
pravihitadurdharopadhānāḥ, suṣṭhu bahumānamātanvanto, nihnavāpattiṁ nitarāṁ nivārayanto‘rthavyañjanatadubhayaśuddhau
nitāntasāvadhānāḥ, cāritrācaraṇāy hiṁsānr̥tasteyābrahmaparigrahasamastaviratirūpeṣu pañcamahāvrateṣu
tanniṣṭhavr̥ttayaḥ, samyagyoganigrahalakṣaṇāsu
tapaācaraṇāyānaśanāvamaudaryavr̥ttiparisaṁkhyānarasaparityāgaviviktaśayyāsanakāyakl̥eśeṣvabhīkṣṇamutsah–
mānāḥ, prāyaścittavinayavaiyāvr̥ttyavyutsargasvādhyāyadhyānaparikarāṁkuśitasvāntā, vīryācaraṇāy karma–kāṇḍe
sarvaśaktayā vyāpriyamāṇāḥ, karmacetanāpradhānatvāddūranivāritā‘śubhakarmapravr̥ttayo‘pi samupātta–
śubhakarmapravr̥ttayaḥ, sakalakriyākāṇḍāḍambarottīrṇadarśanajñānacāritraikyapariṇatirūpāṁ jñān cetanāṁ
prakārase vinayakā vistār karate haiṁ, durdhar upadhān karate haiṁ, bhalī bhān̐ti bahumānako prasārit karate haiṁ,
nihnavadoṣako atyanta nivārate haiṁ, artha, vyaṁjan aur tadubhayakī śuddhimeṁ atyanta sāvadhān rahate haiṁ;
cāritrācaraṇake liye–hiṁsā, asatya, stey, abrahma aur parigrahakī sarvaviratirūp paṁcamahāvratoṁmeṁ
tallīn vr̥ttivāle rahate haiṁ, samyak yoganigrah jisakā lakṣaṇ hai [–yogakā barābar nirodh karanā
jinakā lakṣaṇ hai] aisī guptiyoṁmeṁ atyanta udyog rakhate haiṁ, īryā, bhāṣā, eṣaṇā, ādānanikṣep aur
utsargarūp samitiyoṁmeṁ prayatnako atyanta joṛate haiṁ; tapācaraṇ ke liyee–anaśan, avamaudarya,
vr̥ttiparisaṁkhyān, rasaparityāg, viviktaśayyāsan aur kāyakleśameṁ satat utsāhit rahate haiṁ, prāyaścitta,
vinay, vaiyāvr̥ttya, vyutsarga, svādhyāy aur dhyānarūp parikar dvārā nij aṁtaḥkaraṇako aṁkuśit rakhate
haiṁ; vīryācaraṇake liye–karmakāṁḍameṁ sarva śakti dvārā vyāpr̥t rahate haiṁ; aisā karate hue,
karmacetanāpradhānapaneke kāraṇ – yadyapi aśubhakarmapravr̥ttikā unhoṁne atyanta nivāraṇ kiyā hai tathāpi–
śubhakarmapravr̥ttiko jinhoṁne barābar grahaṇ kiyā hai aise ve, sakal kriyākāṇḍake āḍambarase pār utarī
huī darśanajñānacāritrakī aikayapariṇatirūp jñānacetanāko kiṁcit bhī utpanna nahīṁ karate hue,
