun nām pāme chhe. 5-251.

जानन्निर्मलशुद्धबोधमहिमा स्वद्रव्यमेवाश्रयेत् ।।७-२५३।।
