द्वितयतां गतमैक्यमुपानयन् ।
स्वयमुदेत्यवबोधसुधाप्लवः ।।१-१००।।
khaṇḍānvay sahit arthaḥ — ‘‘अयं अवबोधसुधाप्लवः स्वयम् उदेति’’ (अयं) vidyamān (अवबोध) shuddhagnānaprakāsh, te ja chhe (सुधाप्लवः) chandramā, te (स्वयम् उदेति) jevo chhe tevo potānā tejaḥpuñj vaḍe pragaṭ thāy chhe. kevo chhe? ‘‘ग्लपितनिर्भरमोहरजा’’ (ग्लपित) dūr karyo chhe (निर्भर) atishay gāḍh (मोहरजा) mithyātva-andhakār jeṇe evo chhe. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke – chandramāno uday thatān andhakār maṭe chhe, shuddhagnānaprakāsh thatān mithyātvapariṇaman maṭe chhe. shun karato thako gnānachandramā uday pāme chhe? ‘‘अथ तत् कर्म ऐक्यं उपानयन्’’ (अथ) ahīnthī sharū karīne (तत् कर्म) rāgādi ashuddha- chetanāpariṇāmarūp athavā gnānāvaraṇādi pudgalapiṇḍarūp karma, temanun (ऐक्यम् उपानयन्) ekatvapaṇun sādhato thako. kevun chhe karma? ‘‘द्वितयतां गतम्’’ be-paṇun kare chhe. kevun be- paṇun? ‘‘शुभाशुभभेदतः’’ (शुभ) bhalun (अशुभ) būrun evo (भेदतः) bhed kare chhe. bhāvārtha ām chhe ke — koī mithyādraṣhṭi jīvano abhiprāy evo chhe ke dayā, vrat, tap, shīl, sanyam ādithī māṇḍīne jeṭalī chhe shubh kriyā ane shubh kriyāne anusār chhe te-rūp je shubhopayogapariṇām tathā te pariṇāmonā nimittathī bandhāy chhe je shātākarma- ādithī māṇḍīne puṇyarūp pudgalapiṇḍ, te bhalān chhe, jīvane sukhakārī chhe; hinsā- viṣhay-kaṣhāyarūp jeṭalī chhe kriyā, te kriyāne anusār ashubhopayogarūp
